Lazy Days Mobile Home Village Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home community in Colorado Springs, Colorado? Lazy Days Mobile Home Village, located at 3375 Glenarm Rd # 19, Colorado Springs, CO 80911, USA, presents a mobile home living option with on-site management. You can contact them at (719) 390-7745 or +1 719-390-7745 for inquiries.
Based on the available customer reviews, Lazy Days Mobile Home Village elicits a range of experiences and opinions from its residents. It's important to consider both the positive and negative feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of what living in this community might entail. Some reviews paint a picture of attentive landlords and a pleasant environment, while others highlight significant concerns regarding maintenance and community changes.
One positive review expresses strong satisfaction, stating, "The owners are onsite and wonderful landlords! They have given prompt attention to any problem I have had with my home. They have a beautiful, clean, & quiet park that I have enjoyed living in for years! They keep the street safe from snow. There is no better mobile home park in Colorado Springs! You will be blessed to live in our community with caring landlords!" This testimonial suggests that some residents have experienced responsive management, a well-maintained environment, and a sense of community. The mention of snow removal is also a practical benefit for residents during the winter months.
However, other reviews present serious concerns. One resident reported going "3 days without water in the middle of winter without them ever sending anyone to look with a 5 year old at home." This indicates a potentially severe lapse in essential utility service and a lack of timely response in a critical situation. Another review mentioned a prolonged issue with central air conditioning being broken for "15 days and counting this summer without an ETA on repairs," highlighting potential delays in addressing essential maintenance during warmer months. These accounts raise questions about the reliability of infrastructure and the responsiveness of maintenance services for all residents.
Furthermore, one review states that "They stopped providing water and lawn mowers." The cessation of water provision, if accurate and widespread, would be an extremely significant issue for residents. The discontinuation of lawn mower provision, while less critical than water, could impact the upkeep of individual lots and the overall appearance of the community if residents are not equipped to maintain their lawns independently.
Another concerning aspect raised in the reviews is a perceived change in the community environment. One resident noted, "And there are constant police. It used to be a super quiet place but things have gotten bad. It is a shame to see." This suggests a potential decline in the peacefulness and security of the park, with an increased police presence being a worrying indicator for some residents. This change in environment could be a significant factor for prospective residents who value a quiet and safe living space.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the information provided does not explicitly state whether Lazy Days Mobile Home Village accommodates RVs. The focus of the reviews is on mobile home living and lot maintenance. Individuals searching for RV parking in Colorado Springs should directly contact the management at (719) 390-7745 or +1 719-390-7745 to inquire about the availability of RV spaces, the amenities offered for RVs (such as hook-ups), and the terms for short-term or long-term stays. It is possible that the "lots" mentioned are exclusively for mobile homes, but it is worth clarifying directly with the park.
In summary, Lazy Days Mobile Home Village in Colorado Springs presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While some residents praise the on-site owners for their attentiveness and the pleasant environment of the park, others report significant issues with essential utilities like water, prolonged maintenance problems, and a perceived decline in the community's quiet and safe atmosphere. The claim that water provision has stopped is particularly concerning and would require immediate clarification from the management.
Prospective residents should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences. The positive review suggests a well-managed community with responsive landlords, while the negative reviews raise serious red flags about the reliability of essential services and the overall living environment. It is strongly recommended that anyone considering Lazy Days Mobile Home Village contact the management directly to address the concerns raised in the negative reviews and to inquire about the current status of utilities and maintenance procedures. Visiting the park in person to assess the current environment and speak with current residents (if possible) would also be a prudent step in the decision-making process. Given the conflicting reports, thorough due diligence is essential before committing to living in this community.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," it is imperative to contact Lazy Days Mobile Home Village directly to determine if they offer any services or spaces for recreational vehicles. The current information does not provide a clear indication either way, and assumptions should not be made based solely on the name including "Village," which often implies longer-term residential living rather than short-term RV stays. Direct communication will provide the necessary clarity for RV travelers.

Nov 12, 2021 · Cornelia SullivanMost of these places are rented out. Old owner did little as possible to keep these mobile homes up. At least the ones I know the people. Sinks backed up and never really completely resolved. Furnaces don't work properly. New ownership is in another state now and the maintenance people don't seem to know what they are doing. They just wing it. Hopefully Old issues will be resolved. So far that's not happening too fast. It's sad that all that matters is the almighty dollar to these people that run and own places, not taking care of residents.
