Nature's Resort Campground Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Homosassa, Florida area, it is essential to conduct thorough research to ensure a satisfactory camping experience. Nature's Resort Campground, located at 10359 W Halls River Rd, Homosassa, FL 34448, USA, has received significant negative feedback from recent customers, which potential visitors should consider.
Multiple reviews express extreme dissatisfaction with the campground, with one reviewer emphatically stating, "DO NOT COME HERE" and labeling a stay there as a "total waste of money." Another reviewer suggested that one "might as well park in the city for a similar experience," indicating a severe lack of expected campground amenities and atmosphere.
Concerns regarding the environment and facilities at Nature's Resort Campground are prominent in the feedback. One reviewer described the surroundings as having "barely any trees around, no grass," and noted that "the surrounding water is not swimmable." Furthermore, this reviewer mentioned that "the place smells bad" and that the "area is not very clean." These comments paint a picture of a potentially unkempt and unpleasant environment, falling short of the natural and appealing setting often associated with RV campgrounds.
Another significant issue raised by a former prospective guest involves a stark discrepancy between the advertised features and the actual conditions observed upon arrival. This individual stated that "the springs don’t look anything like in the pictures, totally not as advertised." Feeling misled by the representations made during the reservation process, this reviewer chose not to stay even for 30 minutes and immediately sought a refund.
The experience of attempting to obtain a refund further compounded the negative impression for this particular reviewer. Despite promptly requesting a refund at the front office due to the misrepresented conditions, the request was reportedly dismissed. Subsequent attempts to contact the management via phone were also unsuccessful, with the reviewer claiming to have been told on three separate occasions that they would receive a call back, which never materialized. This lack of communication and apparent avoidance has led the reviewer to believe that the management has "no intention refunding me even though I was lied to and misled when reserving."
Financial concerns have also been raised by multiple reviewers. One review explicitly warns others to "Do not do business with Nature Resort," alleging that "They charged both my friend’s card and mine without permission and refuse to return our hard earned money." This serious accusation of unauthorized charges and refusal to address the issue should be a significant point of concern for potential visitors.
Further অভিযোগ কেন্দ্রিক around the management's handling of complaints and financial disputes. According to one reviewer, "The manager avoids taking responsibility and won’t return a call or address their wrongful actions." This perceived lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with customer concerns further contributes to the negative perception of Nature's Resort Campground.
Based on the consistent and strongly negative feedback from multiple reviewers, potential visitors searching for "RV parks near me" in Homosassa, FL should exercise extreme caution when considering Nature's Resort Campground. The reported issues encompass environmental conditions, cleanliness, accuracy of advertising, refund policies, and management responsiveness. These are critical factors that typically contribute to a positive and satisfactory RV park experience.
Given the severity of the issues raised, it would be prudent for those seeking RV accommodations in the Homosassa area to thoroughly investigate alternative campgrounds and read recent reviews from various sources before making a decision. The negative experiences shared by previous customers suggest that Nature's Resort Campground may not currently offer the quality and service expected of an RV park.
As there is no positive feedback or promotional information available in the provided reviews, it is impossible to offer a balanced perspective or highlight any potential positive aspects of Nature's Resort Campground. The overwhelming sentiment from the available information is one of significant dissatisfaction and caution against staying at this particular RV park. Therefore, local users searching for "RV parks near me" should be aware of these serious concerns and consider other options in the Homosassa, Florida area to ensure a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

DO NOT COME HERE.Total waste of money to stay here, find anywhere else.Might as well park in the city for a similar experience.Barely any trees around, no grass, surrounding water is not swimmable, the place smells bad, area is not very clean, the springs don’t look anything like in the pictures, totally not as advertised.Did not even stay 30 minutes here. I immediately went to the front office to ask for a refund, but they dismissed me. (I decided to leave and find somewhere else MUCH BETTER to stay.) I called three times, each time was told they’d call me back. They are avoiding me now and have no intention refunding me even though I was lied to and misled when reserving.

Apr 02, 2025 · Alfredo Saavedra YamunaqueI’m giving this mediocre stars because it’s a really nice campground and really nice view of the canal. However I had reserved the tiki Bar in the back of the campground for a celebration of life, I’ve called three times and talked to several different people. Confirming on how many new people will be there and what I can or cannot bring and when I get there, the bartenders had nothing but attitude, and it just talked a bunch of shit about other things and during your presentation The bartenders did not stop talking and someone had to tell them to please be quiet so it just was not the best experience for the day.Update: I did speak to the manager and he was sincere however we did tip the bar tenders generously and they were still rude.

Holy shit this place do tight no space to breathe. they call it a resort nothing is included no electricity no cable, which is stated on their website, people check this place out before you come or you will regret it. also Wi-Fi if you call it that ,back from day one it hasn’t really worked, in and out.Friday night steak dinner at the bar I ordered medium rare, I got raw steak could not eat. I do not believe the steak was cooked at all.My wife ordered medium. She got well done waitress never came around. Asked us how anything was pretty bad for 50 bucks. Will not be back to this place
Feb 16, 2025 · Kenneth DeaneNice RV Park but tight spots. Still recovering from last Hurricane, limited bar and food service . Very hard to navigate at night with an RV! Would recommend the spots on the River.
