Paradise Village is an amazing place to live. If you’re looking for a rental, or a new home, definitely come by here and check it out. We have been here for a year and never had any issues. Jen, Tia, and Celso are so accommodating and amazing people that makes the place feel welcoming and safe. It has a pool, park, and the street is always filled with kids laughing and playing after school everyday. This is our home and we love it. We aren’t going anywhere 🩷

Parents will be relocating to FL from TX in next couple of months, Jen and Tia made process smooth and stress free. I was shocked when visiting the property the property is clean and beautiful which is a sign of staff taking pride in their community. The welcoming approach that Jen and Tia displayed is second to none and the maintenance team seems to be A+ and entire staff deserve to be recognized for their hard work . Great team great property I can't wait to join the community.

When I first moved in I had not been given an outside water line to pressure wash the home that I OWN. Yet front office wants force eviction on fees that can't be cured when it's clearly the responsibility of the office to provide the lines outside the home for a hose. It's robbery of the tenants and never getting anyone to respond to emails, phone calls, etc. The office never maintains accurate records, they will text people at 6 in the morning for rent. They'll call people not on the lease to get money, the threats of eviction constantly keep people on edge. Do better or not that is entirely up to business hopefully I will be taking my home and locating elsewhere where people get treated with fundamental fairness. There is no professionalism since Tina Fortenbury left and frankly the staff in the office don't give 2 rats ass about the people. Let them try to tell me I can't move my trailer I own it outright and unless they want to offer to buy it back you're not getting me to move nor will i continue to not be able to peacefully enjoy my home that I OWN!!!!!

First off I will say this I was never late on rent and still have not received my deposit back which got sent back to office so didn’t think about no problems till now waiting on a new cut check on 02/02/2025 moved out on 11/30/2024 closed account on 12/09/2025 and on 01/24/2025 is when the amazing lady in current office informed me it has been sent already but she or I never received it! AND OUTSIDE OF DEPOSIT this place was amazing the lady’s in office now are amazing from what they had when I sigh my least but THEM PEOPLE AFTER HER ARE A HEADACHE BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU NO INFORMATION ON AND YOU ONLY DEAL WITH OFFICE so please be careful who you sign with and know the people afterwards too and I WAS PLANING ON GOING BACK BUT AFTER THIS I AM NOT SURE.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK LIKE THEY THE RENT ON TIME 64 days all together and still counting

This park boasts of extraordinary beauties, What that means is there's thousands of beautiful STRAY cats that live here the county won't do anything about the STRAY cats and neither will the park. Reading the reviews on here It's exciting owning your own home, but I bet if you'd ask them now They would change their tune. On top of STRAY cats we have roaming dogs because no one knows how to abide by the rules. When rules are not enforced this is what happens to the community. So yes paradise, sure if you're a cat lady and don't mind the occasional 2 or 3 dogs roaming free between trailers. It's not very gated as I have door-dash deliver to me all the time. They deliver my food to multiple sections of the park due to the fact nothing's labeled correctly, there is no street signs. Management don't care. Once you're sucked in here, it's hard getting out. Anyone need free cat, barn cat or kittens, you found your place. Just ask one of the residents, we would be happy to wrestle one or three up for you.
