Pine Knoll Village & Sales Introduce
For local users in Lee, New Hampshire, and the surrounding areas searching under the platform category "rv parks near me," the introduction of Pine Knoll Village & Sales, located at 77 Pine Knoll Vlg, Lee, NH 03861, might initially seem unrelated. However, platforms can sometimes list various types of residential communities, and individuals seeking long-term housing solutions might find this information relevant. Pine Knoll Village & Sales, with phone numbers (603) 659-6411 and +1 603-659-6411, is a manufactured home community offering potential long-term living options in a convenient location. It is crucial to consider the mixed reviews regarding the park's management to form a balanced perspective.
According to one positive review from former residents who lived there for three years, Pine Knoll Village & Sales boasts an excellent location. It is described as being "so close to everything" while being "off-set enough to not hear the 125 noise," likely referring to a nearby highway. This suggests a balance of accessibility to amenities and a degree of peace and quiet. The reviewers also noted that the neighbors are friendly and that residents take good care of their lawns and gardens, contributing to a pleasant overall environment within the community. The park manager is commended for diligent snow plowing during winter storms, ensuring clean roads. These former residents reported no issues with the owner during their stay, attributing this to paying rent on time and being honest. They only moved due to needing more space for their growing family, indicating they would have otherwise stayed longer, highlighting "affordable convenient living."
In contrast, another review presents a significantly negative perspective on the park owner. This reviewer describes the park itself as "above average," noting that most residents are "decent working people" who maintain their yards neatly. However, their experience with the park owner is starkly different. The owner is characterized as rude, sarcastic, and condescending, with "people skills of a rabid badger." The reviewer alleges that the owner's business practices "border on illegal and in some cases is completely illegal," citing instances of attempting to force residents to change paint colors of porches and decks, which is claimed to be illegal in New Hampshire. The reviewer also states that the owner is quick to attempt evictions for minor infractions, though often unsuccessfully unless it is for non-payment of rent. This reviewer strongly advises potential residents to keep meticulous records and be aware of their tenant rights, warning that the owner is untrustworthy.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, the environment of Pine Knoll Village & Sales appears to be generally well-maintained by the residents, fostering a sense of community and pride in their properties. The location is a significant positive, offering convenience without excessive noise from the nearby highway. The park management, specifically the park manager mentioned in the positive review, seems to handle essential services like snow removal effectively. However, the park owner's interactions with residents, as described in the negative review, present a potential challenge to the overall living experience for some.
Information regarding specific services offered by Pine Knoll Village & Sales is limited to the snow plowing mentioned in the positive review. Typically, manufactured home communities provide essential infrastructure such as roads, water, sewer, and electrical hookups for the homes. They may also offer trash removal and maintenance of common areas. The positive review's mention of well-kept lawns and gardens suggests that residents are responsible for maintaining their individual lots. The negative review does not provide details about the standard services but focuses on alleged problematic interactions with the owner regarding rules and regulations beyond basic utilities.
Features of Pine Knoll Village & Sales are not explicitly detailed. However, the sense of community mentioned in both reviews, albeit with different perspectives on the management's role within it, suggests a social aspect to living in the village. The well-maintained yards and gardens indicate a degree of pride and care among the residents. The convenient location, close to amenities while offering some separation from highway noise, is a significant feature. Whether the community offers additional amenities such as a clubhouse, recreational areas, or specific community events is not mentioned in the provided reviews.
Promotional information is limited to the positive experiences shared by one former resident, highlighting the affordable and convenient living, the friendly neighbors, and the effective snow removal. This paints a picture of a well-located community where residents generally take care of their properties and essential services are provided. However, the lack of any official promotional material and the serious allegations in the negative review temper this positive image significantly. Potential local users should weigh the reported benefits of location and community against the potential challenges posed by the park owner's alleged behavior and business practices.
For local users considering Pine Knoll Village & Sales as a long-term residential option found through a broader search, it is crucial to proceed with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include attempting to speak with current residents to gain a wider range of perspectives on the community and its management. Understanding tenant rights in New Hampshire, as advised by the negative reviewer, would be essential. Prospective residents should also carefully review the lease agreement and any community rules and regulations before making a decision. The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of gathering information from multiple sources to form a balanced and informed opinion.
In conclusion, Pine Knoll Village & Sales in Lee, NH, offers a manufactured home community with a convenient location and a generally well-maintained environment thanks to the residents' efforts. However, there are significant concerns raised in one review regarding the park owner's management style and business practices, including allegations of rudeness, illegal actions, and a tendency to pursue evictions for minor issues. Local users seeking long-term housing in the area should carefully consider these mixed reviews, conduct thorough research, and understand their rights as tenants before deciding to reside in Pine Knoll Village & Sales.

Pine Knoll Village & Sales Reviews
We had a great experience living here for 3 years. Location could not be better, so close to everything but off-set enough to not hear the 125 noise. The neighbors are friendly and everyone takes good care of their lawns and gardens. The Park Manager does hours and hours of plowing every snow storm and keeps the roads clean. We never had a problem with the owner, long as you pay your rent and be an honest person you probably won't either. We moved on because we were growing our family and needed more space, but otherwise probably would have stayed longer. Affordable convenient living!
Jun 28, 2020 · Mallory LeDucThe park itself is above average. Most of the residents are decent working people that keep their respective yards neat and clean. The park owner, on the other hand, has the people skills of a rabid badger! (and she doesn't look much better, either) She's rude, sarcastic, and thinks she's so much better than everyone else. Her business practices border on illegal and in some cases is completely illegal. She's quick to try to evict people for minor infractions, yet rarely wins an eviction case unless it's for non-payment of rent. I know of several instances where she attempted to force people to change paint colors of porches, decks, etc., which is illegal in NH. If you choose to live here, keep very good records and know your rights as a tenant. The owner is a snake, so watch your back!!
Mar 14, 2023 · Shotgun WillyGood location. Units are close together. It would be nicer with more space between units and more greenery and serene of a setting. People don't seem to have any carports or garages. Those would be good features, but you won't find them here.
Jun 11, 2022 · Michelle MontemorraThe people who live there are very nice, they keep there yards looking nice, pretty gardens. The owner of pine knoll village is not a nice lady. She tries to intimidate people who live there and drinks in empty houses. Jean Howe is not a nice or fair woman.
