Bluebonnet Communities RV Park Introduce
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Bluebonnet Communities RV Park, located at 114 Stoney Brook Dr, Cedar Creek, TX 78612, USA, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. Potential visitors can reach the park at (512) 740-6264 or +1 512-740-6264 for inquiries about their RV and tiny home accommodations. The reviews highlight both positive aspects, such as a nice and peaceful location and a friendly owner, as well as a significant negative point regarding deposit returns and property maintenance.
One reviewer describes the location as "Very nice & peaceful," particularly within the "tiny homes section." This suggests that the park might offer distinct areas for RVs and tiny homes, with the tiny home section providing a serene environment. For those seeking a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city, this could be an appealing aspect of Bluebonnet Communities RV Park. The reviewer also notes that the owner is "very nice" and the price is "reasonable," adding to the positive initial impression of the park's management and affordability.
The location is further praised for its convenient proximity to town and restaurants. The reviewer mentions that it's "near town and restaurants" but "not too far and not so close," striking a balance between accessibility to amenities and a sense of peaceful seclusion. This could be particularly attractive to RV travelers who appreciate having conveniences within easy reach while still enjoying a quieter setting for their stay.
However, a contrasting review raises a serious concern regarding the park's policies. This reviewer advises others to "Do not stay here they will not give you your deposit back!" This is a significant issue that potential guests should be aware of and thoroughly investigate before making a reservation. Understanding the park's deposit policy, the conditions for its return, and ensuring clear documentation is crucial to avoid potential financial disputes. This negative feedback should be weighed carefully alongside the positive comments about the location and owner.
The same negative review also mentions that the park "hardly ever kept up with the grass." This points to potential issues with grounds maintenance, which could impact the overall aesthetic and comfort of the park. While one reviewer found the location peaceful, neglected grounds could detract from the experience and might indicate broader issues with property upkeep. It would be prudent for prospective guests to inquire about the current state of the park's landscaping and general maintenance practices.
Given the limited number of reviews and the conflicting nature of the feedback, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Bluebonnet Communities RV Park. The positive review suggests a peaceful setting, at least in the tiny home section, and a friendly owner. The proximity to town and restaurants is also a notable advantage. However, the negative review raises serious concerns about deposit returns and grounds maintenance that cannot be ignored.
To provide a more balanced perspective for local users in the "RV parks near me" category, it is essential to consider what typical RV parks offer in terms of services and features. These often include:
- RV hookups: Electrical (various amperages), water, and sewer connections at each site.
- Restroom and shower facilities: Clean and accessible for guests.
- Laundry facilities: Coin-operated or card-operated washers and dryers.
- Wi-Fi access: Internet connectivity for guests.
- Recreational areas: Such as playgrounds, swimming pools, or community rooms (though these are not mentioned in the reviews for Bluebonnet Communities).
- Pet-friendly policies: Designated areas for pets and waste disposal stations (not specifically mentioned).
- Security features: Such as gated access or on-site management (the friendly owner suggests on-site management).
Local users interested in Bluebonnet Communities RV Park should directly inquire about the availability and quality of these essential services and features. Specifically, they should ask about the RV site amenities, restroom and shower facilities, laundry options, and internet access.
Regarding promotional information, none is available in the provided reviews. Potential guests should contact the park directly to inquire about current rates, discounts for longer stays, or any other special offers. It would also be wise to ask detailed questions about the deposit policy, including the amount, the conditions for its return, and the process involved. Requesting clarification in writing might be a prudent step to avoid future misunderstandings.
In conclusion, Bluebonnet Communities RV Park in Cedar Creek, Texas, offers a potentially peaceful location near town and restaurants, with a reportedly friendly owner and reasonable prices, at least in the tiny home section. However, a significant concern has been raised regarding the return of deposits, and there is also a mention of inadequate grounds maintenance. Local users considering this park should weigh these contrasting points carefully. It is strongly recommended to contact the park directly at (512) 740-6264 or +1 512-740-6264 to gather more detailed information about their RV accommodations, amenities, deposit policy, and current maintenance practices before making a reservation. Visiting the park in person, if feasible, could also provide valuable insights into the actual environment and upkeep of the property.

Bluebonnet Communities RV Park Reviews
Do not stay here they will not give you your deposit back! They hardly ever kept up with the grass.
Feb 15, 2025 · Miguel HernandezVery nice & peaceful location in the tiny homes section! Owner is very nice and price is reasonable. I Highly recommend this place! It is near town and restaurants. Not too far and not so close, just perfect for a getaway from the big city lights.
Sep 19, 2021 · Jenny RaeWe stayed there for couple of months while my boyfriend was working near by , it might not be a fancy RV park but management was always helpful and for someone looking for a quiet place to stay mainly working a Night Shift, this is the best place to stay ,so quiet and you will definitely get the rest needed. I HAD TO COME BACK FOR THE LAST REVIEW AND YES DONT expect to get your deposit back , so far still waiting for a response from them to settle the last bill and get my credit back ..but that’s fine I won’t stress myself over for a couple of dollars ..
Sep 04, 2024 · Sirenia QuintanillaThe park is peaceful, orderly, and secure - exactly as I hope for. People here are warm, kind and friendly. The views were absolutely stunning! We found ourselves taking in the scenery whenever we could and just relaxing among nature. All in all, we'd definitely recommend this RV park. . In all, a perfect place for any RV enthusiast!
Jan 03, 2023 · Apple TanThe owner is overbearing and refuses to address issues regarding the park. She WILL NOT pay for licensed electricians, plumbers, tree removal etc. to address obvious facilities issues. She tries to make backend deals with unlicensed and unbonded "handymen" that rarely if ever fix anything and are basically paid to tell you everything is fine. Her lawn service ruined my drain hose once and my brothers 3 times. No apologies or compensation. She charges deposits and fails to tell you they are nonrefundable until after you leave. Security, pet, etc. A total of $225 deposits that were not refunded. The electric charges are insane, she's making money off of the rental AND your electric. Not a great neighborhood either, bicycle stolen and homeless live in the woods nearby. Avoid this place like the plague. Also, a good number of the 5 star reviews are her family members, she even posted a 5 star review.
