Oasis Park Co Introduce
Oasis Park Co, situated at 6700 E Thomas Rd in Scottsdale, Arizona, presents itself as a tranquil and well-maintained mobile home community catering primarily to residents aged 55 and over. While not explicitly advertised as an RV park in the traditional sense of short-term stays, its nature as a mobile home park within the broader landscape of residential options could be relevant to individuals seeking long-term, quiet living arrangements who might also consider the "RV parks near me" category for extended stays or as a transition to permanent housing.
One of the provided customer reviews offers valuable insight into the atmosphere and environment of Oasis Park Co. A former resident, who lived there with their mother for many years, describes the park as "definitely quiet, very laid back, and very clean and well kept." These are significant positive attributes, particularly for seniors seeking a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The emphasis on cleanliness and maintenance suggests that Oasis Park Co takes pride in its appearance and strives to provide a pleasant setting for its residents.
Furthermore, the review highlights the strong sense of community within Oasis Park Co. The former resident recalls that "every resident that my Mom and I knew were extremely friendly and gracious." This social aspect is a crucial factor for many seniors when choosing a place to live, as a supportive and welcoming community can greatly enhance their quality of life. The fond memories expressed by the former resident, including their sadness when their mother sold their house in the park after many years, speak volumes about the positive experiences and connections formed within Oasis Park Co.
Given its designation as a 55+ community, Oasis Park Co likely offers an environment tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents. This often includes a quieter pace of life, a focus on community activities suitable for seniors, and potentially specific amenities designed to enhance their comfort and convenience. While the review doesn't detail specific amenities, typical features of such communities might include well-maintained common areas, perhaps a clubhouse or recreational facilities, and a general atmosphere of respect and consideration among residents.
However, it is important to note a contrasting piece of feedback in the second review. This review cautions against calling the listed phone number, describing a concerning interaction where the caller, who was inquiring about filling up a water tank (suggesting they might be traveling in an RV), was asked for their name and checking account routing number. This type of request for sensitive financial information during a general inquiry is highly unusual and raises serious red flags about potential scams or inappropriate practices. Local users, especially those who might be considering Oasis Park Co as a stop during a road trip or while looking for "RV parks near me" for temporary services, should be extremely wary of such requests and prioritize their financial security.
Considering the primary nature of Oasis Park Co as a 55+ mobile home community, its relevance to the "RV parks near me" category might be limited to individuals seeking long-term residential options rather than short-term RV stays. Mobile home parks often have different regulations and infrastructure compared to dedicated RV parks, focusing on permanent or semi-permanent housing rather than transient travelers. However, some mobile home parks may have designated RV spaces or allow RVs on a longer-term basis, particularly if they cater to a demographic that might transition from RV living to mobile home ownership.
To clarify whether Oasis Park Co accommodates RVs for any duration and to understand the specific terms and conditions for residency, interested local users should contact them directly using the provided phone numbers: (480) 947-1325 or +1 480-947-1325. However, given the concerning feedback regarding the phone inquiry, it would be prudent to exercise caution and avoid sharing any sensitive personal or financial information during initial contact.
When contacting Oasis Park Co, potential residents or those inquiring about longer-term RV options should ask specific questions such as:
- Does Oasis Park Co accommodate RVs, and if so, for what duration (short-term, long-term residency)?
- What are the age restrictions for residency (explicitly stated as 55+ in a review)?
- What types of mobile homes are permitted, and are there any currently for sale or rent?
- What are the lot rental fees and what is included (e.g., utilities, maintenance)?
- What amenities are available for residents (e.g., clubhouse, recreational facilities, laundry)?
- What are the park rules and regulations?
- Are pets allowed, and if so, are there any restrictions?
- What security measures are in place within the park?
- If RVs are permitted for longer stays, what are the hookup options and rates?
Understanding the answers to these questions will help local users determine if Oasis Park Co aligns with their specific housing needs within the context of senior living or potentially as a longer-term option considered alongside "RV parks near me." The positive review regarding the community atmosphere and cleanliness suggests a potentially attractive environment for the right demographic.
In conclusion, Oasis Park Co in Scottsdale, Arizona, is presented as a quiet, laid-back, and well-maintained 55+ senior mobile home community with a friendly and gracious resident population. While primarily focused on mobile home living for seniors, it might offer long-term options that could be relevant to those considering "RV parks near me" for extended stays within a senior living framework. However, the concerning feedback about a recent phone inquiry necessitates caution when contacting the park and sharing personal information. Direct communication is recommended to ascertain the park's policies, amenities, and any potential RV accommodations, while exercising vigilance regarding information requests.

Oasis Park Co Reviews
I lived in Oasis Park with my Mom for many years. It's definitely quiet, very laid back, and very clean and we'll kept. It's a senior 55+ community and as I recall, every resident that my Mom and I knew were extremely friendly and gracious. I was quite sad when my Mom finally sold our house (#19) around 10 years ago.

Nov 16, 2024 · Jennifer JohnsonOur first encounter with this Mobile Park was in 1995 to attend a wedding. After visiting for a month at the wife's sisters home in this Oasis Park, we decided to purchase one of the unit's. We have lived here for 24 years & love every day we have spent here. The units and residents are wonderful to live with. Hope we can spend the rest of our years here.
May 24, 2020 · George DupuieIf you want to be treated like a little child, then go there. They have a certain 4'10" board member who has Napoleon syndrome and will come after you with a vengeance if your not in her party circle. She makes you put the Park on your insurance policy so if something happens, the park will get your place, not your relatives! I have recording of her parties cuz she lived behind me. She partied after the time allotted breaking her own rules! She got members that were in her circle so drunk they fell down and we had to pick them up because everyone else was too drunk! I have that on a recording also! I let her put up a privacy fence when everyone else said no. She related me by faulse stories and trying to kick me out. Also by telling me I couldn't sell my place. I have pictures of the place they let me buy and it was ten times worse when by "their own" rules they shouldn't have let it be sold. Then try to tell me, I couldn't sell it unless I added on to it. I hired an attorney who told me they were breaking the law! If I hadn't gotten a buyer whose relative lives in there to fight them, I would have been forced to involve the Courts. If not now, one day they will get you too! Whatever you do, stay on her good side or that scorpions tail will stab you in the back. Never had an ounce of trouble until little girl got on that Board! You have to have visitors interviewed by the Board before they can come stay with you. So read the rules, regulations and by-laws carefully before you buy in there! Oh and if your of any other race than white, forget about it. You will not be approved!
Dec 29, 2015 · Dawn HammondOasis is a beautiful park co-op community with friendly people and a mid century modern vibe. As in most co-ops, the home insurance names the park for liability purposes only, not as mentioned above. Members have been working hard to upgrade this 1956 community: keeping it safe, friendly, well-polished and a little quirky. Other upscale co-op communities such as this can be found in Palm Springs and Malibu.
