Life Village Mobile Park Introduce
While your initial search might be for "RV parks near me," if you are considering a long-term, community-oriented living situation in the Ormond Beach, Florida area, Life Village Mobile Park, located at 500 S Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, USA, presents an exceptional opportunity. This privately owned and meticulously cared-for mobile home park offers a desirable location, ongoing upgrades, and a strong sense of community that residents genuinely appreciate. For those seeking a stable and enjoyable living environment with convenient access to local amenities and the beautiful Florida coastline, Life Village Mobile Park warrants serious consideration.
One of the standout features of Life Village Mobile Park, as highlighted by its residents, is its prime location in Ormond Beach. The park boasts excellent proximity to shopping centers, providing residents with easy access to everyday necessities, retail outlets, and various services. Furthermore, its close proximity to the beach offers the coveted Florida lifestyle, allowing residents to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf just a short drive away. This strategic location combines the convenience of urban amenities with the allure of coastal living, making Life Village a highly desirable place to call home.
The ownership and management of Life Village Mobile Park are consistently praised by its residents. Being a privately owned park, there is a distinct sense of care and attention to detail evident in the property's upkeep. One long-term resident of two years noted that "the owner cares deeply about his property" and has been actively working to "upgrade the grounds" since purchasing it. This commitment to continuous improvement without imposing drastic increases in lot rents is a significant advantage, especially when compared to parks acquired by corporations, where rent hikes can be a major concern for residents. This thoughtful approach to management fosters a sense of stability and trust within the community.
The positive sentiment towards Life Village extends to the overall living experience. Another enthusiastic resident shared, "Absolutely love living at Life Villages! The community is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully kept, and you can tell the owner and staff truly care about the residents. They’re always available and eager to help with anything you need. It's a great place to call home, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here! Highly recommend!" This glowing review underscores the park's commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep, creating an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable environment for its residents. The accessibility and helpfulness of the owner and staff further contribute to a positive living experience, fostering a sense of security and support within the community.
The mention of "Lot 106" in one of the reviews suggests a sense of personal connection and belonging within the park, as residents often identify with their specific lots. This detail, though seemingly small, hints at the established and neighborly atmosphere within Life Village.
While the provided information doesn't explicitly detail specific amenities, the description of the park as "always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming" and the ongoing efforts to "upgrade the grounds" suggest that residents can expect a comfortable and well-cared-for living environment. Typical amenities found in well-regarded mobile home parks often include:
- Well-Maintained Infrastructure: This includes paved roads, reliable utility connections (water, sewer, electricity), and potentially waste management services. The ongoing upgrades likely encompass improvements to these essential aspects of the park.
- Landscaped Grounds: The phrase "grounds are beautifully kept" indicates attention to landscaping, which enhances the visual appeal of the park and contributes to a pleasant living environment. This may include green spaces, trees, and well-maintained common areas.
- Community Areas: While not explicitly mentioned, many mobile home parks feature common areas for residents to socialize and engage in activities. These could include a clubhouse, recreational facilities (such as a pool, shuffleboard courts, or a community center), and potentially organized events or gatherings. The strong sense of community at Life Village suggests the presence of such opportunities for interaction.
- On-Site Management: The positive feedback regarding the owner and staff implies the presence of responsive on-site management dedicated to addressing resident needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the park.
- Security and Safety: A well-cared-for park often prioritizes the safety and security of its residents, although specific security features are not detailed in the provided information.
Given the emphasis on the caring owner and the ongoing upgrades without significant rent increases, Life Village Mobile Park distinguishes itself as a community that values its residents and invests in its property. This contrasts with the concerns often associated with corporate-owned parks, where profit motives might sometimes overshadow resident well-being and affordability.
For local users in Ormond Beach and the surrounding areas who may have initially searched for "RV parks near me" but are now considering the benefits of mobile home living in a stable and well-regarded community, Life Village Mobile Park offers a compelling proposition. The positive testimonials from current residents speak volumes about the quality of life, the dedication of the management, and the strong sense of community found within the park.

Life Village Mobile Park Reviews
We have been living here in Life Village in Ormond Beach for two years. Life Village for the location to shopping and beach is a very nice place to call home. This is a privately owned park and the owner cares deeply about his property. Since purchasing, they have been working to upgrade the grounds, without drastically raising the lot rents. We all know that other parks have been bought by corporations and lot rents gone through the roof.

Dec 14, 2024 · Kim RogersI stopped in to look at a couple homes a little over a month ago. November 2024. My contact there was Cindy and she was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. The next day I came back, made a reasonable offer and was accepted. The home was exactly what I was looking for. I made arrangements for a complete home inspection and there were a few minor things wrong and they were more than happy to take care of for me.With in a week I owned the home. During that time I was able to meet the owner, other office staff and some of the workers. This is a family owned 55+ community that is extremely nice and well cared for. Everyone I had interaction with was very friendly and treated as a friend. I had done my research, and I feel you won’t find a better place to call home at Life Village or Camelot Village that are both owned by the same family and right next to one another. I would rate both communities 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dec 16, 2024 · Ken KingsleyWe are very happy at Life Village. They keep the lot rent well below most other parks and nice and clean. Don't know how some people complain about noise, there is no noise here. Seldom even here any Nova Rd traffic.
Feb 27, 2025 · Bonnie LawrenceDo not buy property! If you try to pass down the trailer you bought from them they will not accept the beneficiary on the lease instead they will take the trailer back and sell it. The owner himself told us that our grandma lived in deplorable conditions so he moved her into a different trailer but if he knew she wasn't going to last that long he would have just kept her in a roach and bed bug infested house...HOW CAN YOU BE LIKE THAT TO OUR ELDERLY? He even told the neighbor that if she died even if she had her son on the trailer he would refuse to renew the lease, and he wouldn't be allowed there even tho THEY PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THESE TRAILERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS go buy a house with land you CAN pass down!!
