Log Cabin Mobile Home Park Introduce
Log Cabin Mobile Home Park is situated at 18411 Valley Blvd in Bloomington, California. For local users exploring options under the category of "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that the available information suggests this is primarily a residential mobile home park catering to long-term residents in manufactured homes, rather than a facility offering short-term RV parking. Therefore, individuals specifically seeking RV accommodations in the Bloomington area would likely need to look at other parks that explicitly offer those services.
Based on the limited reviews available, Log Cabin Mobile Home Park appears to offer a generally positive living environment for its residents. One reviewer describes it as a "Quiet affordable nice place" where "people are nice" and there is a sense of privacy ("nobody bothers you"). This suggests a community that values peace and neighborly respect, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a tranquil living situation. The same reviewer also highlights the well-maintained landscaping of the park, indicating an effort to keep the grounds aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, they commend the manager, describing her as "awesome" once you get to know her, despite her initial firmness in enforcing park rules. This suggests a manager who is dedicated to maintaining order and standards within the community, which can contribute to a stable and predictable living environment for residents.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, primarily focusing on visitor experiences and concerns about the local animal population. This reviewer states that their primary reason for visiting the park is a friend who resides there. While acknowledging that the park is "clean enough on the serfice," they raise a concerning issue about the disappearance of outdoor cats within the park, expressing uncertainty about the cause. This could be a point of concern for animal lovers considering visiting or residing in the community.
The same reviewer also recounts a personal experience of attempting to stay with their friend for about a week while between places to live. During this time, the park manager reportedly informed them that guests were not allowed to stay, which the reviewer found perplexing, especially if the space rent was current. They mention that this incident occurred a few years ago, expressing hope that the policy might have changed since then. This highlights a potentially strict guest policy at Log Cabin Mobile Home Park, which could be a significant factor for individuals who frequently have visitors or may need short-term accommodation for friends or family. Prospective residents should inquire about the current guest policies to understand any limitations on having visitors stay with them.
Considering these two reviews, we can glean the following insights about Log Cabin Mobile Home Park:
- It is described as a quiet and affordable place to live.
- Residents are generally perceived as nice and respectful of privacy.
- The landscaping is well-maintained, suggesting attention to the park's appearance.
- The park manager is seen as firm on rules but also "awesome" once known better, indicating a commitment to order and community standards.
- There have been concerns raised about the disappearance of outdoor cats within the park.
- There was a past policy (a few years ago) that reportedly prohibited guests from staying, even for short periods, which may or may not still be in effect.
The available information does not provide details about specific services or amenities offered at Log Cabin Mobile Home Park. There is no mention of a clubhouse, recreational facilities (such as a pool or gym), laundry facilities, or organized community activities. Similarly, there is no promotional information available, such as current space rental rates, availability of homes for sale, or any special incentives for new residents.
For local users specifically searching for "RV parks near me," the information available does not suggest that Log Cabin Mobile Home Park caters to recreational vehicles. The focus of the reviews is on the experiences of residents living in manufactured homes and the park's community environment and management policies related to long-term living. Therefore, those seeking short-term RV parking would likely need to explore other facilities in the Bloomington or surrounding areas that are specifically designed for RVs.
In conclusion, Log Cabin Mobile Home Park in Bloomington, CA, appears to be a community that values quiet living and maintains its landscaping well. The manager is perceived positively by at least one resident for her firmness and overall effectiveness. However, there have been concerns raised about the disappearance of outdoor cats, and there was a past report of a strict no-guest policy for short-term stays. Potential residents should inquire about the current guest policies and any pet-related regulations. For those seeking long-term residency in a mobile home within a seemingly peaceful community, Log Cabin Mobile Home Park might be worth considering, but further investigation into current policies and amenities would be advisable. For individuals looking for "RV parks near me," this park does not appear to be the relevant category based on the available information.

May 04, 2021 · Kelly DavisThe only reason I will drive into this park is that I have a friend who lives there. It's clean enough on the serfice but for some reason the outside cats disappear! Not sure why. I was staying with my friend for about a week when I was between places to live and the manager told me I couldn't be there. Said there were no guests allowd. That was a few years ago so I hope things have changed. As long as the space rent is paid up I don't understand why a person couldn't visit short term.
May 28, 2019 · Lea Sirkits more expensive than anything other park I have been to and they can't even put valve on the pipe for the water, theres moles everywhere making holes on the grass, and the spaces for the trailers aren't even flat and have a bunch of holes.so frustrating I didnt even get a laundry room key
