Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm Introduce
For local users seeking information about "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that the provided information pertains to a mobile home community, Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm, located at 407 Redbud Rd, Nolanville, TX 76559, USA. While the platform category might be "RV parks near me," this introduction will focus on presenting an objective overview of Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm as a residential option based on the available customer reviews. The contact phone numbers provided are (254) 698-6979 and the mobile number +1 254-698-6979.
Based on the feedback from individuals who have experienced or visited Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm, there appear to be both positive and negative aspects to consider. One reviewer describes the community as "clean and quiet," noting the absence of litter and disruptive noise. This suggests that Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm may offer a relatively peaceful and well-maintained environment, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a calm residential setting. The reviewer further mentions that the residents are "very nice and respectful," contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, the presence of a "very nice and clean pool" is highlighted as a valuable amenity, suggesting recreational opportunities for residents.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, raising concerns about the management style and the condition of the mobile homes. This reviewer states, "If you want to be harassed for every single thing in a place you renting or buying, please come this way." This is a serious accusation that potential residents should consider, as it suggests potential issues with community rules enforcement or management interactions. The same reviewer also comments on the interior condition of the mobile homes, stating that they "look great in the outside but poorly in the inside." This indicates a potential discrepancy between the aesthetic appeal of the exterior and the actual living conditions within the homes.
Furthermore, the reviewer, who mentioned visiting family and initially considering renting, changed their mind after hearing from other tenants. This suggests that the negative experiences shared by current residents may have been significant enough to deter a potential new resident. The review also raises a health concern, stating, "If you have any respiratory issues, handle your business outside the main office. The strong smell of cigarettes is unbelievable." This indicates a potential issue with smoking within or near the main office area, which could be a significant discomfort or health concern for non-smokers or individuals with respiratory sensitivities.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive overall assessment of Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm. The positive review highlights cleanliness, quietness, respectful residents, and a nice pool. These are undoubtedly attractive features for many seeking a mobile home community.
On the other hand, the negative review raises serious concerns about potential harassment from management, the interior condition of the mobile homes, and a strong smell of cigarettes near the main office. These are significant drawbacks that could negatively impact the living experience for residents.
Given this information, local users considering Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm as a potential residence should weigh these points carefully. It would be prudent to seek further information and, if possible, visit the community to form their own impressions. Speaking with current residents (outside of any management presence) might provide additional insights into the day-to-day living experience.
Regarding the typical aspects of a mobile home community, the available reviews provide limited information on specific services and features. We do know about the presence of a pool, which is a significant amenity. However, information on other common services such as:
- Lot sizes and types
- Utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer)
- Trash removal services
- Mail delivery
- Road maintenance
- Community events or facilities (beyond the pool)
- On-site management availability
- Pet policies
- Rules and regulations
is not available in the provided reviews. Similarly, there is no promotional information, such as current rental or purchase offers, move-in specials, or unique community benefits, mentioned in the feedback.
Therefore, for local users interested in mobile home living in Nolanville, Texas, Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm presents a mixed picture based on the limited online feedback. While some residents may appreciate the cleanliness, quiet environment, and respectful neighbors, potential residents should also be aware of the concerns raised about management interactions, the condition of the mobile homes' interiors, and the strong smell of cigarettes near the office. Further investigation and direct interaction with the community are recommended to gain a more comprehensive understanding before making a decision.
In conclusion, Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm at 407 Redbud Rd, Nolanville, TX 76559, offers a community with potentially positive aspects such as cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere, along with a pool. However, potential residents should also consider the negative feedback regarding management, the interior condition of homes, and the smell of cigarettes. A thorough personal investigation is advised to determine if this community meets individual needs and expectations for mobile home living.

Pecan Village Mobile Home Comm Reviews
It's clean and quiet. No trash blowing around. No loud music or people. Very nice and respectful. We also have a very nice and clean pool.
Feb 27, 2022 · april lakeIf you want to be harassed for every single thing in a place you renting or buying, please come this way. Mobile homes look great in the outside but poorly in the inside. I visit family here n looking forward to rent since I'm moving soon, but after listening to what other tenants had to say, I've changed my mind. If you have any respiratory issues, handle your business outside the main office. The strong smell of cigarettes is unbelievable.
May 11, 2023 · Linda AloyoOld woman running the place has the worst attitude. Bias in everyway. Rude, disrespectful and acts like the park is north Korea. Needs new maintenance, they will just throw all the trash under your house after they complete whatever work they didn't know how to fix to begin with. If there where less stars then zero they'd deserve it.
