Uvas Pines RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Morgan Hill, California area, Uvas Pines RV Park, located at 13210 Uvas Rd, Morgan Hill, CA 95037, USA, presents a location with notable natural beauty and spacious sites. However, publicly available reviews offer a mixed perspective, highlighting both the appealing physical environment and significant concerns regarding management and facility maintenance. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview for potential visitors, combining the positive aspects with the reported drawbacks to facilitate informed decision-making.
Uvas Pines RV Park is described by one reviewer as a "Beautiful park with very large, level spaces." This suggests a significant advantage for RV travelers, as spacious and level sites contribute to ease of parking and overall comfort during their stay. The presence of "Lots of trees and flowers" further enhances the aesthetic appeal of the park, indicating a potentially pleasant and natural environment that many RV enthusiasts appreciate. Additionally, the park offers a "nice little dog park," which is a valuable amenity for those traveling with pets, providing a dedicated space for their dogs to exercise and socialize safely.
The same positive review also commends the "Front desk staff" as being "super sweet and helpful with check in." This suggests that at least some members of the front office team provide a positive initial experience for arriving guests, facilitating a smooth and welcoming start to their stay. The reviewer even drew a favorable comparison, noting that "The spots are very similar to spaces at Fort Wilderness a @ Disney World," implying a high standard of site quality and a potentially enjoyable camping experience reminiscent of a well-regarded destination.
However, a contrasting review paints a considerably less favorable picture of Uvas Pines RV Park. This reviewer expressed genuine disappointment and stated they "wouldn’t recommend it to anyone." While they acknowledged that "the maintenance staff are kind and respectful," their experience with the office staff was markedly negative. They described the "woman in the office" as "incredibly rude and unprofessional," alleging a dislike for children and music. A specific incident was recounted where the office staff member approached their trailer at 2 PM (outside of typical quiet hours) to demand that they lower their music, which was playing inside while the reviewer was cleaning. This interaction was perceived as "completely unnecessary" and made them feel "unwelcome."
Adding to their negative experience, the same reviewer reported an issue with billing, where the office staff allegedly tried to charge them for a payment that had already been made prior to their arrival. The reviewer criticized the lack of due diligence in checking records, stating that the staff member "just assumed we hadn’t paid." This was deemed "unacceptable" and indicative of disorganization within the management.
Beyond the issues with office staff and management, the negative review also highlighted significant concerns about the condition of the park's facilities. The reviewer described the facilities as being in "terrible condition," specifically mentioning that "the washing machines are filthy." They also noted "visible wear and tear everywhere" and the absence of amenities or activities that would justify the price of staying at the park. The overall impression was that "Everything looks old and poorly maintained."
Based on this negative feedback, the reviewer concluded that Uvas Pines RV Park is "absolutely not worth" the amount they charge and expressed regret about staying there, advising others not to "waste your time or money." This strong condemnation underscores the severity of the issues experienced by this particular guest.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," local users researching options in Morgan Hill will need to carefully weigh these contrasting experiences. The park's apparent natural beauty, spacious sites, and dog park are definite positives. The reported helpfulness of the maintenance staff and, at least in one instance, the front desk staff during check-in, are also noteworthy. However, the serious allegations of rude and unprofessional behavior from the office staff, billing errors, and poorly maintained and unsanitary facilities are significant drawbacks that could severely impact a visitor's experience.
The lack of detailed information about specific services and amenities beyond the dog park, laundry facilities (albeit described as filthy), and potentially a front desk for check-in, makes it difficult to provide a comprehensive comparison with other RV parks in the area. Prospective visitors may need to contact Uvas Pines RV Park directly at (408) 779-3417 or +1 408-779-3417 to inquire about the availability and condition of essential amenities such as hookups (water, electricity, sewer), Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, and any recreational facilities that might exist but were not mentioned in the provided reviews.
The absence of any promotional information in the provided text means that we cannot comment on any special offers, discounts, or unique features that the park might be advertising to attract visitors. Therefore, interested individuals will need to rely on their own inquiries and potentially seek additional reviews from other online platforms to gain a broader perspective on the current state of Uvas Pines RV Park and the consistency of the experiences reported by its guests.
In conclusion, Uvas Pines RV Park in Morgan Hill appears to be a location with natural beauty and spacious RV sites, which are significant draws for many RV travelers. However, potential visitors must be aware of the serious concerns raised by at least one recent guest regarding the unprofessionalism of the office staff, issues with billing, and the poor condition and lack of maintenance of the park's facilities. While another reviewer praised the park's beauty and check-in staff, the stark contrast in experiences suggests a potential inconsistency in service and upkeep. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully consider these points, conduct further research, and potentially contact the park directly to make an informed decision about whether Uvas Pines RV Park meets their needs and expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Uvas Pines RV Park Reviews
⸻I’m genuinely disappointed with this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The maintenance staff are kind and respectful, but the woman in the office is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t like children or music. She came to our trailer at 2 PM — not even during quiet hours — to tell us to lower the music, which was playing inside while I was cleaning. It felt completely unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome.Earlier that same day, she also tried to charge us for a payment I had already made before moving in. Instead of checking her records first, she just assumed we hadn’t paid. That kind of disorganization is unacceptable. On top of that, the facilities are in terrible condition. The washing machines are filthy, there’s visible wear and tear everywhere, and there are no amenities or activities to justify the price. Everything looks old and poorly maintained. For the amount they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I regret staying here. Don’t waste your time or money.⸻

Jan 09, 2025 · Miller JerryThought I did this already over a year ago ? So yes FIVE HUGE STARS ! This place is HOMEY & IMMACULATE! For those who complain about the long termers , I disagree , they are the nicest & most welcoming of all . We had our neighbor bring us grapes & we’re unbelievably hospitable all I met were - the grounds are kept up at all times & they will accommodate you in any way possible without a second step - Nancy is so gracious as a host / manager , so it cannot be her they speak of , however I have found that many use review tools as a way of a temper tantrum . We were delayed a year in the RV from our move out of state due to an injury ,& while we pay for Thousand Trails membership right next door , on our “ Out” week we were led here. By another TT member , we chose to pay the rent & stay because it was so comfortable & nice . I cannot say enough about this incredible gem , whatever it is you’re doing ( to the owner ) keep it up as they prove their allegiance daily .
