LCs RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cedar Creek, Texas area? If so, LCs RV Park, situated at 4909 Tucker Hill Ln, Cedar Creek, TX 78612, USA, is one option you might be considering. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed overview of the RV park, based on publicly available information, to help you determine if it aligns with your needs. It's essential to consider various aspects, including the environment, services, features, and recent customer experiences, to make an informed decision for your next RV stay.
LCs RV Park can be contacted at (512) 428-4434 or via mobile phone at +1 512-428-4434. These contact details can be useful for inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and specific amenities.
Based on the limited online reviews available, LCs RV Park seems to present a stark contrast in customer experiences. One reviewer expressed a positive experience, highlighting the "right" price, convenient location with "access to everything," and friendly tenants. This reviewer specifically commended the owners, David and Jerri, for being "friendly, welcoming, and took care of the one issue I had with power pedestal immediately," offering an unreserved recommendation.
However, another reviewer painted a significantly negative picture of LCs RV Park, describing it as "literally the worst." This review raised several serious concerns that potential visitors should carefully consider. The first issue mentioned was the perceived high price compared to other "better RV parks for the same price or cheaper." Price competitiveness is an important factor for many RV travelers, and this feedback suggests that LCs RV Park might not offer the best value in the area according to this particular reviewer.
A particularly concerning allegation was the presence of roaches, with the reviewer claiming that the management would attempt to blame it on the tenants despite their cleanliness. Pest control is a crucial aspect of maintaining a comfortable and hygienic living environment in an RV park, and such accusations should be taken seriously.
The issue of stray animals was also highlighted, with the reviewer stating that the "amount of cats in this park is crazy." The reviewer alleged that the owner claimed to work with the animal shelter but only took in one cat that approached people, not addressing the broader issue of the stray cat population. Furthermore, the presence of "3 broken down trailers that are utterly disgusting housing these strays" was mentioned and purportedly supported by a picture. The welfare of animals and the overall cleanliness of the park are important considerations for many RVers.
The negative review also characterized the owner, Geri, as a "slum lord," citing the alleged failure to disclose the presence of "multiple offenders in the park." Safety and security are paramount in any living environment, and the implication of undisclosed safety risks is a serious concern for potential guests.
Noise pollution was another issue raised, with the reviewer mentioning that the dumpster gets picked up "2 times a week at 3-4 am and can be heard throughout the whole park." Disruptive noise during sleeping hours can significantly impact the quality of stay and overall experience at an RV park.
The negative reviewer further detailed a dispute regarding their deposit and lease. They claimed that the owner initially agreed to refund their $200 deposit and release them from their lease early (October 31st) but then reneged on this agreement after they refused to remove their honest review. This account suggests potential issues with the park's management and their handling of tenant agreements and feedback.
An edit to the negative review addressed the topic of mailbox keys. The reviewer stated that they had never discussed mailbox keys with the management, as they opted for a PO box instead, contradicting a claim made by the owner in response to their initial review. This discrepancy further highlights potential communication and management issues.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of LCs RV Park. The positive review suggests a reasonably priced, conveniently located park with responsive owners. However, the detailed negative review raises significant concerns about pest control, animal welfare, safety, noise, and management practices.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Cedar Creek, Texas, LCs RV Park presents a complex picture. While the location might be convenient for some, and the price point was acceptable to one reviewer, the serious allegations made in the negative review cannot be ignored. Potential guests should weigh these factors carefully against their own priorities and tolerance levels.
It is strongly recommended that prospective visitors to LCs RV Park conduct further due diligence. This could include contacting the park management directly to address the concerns raised in the negative review and inquire about their policies and procedures regarding pest control, animal management, safety, and noise. It might also be beneficial to seek out additional reviews or testimonials from other campers to gain a broader perspective on the park's environment and management.
Given the significant discrepancies in the available feedback, it would be prudent for local RVers to explore other "RV parks near me" in the Cedar Creek area and compare their amenities, prices, and, most importantly, recent and consistent customer reviews. A thorough comparison will enable you to make a more informed decision and choose an RV park that best suits your needs and ensures a comfortable and positive experience during your stay in the Cedar Creek, Texas region.

LCs RV Park Reviews
I really enjoyed my stay here. The price was right, the location is so convenient for access to everything, and the other tenants were friendly. David and Jerri are friendly, welcoming, and took care of the one issue I had with power pedestal immediately. I recommend them unreservedly.
Feb 15, 2025 · Rick ConeThis place is literally the worst. First off the price of this place alone is horrible there's so much more better RV parks for the same price or cheaper. They will give you roaches and try to blame it on you when we are clean people and have lived in our rv for over a year. The amount of cats in this park is crazy and she said they get with the animal shelter. Which is 100% a lie until after a review. They only took the one that comes up to people and not the problem cats.Geri the owner is a slum lord and to show that Its true is she won't tell you that there are multipleoffenders in the park. They also have 3 broken down trailers that are utterly disgusting housing these strays as shown in the picture. The dumpster gets picked up 2 times a week at 3-4am and can be heard throughout the whole park. This is by far the worst experience of a place I lived at and highly recommend to stay away from this place and these people. She told us she would refund our 200$ deposit and let us out of our lease on the 31st of October(we left anyway as we cannot withstand the disgust of this park) but then went back on her word after we refused to remove our honest review.Edit: she says we talked about mailbox keys but never have we talked about mailbox keys as we got a PO box instead of dealing with these people
Oct 30, 2024 · Corrado TuccittoSave yourself time and stay away from this place. Slumlord alert! Countless stray cats (at least 20 cats) getting all over our stuff ruining it by spraying and pooping everywhere. Several of our outside things have gotten straight ruined by the cats. I come outside and it smells like cat poop and pee constantly. ( I love animals but having that many strays on your property is irresponsible especially when other people have animals and you run a business) Come to find out there’s 5 registered offenders, I have a newborn and if I knew that I would have never attempted to stay here. Not to mention there’s only 20ish spots available at this park so a good portion of the park is just offenders. Not sure if it was our spot bcz we are near dumpsters but we got roaches with in two days of staying here. And no amount of spray inside or out or traps have gotten rid of them. There are old rvs that have trash everywhere that probably cause the roaches. They simply do not get rid of nasty things. They just slab dirt over the old spots with trash that previous tenants have left behind and call it good. They do not care to pick up at all. No other park we’ve stayed at has had any of these issues. As well as those things, they tricked us into an extended stay lease even though we said we were only doing month to month. So we tried to leave due to all these issues and they told us we can’t leave until a month after we gave them notice due to them tricking us into a long term stay when we were very clear we weren’t sure of staying long term. We brought up our issues with them and they did not care and tried to blame us for the issues like we are the nasty ones. We pay far to much for this spot for what it is. I hope someone can use this to help out deciding bcz I was blindsided by the reviews thinking this place would be a good spot for me and my family!
Oct 15, 2024 · Celie RourksGreat owners, very helpful. Kind, friendly, clean and safe place for families. Fenced dog area. Conveniently located without being too close to the highway. I love it here.
Nov 17, 2024 · Elizabeth WilliamsThis was the worst travel experience I've had! We rented an RV from these people without pictures, our mistake! The bathroom smelled like sewer our entire stay, yes we complained, came home after work to a water soaked camper, the a/c was clogged. The owner said to turn it off he would look at it the next day! What?!?!? It's 80 something outside! My husband climbs on top of this RV for 2 hours and fixes it. Not a thank you, I'm sorry for your troubles or anything from these people! It was truly disgusting, I didn't want to touch anything in there!
