Williams Park Introduce
Welcome to Williams Park, located at Park Pl, 2103 Williams, Haines City, FL 33844, USA. If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering an affordable mobile home living situation in Haines City, Florida, Williams Park presents itself as a budget-conscious option with certain notable conveniences. Based on the available customer reviews, the park offers a generally quiet environment and a location with good access to local amenities and public transportation. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to be aware of the limited inclusions within the units themselves, as highlighted by tenant experiences.
One resident expresses a positive overall experience, stating, "I love it here. It's so quiet, it's near stores plus u have the bus stop out front. It's a very nice place to live." This review underscores several appealing aspects of Williams Park. The "quiet" environment suggests a peaceful living atmosphere, which can be a significant draw for those seeking tranquility. The proximity to "stores" indicates convenient access to shopping and essential services, making daily errands more manageable. Furthermore, the presence of a "bus stop out front" offers valuable accessibility to public transportation, which can be particularly beneficial for residents who do not own a vehicle or prefer to use public transit.
In contrast, another resident provides a more detailed account that sheds light on the bare-bones nature of the accommodations. They state, "You get what you pay for. landlord informs you before you sign papers that there are no fridge there's no stove. you were responsible for that. there's no air conditioning unless you buy it yourself." This feedback is critical for anyone considering Williams Park as a potential residence, whether in an RV or a mobile home. It clearly indicates that the units, at least in some cases, do not come equipped with standard kitchen appliances like a refrigerator and stove, nor do they include air conditioning as a standard amenity. Prospective residents must be prepared to provide these essential items themselves, which can add to the overall cost of living in the park.
Despite the lack of included appliances and air conditioning, the second reviewer notes having "no problems here" during their initial two months of residency. This suggests that for individuals aware of and prepared for these limitations, Williams Park can still offer a satisfactory living situation. The affordability, which is implied by the "you get what you pay for" statement, likely compensates for the lack of these standard amenities for some residents.
However, the second reviewer does mention one significant issue affecting their living experience: "the only problem I have is some of my neighbor ARE being inconsiderate playing loud music at 4 o'clock in the morning." This highlights a potential challenge related to neighborly conduct and noise levels within the park at certain times. While the park itself is described as quiet by another resident, this incident suggests that inconsiderate behavior from some individuals can disrupt the peace and tranquility for others. The responsiveness of the park management to such issues is not mentioned in the reviews.
Based on these limited reviews, Williams Park appears to be an affordable mobile home park in Haines City that offers a generally quiet environment and a convenient location with access to stores and public transportation. However, prospective residents must be fully aware that the units may not include essential appliances like a refrigerator and stove, and air conditioning may need to be purchased separately. Additionally, while one resident found the park quiet, another experienced issues with noise from inconsiderate neighbors.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Williams Park, the information is somewhat less direct, as the reviews primarily focus on mobile home living. However, the park's affordability and convenient location might also appeal to budget-conscious RVers looking for a longer-term stay in the Haines City area. It would be crucial for RV owners to inquire specifically about the availability of RV lots, the amenities provided for RVs (such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewage), and whether the lack of standard appliances in mobile homes also applies to any park-owned RV rentals or long-term RV sites.
Given the limited information available and the specific details regarding the lack of included amenities, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Williams Park as a place to live, whether in a mobile home or an RV, contact the park management directly. Unfortunately, a phone number is not provided in the available information, which may make it more challenging to obtain further details. The address, Park Pl, 2103 Williams, Haines City, FL 33844, USA, is provided, and prospective residents may need to visit the location in person to inquire about availability, pricing, policies, and the specific inclusions (or lack thereof) in the units or RV sites they are considering.
When visiting or contacting Williams Park, key questions to ask would include:
- What are the current rental rates for mobile home lots and/or RV sites?
- What amenities are included with the lot or site rental? Specifically, are water, sewer, and electricity included?
- Are there any park-owned RVs or mobile homes for rent, and if so, what appliances and features do they include?
- What are the rules and regulations regarding the purchase and installation of appliances and air conditioning units in privately owned mobile homes or RVs on the property?
- What are the park's policies regarding noise complaints and neighborly conduct?
- What other amenities does the park offer, such as laundry facilities, communal areas, or recreational facilities?
- Are there any specific rules or restrictions for RVs, such as size limitations or age of the RV?
- What are the lease terms and any associated fees?
Without direct contact with the management, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive introduction to Williams Park for those searching for "RV parks near me" or affordable mobile home living in Haines City. The available reviews suggest a basic and budget-friendly option with a convenient location, but potential residents must be prepared for the possibility of needing to provide their own essential appliances and air conditioning. Further investigation is necessary to gain a complete understanding of what Williams Park offers and whether it meets individual needs and expectations.
In conclusion, Williams Park in Haines City, Florida, appears to be an affordable residential option with a quiet environment and convenient access to local amenities and public transportation. However, prospective residents should be aware that mobile homes may not include standard appliances or air conditioning, and they may need to address noise issues with neighbors. For those seeking "RV parks near me," direct inquiry with the park management is essential to determine the availability and amenities for RV sites and to ascertain if the park's offerings align with their needs and budget.

May 15, 2017 · Shelly MyersTerrible place! The guy literally scammed me for $1,000. And the place we ended up in had rotten walls and floors with big wholes in them I posted pictures. No fridge or stove or even a.c. Which is all illegal in the state of Florida!! Our hot water never worked all the sinks are stopped up and the kitchen sink is over flowing I the bathroom sink. The a.c I brought to the place was almost yanked out my window and stollen. Not safe at all o have kids this is not a good place to be save yourself allot of time and money and just go down the road there is much nicer and cheeper places locally!!! Please do some research before doing business with this place. I'm not the only one with these problems at least four other families I know are dealing g with the same thing. Police have been notified.
