Lake Forest Mobile Home & RV Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in Tyler, Texas, Lake Forest Mobile Home & RV, located at 2881 TX-110 LOT 42, Tyler, TX 75704, presents itself as a quiet community with convenient access to local amenities. While offering a degree of tranquility, it's important to consider all aspects based on available feedback to determine if it aligns with your needs.
One recurring positive aspect highlighted by a resident is the quiet nature of the community. The reviewer noted, "Only good thing I can say it is a quiet community, everyone keeps to themselves fairly well." This suggests a peaceful environment where residents generally respect each other's space and maintain a low noise level. For those seeking a serene living situation, this could be a significant advantage.
Furthermore, the location of Lake Forest Mobile Home & RV appears to be convenient. The same reviewer mentioned that "It is close to anything you may need," implying easy access to shopping, dining, and other essential services in the Tyler area. This accessibility can greatly enhance the quality of life for residents, reducing travel time for daily errands and leisure activities.
Another perspective from a different reviewer describes Lake Forest Mobile Home Park as "a nice Mobile Home Park that allows senior citizens to have nice good homes and a nice quiet neighborhood that's enclosed by a fence." This suggests that the community may cater to or be particularly suitable for senior residents seeking a secure and peaceful environment. The presence of a fence adds an extra layer of security and can contribute to the overall sense of community.
The same reviewer also indicates that the mobile homes and RVs within the park are generally "in good condition and affordable." Additionally, they mention that "Mobile homes or RVs are up for rent or own, and you pay rent for the land, and you can always bring in your own trailer or RV." This provides flexibility for individuals looking for various housing options, whether renting an existing unit or bringing their own RV or mobile home. The concept of paying rent for the land is a common model in mobile home and RV parks.
However, it's crucial to consider some of the concerns raised by another resident. This reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the out-of-state management, stating that the "company that owns the park is out of Florida and don't seem to care about anything but collecting rent." This perception of detached management can be a significant factor for potential residents who value responsive and engaged on-site administration.
The cost structure is another point of consideration. The reviewer mentioned a monthly lot rent of "$575.00 a month plus extra for utilities." It's important to note that this rent covers the land, while residents are additionally responsible for water, sewer, and trash services paid to the park, as well as setting up and paying for their own electric service. Lawn care is also the responsibility of the resident. For some, this cost breakdown might be acceptable, but it's essential to factor in all these expenses when evaluating the overall affordability.
Concerns were also raised regarding the maintenance of the park's common areas. The reviewer stated that the "Park is overgrown with vegetation unless you clear it out yourself." This suggests that the landscaping may not be consistently maintained by the management, potentially impacting the aesthetic appeal and overall upkeep of the community. Prospective residents may want to assess the current condition of the park to determine if it meets their standards.
Furthermore, the reviewer indicated a potential issue with resident retention, noting that "people are pulling homes out and moving elsewhere." While the reasons for these moves are not specified, it could be indicative of underlying issues within the park that potential residents should be aware of.
Finally, communication with the management appears to be a challenge for at least one resident. The reviewer stated, "If you have any problems seems hard to get in contact with anyone. Won't answer phone, don't reply to emails or messages." Difficulty in reaching the management can be a significant source of frustration for residents needing assistance or to report issues.
In conclusion, Lake Forest Mobile Home & RV in Tyler, TX, offers a potentially quiet community with proximity to local amenities and options for renting or owning mobile homes or bringing your own RV. It may be particularly appealing to senior citizens seeking a fenced and tranquil environment. However, potential residents should carefully consider the concerns raised regarding out-of-state management responsiveness, the cost structure including separate utility payments and lawn care, potential issues with park maintenance, and reported difficulties in communication with management. It is highly recommended to contact Lake Forest Mobile Home & RV directly at (903) 830-0886 or +1 903-830-0886 to inquire about current rates, availability, and to personally assess the condition of the park and management responsiveness before making a decision. While it appears to offer a quiet setting, a thorough investigation will help determine if it meets your individual needs and expectations when searching for "RV parks near me" or a mobile home community in Tyler, TX.

Only good thing I can say it is a quiet community, everyone keeps to themselves fairly well. It is close to anything you may need. Downfall is the company that owns the park is out of Florida and don't seem to care about anything but collecting rent in my mind is high. You pay for water, sewer, trash to the park, electric you have to get on your own and you have to take care of your own lawn for $575.00 a month plus extra for utilities. Park is overgrown with vegetation unless you clear it out yourself and people are pulling homes out and moving elsewhere. If you have any problems seems hard to get in contact with anyone. Won't answer phone, don't reply to emails or messages.

Nov 21, 2022 · Donna Cloos-MooreThe company that owns this park coare community LLC is a joke. They buy low income parks and raise the rent and don't deliver on their promises to fix things.
