Nov 10, 2024 · Virgil HowellOpinions are just that. I am a resident. Some posts discuss how bad the residents are without knowing us, one says someone urinated from a Golf cart on a street, without any description or exact location, others comment on traffic or descriptions of Canadians and/or Cajuns. Unless you live here, your really don't know the diversity or the amount of good, our neighbors do for each other every single day. Much like any neighborhood in our Country, we have a few residents and neighbors who only see a glass as half full and rarely have a kind word about anything. We often focus on the negative 2%, rather than the 98 % satisfaction. We have new management trying to better the Park, we have friendly neighbors who try to clean up their homes and this is a nice, quiet place to live, along the water. If someone really has a valid complaint, step forward and tell the Managers or Owners. We love our Park and we choose to make it better. Just my opinion.

Jan 30, 2021 · Karen LongThis is winter home for a lot of the residents. It's quiet and is well maintained. With a lake access. Residents are 55+ and are very robust. I would like very much to live there.
Mar 20, 2018 · Lark ClarkIt's a quiet and peaceful place to reside. Everytime I go to visit, all of the residents treat you with kindness and greet you with a smile. It's always clean and well maintained. L.J.
