While primarily a mobile home community, some such parks also accommodate recreational vehicles for extended stays. This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of Paradise Village Estates based on the positive customer feedback available online, combined with general knowledge about mobile home park environments and potential services for RVs.
The available customer reviews for Paradise Village Estates consistently highlight several key positive aspects of the community. One reviewer enthusiastically recommends checking out PVE before moving anywhere else, praising it as "Family owned" with "management and staff" who are "courteous and responsive." This suggests a personal touch in the management style, where residents can expect respectful and timely attention to their needs. The same reviewer also described the neighborhood as "Quiet and serene" with "friendly neighbors," indicating a peaceful and welcoming community environment. Furthermore, they noted that the "Affordable lots are well maintained and spacious," which are significant advantages for both mobile home owners and potentially RV residents seeking comfortable and reasonably priced living spaces.
Another reviewer echoed the sentiment of a "Very quiet and nice place to live." This reinforces the idea of Paradise Village Estates being a peaceful community, which can be a major draw for those seeking a tranquil residential environment. This reviewer also touched upon the demographic of the park, mentioning that it is "gradually becoming 55 and over." This suggests that while the park may currently have residents of all ages, there is a trend towards becoming a senior community. It is important to note, as the reviewer points out, that existing residents with children cannot simply be evicted due to this gradual shift.
This second reviewer also highlighted the importance of background checks for all residents, stating, "you cannot live here without a background check, so you you will be evicted without doing that. Pretty strict with that. That's what makes it a nice place to live." This strict adherence to background checks suggests a focus on safety and security within the community, which can contribute to a more stable and trustworthy living environment for all residents. It also implies a level of community standards that are enforced by the management.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," the positive attributes of Paradise Village Estates, such as the quiet and serene environment, well-maintained and spacious lots, and responsive management, could also appeal to RVers seeking a longer-term stay in the Lake City area. While the reviews do not explicitly mention RV amenities, the spaciousness of the lots suggests that some might be large enough to accommodate recreational vehicles. Additionally, a quiet and friendly community with responsible management can be a significant draw for RVers looking for more than just a basic campground.
To determine if Paradise Village Estates accommodates RVs, potential RV residents should directly contact the management. Inquiries should focus on the availability of RV sites, the types of utility hookups offered (electricity, water, sewer), the size and accessibility of the sites, and any specific amenities for RVers. Given the positive remarks about the management's responsiveness, it is likely that they would be helpful in providing this information.
Based on the available reviews, the environment of Paradise Village Estates is characterized by quiet serenity, well-maintained grounds, and a friendly neighborly atmosphere. The services likely include basic infrastructure for residential living, such as water, sewage, and possibly trash disposal. Residents in mobile homes would typically manage their own utility connections (electricity, gas if applicable) and arrange for services like internet and cable. For RV residents (if permitted), the availability of these services at individual sites would need to be confirmed.
Features of Paradise Village Estates include family ownership, courteous and responsive management and staff, a quiet and serene neighborhood, friendly neighbors, affordable and spacious lots, and a strict background check policy for all residents. Jun 11, 2020 · Matt S.Very quiet and nice place to live and yes they are gradually becoming 55 and over. They cannot just throw out people with kids . You have neighbors who say one thing and then break the rules because you cannot live here without a background check, so you you will be evicted without doing that . Pretty strict with that . That's what makes it a nice place to live .

May 31, 2018 · Cayden FeagleThey have closed down the pool and there's nothing for the children to do there any more and now they are trying to make it just for retirement aged people where it used to be a nice place for families to live and it used to be a safe place to raise your children now they don't want children.
