Dec 26, 2024 · Karen OnusbsThis is a great place to live. People are friendly I've never had any problems with anybody nor do I have a problem with the trailer that I stay in. It is a very low-key and genuine.
Oct 18, 2024 · von junztMobile home parks are rapidly going downhill. They literally look like the junkyard of communities. There is no pride of ownership, there’s tons of homeless pets roaming around to include children and full diapers with no shoes on. It’s really depressing. and they have their nerve to charge so much money per month to rent there fallen down collapsing property
Aug 20, 2024 · BellacinaI've lived here for about 7 years. I'm happy to call this beautiful community my home. They treat you like family here. The management team and maintenance workers are kind, friendly, devoted, and extremely hard working human beings who will treat you with the same upmost respect that you treat them with. The neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other's spaces. The park and the houses are clean and are constantly being improved and modernized. It's super family friendly and includes a cozy park with tons of character,a quaint basketball court with a unique woodsy feel, and a beautiful heated swimming pool that's always extremely well kept and clean,it's definitely a park favorite. All and all this is a fantastic community to settle down in.!
Jun 13, 2017 · Briauna Mickens*review edit* with prior management the park was amazing. Now the new management runs the park like Hitler. Do not move here if you like being in control of your home. You have no choices. If you fall under bad circumstances and need to make a partial payment, forget it. They won't take it. They charge $5 a day late fees. You can't take a step now without worrying about breaking a rule. They made the rules for the park after walking the park and seeing what they didn't like. They will take you to court instead of working with you. Stay away from here!
