Lakeside Estates Mobile Home and RV Park Reviews
I have lived here for 4 years now and survived 2 prior landlords the first one of which was horrible. I love how quiet and inviting the park is, it really feels like home to my daughter and I. Carrie has been amazing to work with and she truly makes you feel like family. The maintenance department; headed by Jeremiah, takes care of problems that arise as quickly as possible. Thank you Carrie and Jeremiah for making this park feel like an actual community!

Jan 18, 2025 · Cole StewartI am pleasantly surprised. Thanks to Mike, this park is really going up! The unpleasant tenants have been mostly evicted and the park is being cleaned, remodeled and improved all the time. Anytime something goes wrong it is fixed! That peace of mind alone is priceless. We can walk our dog with our children in a clean safe park. Other tenants wave and smile as you go about your day. There is more work to be done, but it is always progressing. Mike is so kind and hard working accommodating. I am always blown away at how much he does. We moved into the home with fresh carpet, new linoleum and paint. Our dishwasher leaked, so he bought a brand new one. Our air conditioner unit was leaking Freon so he sent an A/C repairman 2 until he finally just bought a new one.Our trailer is a 90's model but it's clean, fresh and level. We are able to plant flowers and really make it a home. This is a beautiful family place. It is like living in a public park. The pond, the trees and all the beautiful red buds make is pleasant to go outside. I was planning on staying here temporarily until we found a better place. But now we may stay until we buy our house!
Apr 22, 2019 · Ashley UnderwoodMoved from ny in 2019 had a good experience with the office manager at the time. Definitely helped me out getting me in a trailer in just two days of moving down. One year after living there covid happened and they fired the original office manager. Had a problem with the floor in the entryway the sub floor was rotted from a leak Under the front door they refused to fix it. Then the kitchen sink stoped working they refused to fix that as well. Moved back to ny after two years of living there. All my rent paid cleaned out well documented passed the move out inspection with a positive balance of 130$. I let them keep the positive balance. Fast forward 2.5 years got a letter from a debt collector in ny saying I owed them 2,425$ I called lakeside talked to the new park manager they have no idea what’s going on the debt collector has canceled the owed amount. I would recommend not living in this park seams to be unorganized and owed by a slum lord happy I moved out. Also some one broke in my car and my Neighbors cars. I don’t think I would live in a mobile home park again.
Oct 06, 2022 · Jared BakerWent from 4 stars to 1 star. I'm not on the email list and the manager won't let me know when they are shutting water off so I have to ask my neighbors. The last leak was off from Friday to Tuesday. Good thing I had water in jugs due to the previous shut off and not being notified. I also had to refill my jugs more than once before water was turned back on. When it was turned back on it was disgusting from the sediment in the lines. The last time it was like mud coming through the sink. We have a brita water pitcher but I'm still skeptical on drinking it.
