Peak RV Resort Introduce
Welcome to Peak RV Resort, a notable option when searching for "RV parks near me" in Colorado Springs. Located at 2015 Aerotech Dr, our resort offers a blend of tranquility, cleanliness, and security, making it a comfortable choice for both short-term and long-term stays. Situated with convenient access off Powers Boulevard, Peak RV Resort provides a well-maintained environment for RV travelers seeking a reliable and peaceful base in the Colorado Springs area.
According to recent feedback from a guest who has been residing at Peak RV Resort for four days, the park is characterized by its quiet and well-maintained atmosphere. This suggests that residents and visitors can expect a peaceful environment where attention is paid to the upkeep of the grounds and facilities. The reviewer also noted that fellow guests, whether staying short-term or long-term, are respectful and nice, contributing to a positive and harmonious community within the park. This sense of mutual respect among residents can significantly enhance the overall living experience.
One of the key advantages of Peak RV Resort is its convenient location right off Powers Boulevard. This provides easy access to multiple highways, making it a practical choice for travelers looking to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding region. The accessibility to major roadways simplifies navigation and reduces travel time to various attractions and amenities in the area. For those working in specific locations, such as the reviewer who found it ideally situated near their new job at Camping World as an RV technician, the location can be particularly advantageous.
Security is another notable feature of Peak RV Resort. The park is described as a secure location with a gate that is accessible by code only. This added layer of security provides peace of mind for guests, ensuring a safe and protected environment for themselves and their belongings. The gated access helps to control entry and exit, contributing to the overall sense of security within the resort.
The hosts at Peak RV Resort have also received positive feedback for their friendliness and accommodating nature. One reviewer shared an experience where they had to move sites, and the hosts were very nice and accommodating during this process. This suggests a willingness on the part of the management to address guest needs and ensure a comfortable stay. However, the same reviewer noted a potential limitation in communication, mentioning that their texts and calls after hours were not returned. While the on-site service seems commendable, after-hours communication may be an area for potential improvement.
It is important for prospective guests to be aware of a potential environmental factor mentioned in the reviews. Powers Boulevard is located directly adjacent to the eastern side of the park, separated only by a chain-linked fence. Consequently, guests staying on the eastern side of the property may experience extremely loud and continuous traffic noise throughout the night. For those sensitive to noise, it is strongly recommended to request a space on the western side of the property, if available, to mitigate this issue. The park itself and its residents are described as clean and quiet, suggesting that the noise factor is primarily external due to the proximity to the busy boulevard.
Peak RV Resort appears to cater to both short-term visitors and long-term residents, fostering a diverse community within the park. The positive experiences shared by a long-term resident regarding the quiet and respectful nature of the community indicate that it can be a suitable option for those seeking a more extended stay in the Colorado Springs area. The well-maintained grounds further contribute to the appeal for long-term residents who value a clean and orderly living environment.
In summary, Peak RV Resort offers a clean, quiet (on the western side), and secure RV park option in Colorado Springs with convenient access off Powers Boulevard. The hosts are reported to be friendly and accommodating. However, potential guests should be mindful of the significant traffic noise on the eastern side of the property and consider requesting a site on the western side if noise sensitivity is a concern. While after-hours communication may be limited, the overall experience of cleanliness, security, and a respectful community makes Peak RV Resort a noteworthy consideration for those searching for "RV parks near me" in the area.

Peak RV Resort Reviews
Been living here for 4 days now and I can say this the park is quiet and well maintained. Everyone that is staying here whether short-term or long-term, such as myself, are very respectful and nice I've had no issue so far. Located right off powers very close access to multiple highways after you get on to powers. I just like how close it is to my new job at camping world as an RV technician. It was all just so divinely appointed, I came over a month ago to find a place to setup my rv long term before in moved here from Oklahoma and then after finding this place I just knew it was the one and then I began applying for jobs and after being denied cause of my address being from Oklahoma, camping world called and offered me a position. I am so thankful for all the right things came to be at the right moment.
May 04, 2025 · jonathan vegaIf you are staying at this park, be aware that Powers Blvd is directly on the other side of the chain-linked fence on the eastern side of the park. It is extremely loud traffic that is continuous throughout the night. Try to get a space on the western side of the property if available. The park and it's residents are clean and quiet. It's a secure location with a gate, accessible by code only. The hosts were very nice and accommodating when we had to move sites from the one they had put us in. However, they did not return our text and calls after hours.
Mar 31, 2025 · Ray HackerStayed here for quite a long time. The staff is fantastic and keep everything very clean and tidy looking. Laundry room was always spotless. The gated entrance added a secure feeling and you can always count on the staff to be checking cameras if there was any nefarious activities going on. Perfect place if your looking to park your rig and explore the Pikes Peak region short term or long term.
Jan 01, 2025 · Dean EnrightWe really love it here. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always on point. The location is very convenient. I don't always hear a million cars running up and down powers all day and night. And I don't always hear airplanes and jets all the time. The laundry room and showers are always clean. The parking lot is always clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I feel very safe here versus other rv parks. I don't hear other tenants dogs barking. I barely hear anything after 10pm. This place is definitely not expensive. Overall I think this is the best rv resort in the Springs. 😍
