Logan Martin Lake RV Resort Reviews
I've been renting my spot for almost a month. My experience has been very welcoming with a family oriented feel. Park manager is very nice and professional. Upkeep is impeccable, along with up coming improvements. I very much look forward to summer time fun and getting the opportunity to know more of my neighbors.
Apr 09, 2024 · Jeff ReevesBeen here almost a year. This place has become our home and has grown. Many things are happening like a community garden and a new playground coming for the kids. They had an Easter event this year for all the families and an egg hunt for the kids. My child loved the “field games” and the prizes. More events are being planned this year too like movies by the water and family game nights. They do have rules like keeping your property picked up and clean (we live around water- there are snakes, mosquitoes and other wildlife) as well as watching out for your kids and teaching them campground respect (which really is a no-brainer). Rules are all listed and discussed before you sign a contract and move in and as long as you’re not a rule breaker and have no issue with them and think you are above them… then you shouldn’t have an issues living here.
May 03, 2024 · AlyCat RLet me start off by saying that this is a wonderful campground. This review does not pertain to the campground whatsoever. My family and I stayed here the summer of 2023 and looked forward to every single weekend. We met new friends, hung out with old friends and family, and never had a single issue; management was fantastic.Fast forward to summer of 24: we get our same spot on the point back and can’t wait to move back in. When I say we had trouble from DAY ONE, I mean it. They hired a new “manager” who is nothing more than a bulley on a power trip. This man harassed me and my family from the first morning we were there, until the night I demanded my money back half way through the season (we paid 6 months in full) , went through the owner, and got it and moved our stuff out immediately. The only thing that he had on us, was the fact my 6 year old didn’t shut the camper door all the way and our dog slipped out and walked up to the manager while fishing at 6 AM. The rest of the constant harassment was over guests (supposedly) going over 5 mph. Hard to tell if you don’t have a radar gun. I am all for rules because without them it would be chaos, but this man made it personal. Unless they do something about him, this place will be empty in 3 years. I hate it for the owners because like I said, it’s a great campground.
Jun 22, 2024 · Austin KirbyMy husband and I have been tenants of this campground for almost 2 years. Had no issues till new management came along. Management is HORRIBLE! You are truly just another lot payment to them.Oh the plus, our lot was one everyone wanted ( we were told by management they’d have no problems filling our spot) and it wouldn’t surprise me, great views and scenery! Beware to the next tenants! Happy camping friends!
Apr 28, 2024 · Kylee WardI have been here for 9 months and this park is more like a community than a park ❤️😊 If you’re looking for a clean , beautiful,Safe place this is it !! The park has a private boat launch and 2 covered pavilions with fire pits ! There’s a dozen piers to swim off, fish and of course dock your boats!🛥️ It’s a gated resort for that extra secure feeling 😊and of course the most beautiful views of the lake!.You couldn’t ask for nicer neighbors that are always willing too lend a helping hand if you need it 😊 You of course could not have all of this without the Management Mike and Leah Cornett (managers) and Chris and Dawn Greene (assistant managers) Thank you all for making this a family fun safe Clean environment for everyone 😊😊 Thank you all for all of your hard work and being there too help the residence whenever you see they need a hand !!😊So if you’re lucky enough too find an opening here at Logan Martin RV Resort my suggestion would be too grab it and enjoy Lake Life !😊😊 I would give it 5 stars ⭐️
