Jul 23, 2024 · G RuizGreat place to stay. Nice staff and clean park.
Apr 20, 2025 · Kristopher DemontStayed for a week in a large 5th wheel and can't say I'd recommend it for anyone with a large rig among other issues. To keep it short and sweet, 1) Utilities aren't in a friendly place for a long rig(located up front by road), 2) The site was littered with screws, sharp plastic, and glass, 3) the park was having voltage issues when it was hot. To go into detail, sites are very tight. The only way I could get backed in was luckily having an empty pull through site adjacent to mine to pull into and then back in. I had to buy $250 worth of extension cord and more sewer slinky hose to be able to park right to allow my 2 vehicles to fit. Throughout my week stay, I found over more than a handful of screws and other debris that could be dangerous to vehicle tires, feet, and paws. My surge protector was kicking out one leg of power due to the voltage issues. I measured myself and was getting 104-109 volts on one post and 120-123v on the other. Called management and had a quick visit from their maintenance man that dismissed the problem like nothing was wrong. He found acceptable voltage to the ground post but NOT the neutral post like there should be. (NESC standards say 114v is the lowest acceptable voltage for household appliances so I was concerned about causing damage to my rooftop A/C compressors and refrigerator compressor). Seems as though other people down my row were having voltage issues also the next morning when it started to heat up. Then icing on the cake was being told I had too much trash at the curb the morning of departure and that I had to haul it to the dumpster myself. It might be acceptable for an overnight stay in a smaller unit less than 35' but that's about it. For positives, the park was quiet for how packed it was an the few neighbors I met seemed nice and welcoming.
Jul 03, 2023 · Jake SaltsgaverI like this place. The staff is awesome. A little pricey during the summer, but great rates right now. The park is crowded, but surprisingly quiet. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves. Not a bad area with groceries and restaurants easy to get to.
Feb 10, 2023 · Rich MartinAn okay place, might fit some peoples needs. We stayed for 3 weeks before leaving for another park down the street (which we are much happier with)*Cons:-Very little privacy, sites are placed to maximize occupancy and very tight. Right outside most everyones front door is their neighbors waste pipe.-No grass at all, through the entire park, not good for pets at all. Grass has been replaced by turf throughout the park, which probably was nice when installed, but wore quickly and looks poor now. Also, the "dog park" is a muddy pit in the back where feces builds up.-Lots of children running around, nearly all day. Biking and running between sites, playing in the roads constantly, not moving for cars, etc, it got old quick.-The park focuses on long-term stays and about 60% of spaces are occupied by full-time residents on a rent-to-own format of destination trailers placed by the park.-The park nickels and dimes everything: keycard to get in the gate $20 each, Laundry/bathroom key $10, internet $50 for router (Have to use theirs) and $60-$100 monthly for access, $4 per load of laundry.-No recycling, besides plastic bottles and cans with CA cash return value, no glass, tin, cardboard, etc.-Almost no trees throughout the entire park, very trailer-park like feel.*Pros-Pretty quiet at night, since it is a lot of families, after about 9pm we never heard any noises.-Safe, gated, easy to walk around inside park.-Amenities looked nice, such as pool, etc, but we never used them as they were typically occupied by children.-Trash and recycles are picked up from sites-Change machines in the 3 laundry rooms made getting quarters easy, although the could use more machine given how many people live in the park.Overall, decent park if you need a mid to long term stay, but would recommend other parks in the area first.
