Sep 05, 2017 · Melissa WadeThis place is absolutely terrible!!!!! The owner is cool but the folks living here are TERRIBLE. Almost got attacked by a dog in the camper spot I'm paying for, 11:00 P.M. I hear fireworks going off (may 31st) there are cats EVERYWHERE and it's not nice AT ALL... This is a wast of money for me and I'll never be back!!!!!

Jan 05, 2024 · Jessica MorganI recently had a friend move here and the place is great the owner is exceptional he used to work for a RV company building them my understanding for 20-plus years then when he retired he opened up the spark and he maintains the maintenance on most of his clientele that live there and doesn't charge them anything for that that's a pretty great guy pretty great place to live I would think no mud holes all gravel parking lot easy in and out if you want to move there he'll come pick you up all your trailer help set you up if anything breaks you help fix it he knows his stuff just word of mouth if I still have my trailer that's where I would be that's old man a few years back needed the money but my friend really brags on this guy and this place and he's really happy there he was miserable at the last place he lived so the RV park at Noonday check it out room for expansion also for future clientele I give him five stars and that's for a reason he knows his stuff treats his clientele very well
