Lakeview Mobile Home Community Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Converse, Indiana area, Lakeview Mobile Home Community, located at 210 Harrison Street W, Converse, IN 46919, USA, presents a location that might be considered. Primarily a mobile home park catering to longer-term residents, such communities sometimes also offer accommodations for recreational vehicles, either for short-term travelers or those seeking extended stays. To determine if Lakeview Mobile Home Community aligns with your RV needs, let's examine the available information.
Situated on West Harrison Street in Converse, Indiana, Lakeview Mobile Home Community is located within the town. Converse is a small town in Miami County, Indiana, offering basic local amenities. For those traveling in RVs, being located within or near a town can provide convenience for accessing supplies and services. However, specific details about the immediate environment of the mobile home park itself are limited to its address.
The limited feedback available from online reviews raises concerns about the living conditions and management at Lakeview Mobile Home Community. One reviewer mentions a situation where a resident's trailer allegedly lacks a gas tank and heat, which they state is against the law for a landlord renting a property. They advise the landlord to ensure all units have proper heating to avoid potential legal issues. This review points to potential problems with the maintenance and habitability of some of the properties within the community, which could be a concern for anyone considering staying there, including RV travelers if the same management standards apply across the community.
Another reviewer describes the place negatively as "nasty to live" and mentions the presence of "snitches and ratts everywhere" and being "very noisy." They also claim that "they don't fix anything." This review suggests a potentially unpleasant social environment and a lack of responsiveness to maintenance needs within the community. Such feedback would likely be a significant deterrent for anyone considering Lakeview Mobile Home Community as a place to stay, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
Given that the available reviews focus entirely on negative aspects related to the living experience for mobile home residents, there is no direct information provided about the environment or services specifically for RVs. However, the serious nature of the allegations made by the reviewers warrants significant caution for anyone considering this location, including RV travelers searching for "RV parks near me."
When considering Lakeview Mobile Home Community as a potential option for RV stays, it is important to recognize that the primary function is that of a mobile home park. If they do accommodate RVs, typical services and features might include:
- Spaces or lots that could potentially accommodate RVs. The suitability of these spaces for RVs of different sizes is unknown.
- Utility hookups, which might include electricity, water, and sewer connections. The availability and specifics of these hookups for RVs are not mentioned in the reviews.
- Internal roads for access within the park.
- Basic infrastructure, but no information is available regarding specific amenities for RV travelers.
Due to the entirely negative feedback concerning the living conditions and maintenance for mobile home residents, there is no basis to infer any positive promotional information or specific benefits for RV users. The absence of any positive reviews or details about RV-specific services makes it difficult to recommend this location without further, more positive, and RV-focused information. The issues raised in the reviews, such as lack of essential utilities in rented properties and a failure to address maintenance, could extend to the experience of RV visitors as well.
To obtain any information regarding RV accommodations at Lakeview Mobile Home Community, including whether they even offer sites for RVs, the rates, the types of hookups available, and any amenities for RV guests, you would need to contact them directly at (765) 444-4005 or +1 765-444-4005. However, given the negative feedback concerning the living conditions for mobile home residents, it would be prudent to proceed with significant caution and perhaps seek alternative "RV parks near me" in the Converse area that have more positive or specific information available for RV travelers.
In conclusion, Lakeview Mobile Home Community in Converse, Indiana, is primarily a mobile home community. The limited online reviews available raise significant concerns about the living conditions, maintenance, and social environment for residents. There is no information provided regarding services or features specifically for RVs. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is strongly recommended to consider these negative reviews and to seek more information directly from the management regarding RV accommodations, or to explore other options in the Converse area that have more positive or specific information available for RV travelers.

Lakeview Mobile Home Community Reviews
Well i know someone who is living there and their trailer doesn't have a gas tank or heat. That is against the law as a landlord to rent a place to someone that doesn't have heat. The building commissioner and code of conduct is the ones who told me this. A friendly word of advice if I was u the landlord I'd be making sure every unit has proper heating before u end up losing ur rental properties.
