ORE Introduce
ORE is a mobile home park located at 8336 Oak Ridge Hwy A6, Knoxville, TN 37931, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in the Knoxville area, it is important to have a comprehensive understanding of what ORE potentially offers. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the limited information available, specifically the provided customer reviews.
It is crucial to note that the information presented here is derived solely from the provided customer reviews, which express significant concerns regarding the management and community environment of ORE. These reviews should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residing at this location.
The address of ORE places it along Oak Ridge Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee. This location likely offers access to the general amenities of the city, including shopping, dining, and essential services. However, the reviews provide insights into the internal environment of the mobile home park itself, painting a concerning picture.
One review mentions issues with parking within the park, stating that cars are "constantly parked in the road" due to limited space in residents' yards. This could indicate potential problems with traffic flow and accessibility within the community. Another significant concern raised is the alleged removal of entrance gates by the new management ("Horizonland Land Management" or "Oak Ridge MHC,LLC."). The reviewer suggests that this has led to increased drug activity within the park, occurring even in the middle of the road, which could negatively impact the safety and overall atmosphere of the community.
The review also describes the neighborhood as "not friendly," with allegations of discriminatory behavior towards non-Hispanic residents and a reluctance among some neighbors to communicate in English. These claims, if accurate, would significantly detract from the sense of community and could create an uncomfortable living environment for many.
Based on the negative experiences shared in the reviews, there are significant concerns regarding the services and fees at ORE. One reviewer mentions being charged monthly for trash pickup but frequently being unable to access the dumpsters. This suggests potential issues with waste management within the park.
Furthermore, the reviewer states being charged a parking fee despite only having two cars parked in their driveway, and a storage fee despite not utilizing any storage units provided by the park. These allegations of unwarranted fees are serious and indicate potential mismanagement or billing errors.
The removal of the entrance gates, as mentioned in one review, could be seen as a reduction in a previously existing amenity that aimed to provide security and controlled access for residents.
It is important to note that the reviews do not mention any positive services or amenities. This lack of positive feedback, coupled with the specific negative experiences detailed, raises serious questions about the overall quality of services provided at ORE.
The features of ORE, based on the reviews, appear to be limited and potentially problematic. The overcrowding leading to street parking issues, the alleged increase in drug activity following the removal of gates, and the reported unfriendly and discriminatory atmosphere are significant negative features.
The sense of community, according to the reviews, is severely lacking. The allegations of neighbors pretending not to speak English when addressed and the claims of discrimination paint a picture of a divided and unwelcoming environment. The incident of a "nosy person" taking pictures of a dog in its own yard further suggests a lack of respect for privacy and boundaries within the community.
The change in management ("Horizonland Land Management" or "Oak Ridge MHC,LLC.") is specifically mentioned as the point at which many of these problems began to surface, according to one long-term resident. This suggests a potential decline in the quality of life within the park under the new management.
Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available customer reviews, it is challenging to identify any positive promotional aspects of ORE. The reviews serve as a strong caution for potential residents.
There is no information available in the provided text regarding any special offers, incentives for new residents, or unique features that might attract individuals or families looking for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options. In fact, the information strongly suggests that prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and seek further information and potentially alternative housing options.
Anyone considering ORE should independently verify the current conditions, management practices, and community environment. Contacting the management directly at (423) 863-4571 or +1 423-863-4571 would be a crucial step, but it would also be advisable to speak with current residents (if possible) to gain a more balanced perspective beyond the severely negative reviews provided.
In conclusion, based solely on the provided customer reviews, ORE mobile home park appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to management, safety, fees, and community relations. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living in Knoxville, TN, should be aware of these serious concerns and conduct thorough due diligence before considering ORE as a potential residence. The information available suggests a potentially negative living experience.

ORE Reviews
This place is horrible! Everyone ,except a few families that are still here, don't speak English. There are cars constantly parked in the road because people run out of room in their yard. I get charged for trash pick up every month. And can't even get my trash in the dumpsters half the time . I also get charged a parking fee and I only have two cars parked in my driveway. I also get a storage fee and the park has no storage units and is storing nothing of mine. Very discriminating place towards anyone not Hispanic. When I first moved here there were gates at the entrance for actual residents to have a key card to access the park. Since this new company has taken over they have removed the gates ,now anyone can come in here. Which means a lot of drug deals go on here. Sadly right in the middle if the road. Not a friendly neighborhood. If you try to speak to neighbors they pretend they cannot speak English. Saving money to get out of here after 12years of no problems until the new management " Horizonland Land Management " or they also go by"Oak Ridge MHC,LLC."
May 04, 2025 · CGot nosy people taking pictures of my dog in her own yard when they live on another lane just mind your business its not hard and its free
Apr 26, 2025 · hannah pittmanLot rent is through the roof, they're more likely to take things away then give them to u. Perfect example is how they told us they'd have to charge us more bc we have 3 dumpsters, they charge us more and then the next week they take a dumpster away. They literally don't do anything for us, we even have to pay r own taxes on the land we rent. This place sucks
Jul 15, 2024 · CMostly pretty quiet. But there are butt wholes everywhere.
Mar 22, 2025 · Jamie AtkinsMy family and I have lived in the park for the last year. It has been quite and peaceful. All the lots are clean and well kept. I unfortunately have fear for the coming future as the most amazing property manager was just let go. She was the most helpful, kind, and passionate person I have ever met. It's going to be a shame if the park does not stay at the standards she has implemented.
