Pine Valley Mobile home Community Introduce
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Lufkin, Texas area, Pine Valley Mobile Home Community, located at 2307 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904, USA, presents a mobile home park with a history of change in ownership that appears to have significantly impacted the resident experience. While it is a mobile home community, it might have accommodated RVs in the past or could potentially offer long-term RV spaces. The provided phone numbers are (936) 639-5715 and +1 936-639-5715 for inquiries. However, the recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the park's current state.
One long-time resident, who lived in Pine Valley Mobile Home Community until a change in ownership (when Mr. Cherry sold the trailer park), recalls a different time. They express disappointment that after the sale, when "the new owners were supposed to make improvements," the reality has been a decline, stating that the park has "truly just went down hill" since then. This provides a historical context suggesting that the park may have once been better maintained and managed.
More recent feedback corroborates this negative trend, with one reviewer explicitly stating, "Yeah that new management sure is turning the park around," followed by a description of significant issues. A primary concern raised is the apparent lack of communication with the management or owners. The reviewer notes, "We have no way of contacting any form of management, owners, etc." This lack of accessibility to those in charge can be incredibly frustrating for residents needing to address concerns or report maintenance issues.
Infrastructure within the park seems to be a major problem, particularly the condition of the roads. The reviewer describes the potholes as so severe that even "people in pick ups struggle to drive down the road." This not only inconveniences residents but also leads to further damage, as drivers are reportedly forced to "partially pull into our driveway which is in turn making the holes in our driveway worse." This indicates a lack of basic road maintenance within the community.
The issue of neglected maintenance extends beyond the roads. The reviewer specifically mentions the "dumpster area," stating that it has looked problematic "for weeks now." They describe a situation where residents "have to stand in the back of the pickup to be able to get things into the dumpster," implying that the area is either overflowing, poorly positioned, or otherwise difficult to use safely and effectively. This suggests a failure to provide essential waste management services adequately.
The reviewer's frustration is palpable, as they sarcastically remark, "I’m beyond glad we pay them fees for maintenance that is not performed." This highlights a significant disconnect between the fees residents are paying and the actual upkeep of the community. The detailed description of road conditions and the state of the dumpster area provides concrete examples of this neglect.
Given these strongly negative reviews, potential residents, including those seeking long-term RV parking, should be extremely cautious about Pine Valley Mobile Home Community. While it is listed under the category of "RV parks near me," there is no information in the reviews to suggest any specific amenities or services catering to RVs. The focus of the complaints is on the overall decline of the community, poor infrastructure maintenance, and a lack of communication with management.
Information regarding the environment of Pine Valley Mobile Home Community is limited to the description of worsening road conditions and an unsightly dumpster area. The historical reference to a time before the sale suggests that it may have once been a more pleasant environment. However, the current feedback indicates a community facing significant challenges in terms of upkeep and management.
Details about services and features are also lacking, beyond the implication that maintenance is supposed to be provided (for which fees are paid) but is not being adequately performed. There is no mention of standard RV park amenities such as hookups, laundry facilities, restrooms, or recreational areas. The focus is solely on the deterioration of basic infrastructure and the difficulty in contacting management.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. The current residents' experiences are overwhelmingly negative, serving as a cautionary tale rather than a recommendation.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Lufkin, TX, the recent feedback regarding Pine Valley Mobile Home Community raises serious red flags. The reported decline in conditions, unresponsive management, and neglected maintenance of essential infrastructure like roads and waste disposal areas are significant concerns. While the park may have offered a better experience under previous ownership, the current situation appears to be far from satisfactory for its residents.
Before considering Pine Valley Mobile Home Community for long-term RV living, it would be crucial to conduct an in-person visit and thoroughly assess the current conditions. Direct communication with the current management (if possible) to address the concerns raised in the reviews would also be essential. Inquiries should specifically focus on:
- The availability and condition of RV sites, including hookup specifications (electricity, water, sewer).
- The monthly rental rates for RV sites and any associated fees.
- The current state of the roads and any plans for repair or maintenance.
- The management's approach to waste disposal and the condition of the dumpster area.
- Contact information for the current management or owners and their responsiveness to resident concerns.
- Any amenities available to residents, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, or recreational areas.
- Park rules and regulations relevant to RV residents.
- The overall safety and security of the community.
Given the strong negative feedback, prospective residents should proceed with extreme caution and ensure that their concerns are adequately addressed before committing to Pine Valley Mobile Home Community. The significant issues reported by current residents suggest that there may be better options available in the Lufkin, TX area for those seeking a stable and well-maintained living environment for their RV.
In conclusion, the recent reviews of Pine Valley Mobile Home Community in Lufkin, TX, paint a concerning picture of a park in decline with unresponsive management and neglected maintenance. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," this community warrants careful scrutiny and thorough investigation before consideration, as the current resident experiences highlight significant challenges.

I live there years ago until Mr Cherry sold the trailer park! After he sold the park the new owners were supposed to make improvements, in reality it has truly just went down hill since Mr Cherry sold it!!
May 07, 2025 · Greg ArpYeah that new management sure is turning the park around. We have no way of contacting any form of management, owners, etc. Even people in pick ups struggle to drive down the road because the pot holes are so bad, which then forces them to partially pull into our driveway which is in turn making the holes in our driveway worse. I tried to reach out about this picture in particular. The dumpster area has looked like this for weeks now. We have to stand in the back of the pickup to be able to get things into the dumpster. I’m beyond glad we pay them fees for maintenance that is not performed🙄
Jun 22, 2023 · Emma WardMy homeboy stay out there, the driveway is messed up bad im surprised someone hasn't messed up they car. They got one dumpster and its nasty trash everywhere . I really don't know how they keep tenants. My homeboy say they have to pay lights water and rent. They have to mow they own yards and buy they own appliances if they don't have one in their unit. Mostly all of them got tarps on the roof i guess they all got leaks or falling in ceilings. Rent paid through a app where you charged 9.99 fee plus water and rent.
May 13, 2023 · Trevor JohnsonI have a friend that lives there seems quiet but the roads are HORRIBLE!! You can and most likely will mess your car up driving through at night management should consider investing a small amount of money they receive from rental properties into fixing the driveways.
Nov 14, 2023 · Angela McdanielAffordable rent. Pretty nice neighborhood. However, the rules regarding dogs being on leashes aren't enforced fairly. Owners with bigger dogs are singled out while small dog owners consistently let their dogs run around no problem. I've almost ran over multiple tiny dogs because they run in the road. People also throw their trash out which frequently is found in my yard and driveway. People also drive through at all hours of the night with loud music which wakes me up. I've lived here for years and these issues are never addressed. Also rent was raised but we still have horrible roads. The patchwork is only a temporary fix and I don't know when management will learn this is a horrible idea and the whole road needs to be paved with quality materials.
