Pine Grove Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users exploring housing options or searching for "rv parks near me" in the Mercer, Pennsylvania area, it is important to have access to objective information about potential communities. Pine Grove Mobile Home Park, located at 374 Perry Hwy, Mercer, PA 16137, USA, is one such option. This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of the park based solely on the publicly available feedback from recent residents, focusing on the environment, potential services, and features as described in their reviews. It is crucial to note that the following information is derived directly from customer testimonials and may not represent the entirety of the park's offerings or the experiences of all residents.
Based on the limited but direct feedback available, several significant concerns have been raised by residents regarding the conditions and costs associated with Pine Grove Mobile Home Park. One of the most prominent issues highlighted in both reviews is the state of the infrastructure, specifically the "roads." One resident explicitly states, "Roads are horrible here," while another corroborates this by saying, "The roads are bad." This suggests a potentially significant issue with the park's internal road network, which could impact residents' and visitors' ability to navigate the community comfortably and safely. Poor road conditions can lead to vehicle damage, accessibility challenges, and an overall negative impact on the living environment.
In addition to the road conditions, residents have also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality and condition of the mobile homes within Pine Grove Mobile Home Park. One reviewer notes that "the homes are bad," and another elaborates by stating, "The mobile homes are run down and need lots of work." This indicates that the housing stock within the park may be aging or not well-maintained, potentially requiring significant investment from prospective buyers or renters to bring them up to a satisfactory standard. This is a critical factor for anyone considering purchasing or renting a mobile home in this community.
A particularly concerning issue raised by one of the reviewers pertains to the "water," which is described as "purple and not drinkable." Poor water quality is a serious health and safety concern for residents. If the water is indeed discolored and unsafe for consumption, this would represent a significant deficiency in the park's services and would undoubtedly impact the daily lives and well-being of the residents. Potential residents or visitors should seek immediate clarification from the park management regarding the source and quality of the water supply.
Despite the reported poor conditions of the roads and homes, as well as the concerning issue with water quality, residents have indicated that the costs associated with living at Pine Grove Mobile Home Park may not reflect these negative aspects. One reviewer states that the park is "not cheap even tho the homes are bad," and another echoes this sentiment by saying, "With the amount of money they charge to buy one of the trailers is very unreasonable for how bad of shape they are in. Plus the lot rent is unreasonable for the shape the park is in." This suggests a potential disconnect between the perceived value and the actual cost of living in the community, with residents feeling that they are paying a premium for substandard conditions.
Another significant issue raised by one resident is the problem of persistent noise, specifically "always a dog barking non stop every night." Constant noise disturbances can severely impact the quality of life within a residential community, leading to sleep deprivation, stress, and overall dissatisfaction. If excessive and uncontrolled pet noise is a recurring problem at Pine Grove Mobile Home Park, this is an important factor for potential residents to consider, especially those who value a peaceful living environment.
Considering the platform category of "rv parks near me," the information available from resident reviews does not directly address the suitability or amenities for RVs at Pine Grove Mobile Home Park. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the conditions and costs associated with mobile home living within the park. Therefore, local users specifically seeking an RV park in the Mercer, PA area would need to look for additional information or contact the park management directly to inquire about the availability of RV sites, associated amenities (such as hookups, dump stations), and the condition of the roads for RV access.
The phone number provided for Pine Grove Mobile Home Park is (724) 300-3484, and the mobile phone number is +1 724-300-3484. Local users who are considering this location, either for mobile home residency or potential long-term RV stays, are strongly advised to contact the management directly to seek clarification on the issues raised in the resident reviews. Inquiring about the current condition of the roads, the quality and safety of the water supply, the typical costs associated with purchasing or renting a mobile home and the lot rent, as well as any policies regarding pets and noise, would be essential steps in conducting due diligence. It would also be prudent to request an opportunity to visit the park and personally assess the conditions before making any decisions.
Based solely on the available resident feedback, Pine Grove Mobile Home Park appears to have significant challenges related to its infrastructure (roads), the condition of its housing stock, potential issues with water quality, and a perceived disconnect between the costs and the overall living conditions. The problem of persistent noise from barking dogs further detracts from the living environment. While the park is listed and may offer mobile home living options in the Mercer area, the negative feedback raises serious concerns for potential residents. For those specifically searching for "rv parks near me," the lack of information regarding RV facilities and the reported poor overall conditions suggest that alternative options in the vicinity may be worth exploring more thoroughly.
In conclusion, this objective overview of Pine Grove Mobile Home Park, based on recent resident reviews, highlights several significant areas of concern, including the poor condition of the roads, run-down mobile homes, potentially undrinkable water, unreasonable costs relative to the conditions, and persistent noise issues. Local users considering this park for mobile home living or as a potential long-term RV location should proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the management directly and visiting the property to assess the current conditions firsthand. It is recommended to weigh these negative aspects carefully against any potential benefits before making a decision.

Jun 01, 2024 · sherry swoggerThis is a cheaper place to live so keep that in mind if you decide to move in. Unfortunately the cheaper the place the more problems there are within everything. People are harder to get along with or you might deal with loud noises or what not. I live here I am not perfect but at the end of the day I’m a lover. If you have a problem with patty either keep it to yourself or talk to her directly about it. Seeing people bash her on here that’s childish. Yes there are major problems with the roads but once again you are able to save money while living here. You get what you pay for right? As far as the water mine has never been shut off in the 2 years I’ve been here. The only time I had issues is when it was below 0 out and it wasn’t an entire trailer park problem. It was our problem so I don’t understand that statement at all. I may not agree with everything patty does but who agrees completely with anyone?? She is reasonable at the end of the day just talk to her.
Oct 09, 2023 · Adrian BeckIt seems the owners and employees of the park are trying to bring the park back to life but there is always the bad apples that live there and don't do any upkeep on there lawn or trailer leaving it in shambles. Making the park look bad.The empty trailers that the park owns and is fixing are getting broken into and vandalized by the drug ridden residents. It's a shame and I wouldn't want my enemy to live there.
Jan 01, 2024 · 8Lot rent $500/month….more expensive then any trailer park around even the surrounding counties for the conditions of the park, thousands of massive pot holes up & down every street, park manager patty is a slumlord, she doesn’t enforce any rules in the park that are stated in the lease, so everyone runs wild speeding up & down street, blasting music at all hours of the day & night, reving up motorcycle’s & cars at all hours, harassing other tenants with zero repercussions/discipline from the park manager patty even with video camera proof/evidence, tenants threatening violence/physical harm on other tenants & park manager Patty does nothing about it & just looks the other way, everything falls on deaf ears with the park manager or she completely ignores you all together. Tenants ignorantly walking thru other tenants lots regularly with no regard for rented property lines, again, park manager patty won’t do anything about it. Dogs & cats running loose all the time in the park. State Police department that covers the area refuses to come out for anything to enforce the laws that they’re paid to enforce, they refuse to come out period. Waters shut off for hours/days multiple times a month with no notice, $150 in rent increases in less then 4 months time frame with next to no notice….only a 20-30 day notice each time & nothing to show for the increases in rent. She won’t even notify tenants properly of increases in rent. Streets poorly maintained during winter time. Park manager patty knowingly lets pedofiles move into the park then when other tenants find out about the pedofile living in park she lies about it making up stories about how she didn’t know. Park manager is ignorant & mouthy to tenants for no reason & has no management skills whatsoever . DO NOT MOVE HERE!
