Lee's RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Woodleaf, North Carolina area, Lee's RV Park, located on Hunley Dr, Woodleaf, NC 27054, USA, appears as a potential listing. However, it is imperative for prospective visitors to be aware of the severely negative feedback provided by recent customers regarding this RV park. The reviews paint a concerning picture of the environment, cleanliness, and management, suggesting significant issues that potential guests should carefully consider before making any decisions to stay here.
The overwhelmingly negative nature of the available reviews raises serious red flags about the quality and safety of Lee's RV Park. Both reviewers express extreme dissatisfaction and describe conditions that would be highly undesirable for any traveler seeking a comfortable and secure place to stay. It is crucial to present these reviews objectively to ensure that local users are fully informed of the potential risks associated with this RV park.
Serious Allegations of Unsafe Environment and Drug Activity
One reviewer recounted a deeply disturbing experience, stating that they "once stayed here and got extremely sick from all the drugs, etc." This is an extremely serious allegation, suggesting that illegal drug activity may be prevalent at the RV park, potentially creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for other guests. The reviewer further described the location as "the most sketchiest place I’ve ever lived in in good ol Coolemee," indicating a perception of high levels of social disorder and potential criminal activity. The shocking statement that "Everyone, even the roaches are high!" is a hyperbole used to emphasize the extent of the alleged drug problem, painting a picture of a severely compromised environment.
This review strongly suggests that Lee's RV Park may not be a suitable place for families, individuals seeking peace and quiet, or anyone concerned about their safety and well-being. The presence of widespread drug activity, if the reviewer's account is accurate, could lead to various problems, including exposure to illegal substances, potential for theft or other crimes, and an overall sense of unease and insecurity.
Reports of Filthy Conditions and Overcrowding
The second review corroborates the negative assessment, describing the place as "dirty with trash everywhere." This indicates a significant lack of cleanliness and maintenance, which can lead to an unpleasant and potentially unsanitary living environment. Accumulation of trash can attract pests, create foul odors, and generally detract from any sense of comfort or hygiene that one would expect at an RV park.
Adding to the negative portrayal, the reviewer stated that "all the campers are stacked on top of each other," creating an impression of severe overcrowding. Such conditions can lead to a lack of privacy, increased noise levels, and a diminished sense of personal space. The comparison to "the ghetto of campgrounds" is a harsh but telling indictment of the perceived living conditions at Lee's RV Park, suggesting a chaotic and undesirable atmosphere.
Allegations of Rude and Nasty Management
The second reviewer also leveled serious accusations against the management, describing "the man that runs it" as "very nasty and rude." Poor management can significantly impact the overall experience at any accommodation, and rudeness from staff can make guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If the manager is indeed "nasty and rude," it suggests a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction, further contributing to the negative perception of Lee's RV Park.
Lack of Positive Feedback or Information on Amenities
It is important to note that the provided information consists solely of these two extremely negative reviews. There is no positive feedback or any description of the environment, services, or features that one might typically expect from an RV park. Information regarding the number and size of RV sites, hookups (water, electricity, sewer), restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, recreational areas, or any other amenities is completely absent. This lack of positive information, coupled with the explicit warnings from former guests, paints a bleak picture of what Lee's RV Park might offer.
No Promotional Information Available
Given the severely negative nature of the only available feedback, it is highly unlikely that there is any positive promotional information that would outweigh the serious concerns raised. The reviews themselves serve as a strong deterrent for potential visitors.
Strong Recommendation to Avoid Lee's RV Park
Based on the objective analysis of the available online reviews, it is strongly recommended that local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Woodleaf, NC area should exercise extreme caution and likely avoid Lee's RV Park. The allegations of widespread drug activity, filthy conditions, overcrowding, and rude management paint a picture of an unsafe and highly undesirable place to stay.
Prospective RVers are advised to seek alternative RV parks in the vicinity that have more positive reviews and a reputation for providing a safe, clean, and well-managed environment. The peace of mind and security of oneself and one's family and belongings should be the top priority when choosing an RV park, and the feedback regarding Lee's RV Park raises significant concerns in these critical areas.
Before considering Lee's RV Park, individuals should perhaps attempt to find additional, more recent reviews from other sources to see if the conditions or management have changed. However, based on the currently available information, proceeding with a booking at Lee's RV Park would be a significant risk. Local users are encouraged to thoroughly research other options to ensure a safe and enjoyable RV park experience in the Woodleaf area.
In conclusion, the introduction to Lee's RV Park for local users searching under "RV Parks Near Me" must be a cautionary one. The extremely negative reviews highlight serious issues related to safety, cleanliness, and management that should not be ignored. Potential visitors are strongly advised to look elsewhere for their RV accommodation needs in the Woodleaf, NC area.

I once stayed here and got extremely sick from all the drugs, etc. great experience! The most sketchiest place I’ve ever lived in in good ol Coolemee. Everyone, even the roaches are high! Pictures don’t do this place or its owners justice- it is a breathtaking experience that every crackhead should experience at least once.
