You can reach them by phone at (810) 736-2300 or via their mobile number +1 810-736-2300 for inquiries about availability and services.
Pineview Estates operates as a manufactured housing community, sometimes referred to as an RV park due to the presence of mobile homes. It's important for local users seeking "RV parks near me" to understand the nature of this community, which appears to cater to both long-term residents in manufactured homes and potentially offers spaces for RVs as well. To gain a clearer understanding of the current availability and specific accommodations for RVs, direct contact with Pineview Estates is recommended.
Based on available information, the environment of Pineview Estates seems to evoke varied experiences among its residents. One review expresses a strong sense of satisfaction, highlighting a comfortable living environment and positive feedback from visitors regarding their home within the community. This resident praises the quiet and subtle atmosphere, indicating a potentially peaceful setting for some.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, suggesting a decline in the community's quality since its acquisition by Sun Communities. This feedback raises concerns regarding security, alleging a lack of effective patrolling and an increase in issues such as vandalism, gunshots, and police presence. The review also mentions dissatisfaction with the office's responsiveness and the management's prioritization of aesthetics over resident safety and concerns. The perceived increase in the number of homes, reportedly around 1000, is also mentioned in the context of prioritizing profit over tenant well-being.
Regarding services and features, one positive aspect mentioned in the favorable review is the comfort experienced within the homes. However, the critical review points out a change in the Clubhouse rental policy, noting that it is no longer a free amenity for residents and now incurs a $400 charge. This resident suggests that this was a previously valued perk that has been eliminated. The review also implies that while the appearance of the park is maintained, underlying issues related to safety and resident concerns are not adequately addressed.
Promotional information for Pineview Estates is not explicitly available in the provided text. Local users interested in any potential discounts, special offers, or incentives for choosing Pineview Estates as their "RV park near me" should directly inquire with their management via the provided phone numbers. It's advisable to ask about current rates, lease terms, and any ongoing promotions that might be applicable to RV stays or manufactured home rentals.
Given the contrasting reviews, local users searching for "RV parks near me" should approach Pineview Estates with a need for thorough investigation. It would be beneficial to personally visit the premises, if possible, and speak with current residents to gain a balanced understanding of the community environment and the services provided. Inquiring specifically about security measures, community rules, and the responsiveness of management to resident concerns would be prudent steps in the decision-making process.
It is important to note that the term "section 8 housing" in the RV park's name might indicate its participation in a housing assistance program. This could be a relevant factor for some local users seeking affordable housing options or those interested in communities with diverse residency structures. Clarification on how this designation impacts RV stays or the overall community environment can be obtained directly from Pineview Estates management.
For local users actively searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Pineview Estates offers a location in Flint, Michigan, with established infrastructure for manufactured homes and potentially RVs. However, the provided customer feedback suggests a need for careful consideration and direct engagement with the management to ascertain the current living conditions, safety measures, and overall suitability for individual needs. While one resident expresses satisfaction, another provides a detailed account of negative experiences and concerns regarding the community's management and safety. Therefore, a balanced approach involving direct inquiry and potentially a visit to the property is recommended before making any decisions.
In conclusion, Pineview Estates, located in Flint, MI, is an option for those seeking "RV parks near me." While it appears to offer a community setting, potential residents should be aware of the mixed feedback regarding its environment, services, and management. Direct communication with Pineview Estates is crucial to obtain current and accurate information to determine if it meets your specific requirements for an RV park or manufactured home community.

I just love living out here!!!! My kids love it as well and we are so comfy. Any relatives or friends that comes by always compliments me on my home. They definitely did they big one on mine. I’m so so glad I made the choice to be here, it’s worth every single penny. Very demure quiet and subtle!
Mar 18, 2025 · Yalonda LoveI've lived here eight years and it definitely has gone downhill sense, sun communities took over. If they want a honest review here it is. We do not have security, Unless you think two security cars sitting around talking or racing around over the speed limit patrolling. They might be here but I don't think they're here anymore I haven't seen them recently. They do not get out of their cars, they do not go slow and look for things. We have a LOT of vandalism, gunshots, Police being called a lot, kids fighting and the park does nothing.I'm only saying something because of these other reviews that I just read, they are so very far from the truth. The office hardly ever enters the phone and when they do half of the time, they don't always know what they're talking about. The right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. I've called corporate at least 30 times and they've probably answered the phone maybe ten times, then they never return your calls. The Clubhouse is not free to rent anymore Because they remodeled it when it had just been remodeled just before Sun Communities brought the park. they charge $400 now and that used to be one of our perks for living here. They seem to care more about the yards and the way the park looks then they do about the safety and concerns of their residents. Probably because they brought in 500 new Mobile homes that they need to keep rented or sell, total of about a 1000 homes now. This is nothing but a money making machine because it's definitely not about their tenants and keeping them happy.I would love to make this a good review but I'm telling you now it's far from a place anybody would want to live and be happy. There's so much more I could say but I will end it here. Please Sun Communities we need you to start listening and taking our concerns seriously before our park gets too out of control. Thank you.
Mar 31, 2025 · Lori jacksonI lived in the neighborhood since 2014 and moved from a smaller place to a bigger place across the park and have always had a quick response from maintenance however at my new place there is a lot of maintenance issues. My home has plenty of space and security is excellent. The pond is beautiful and Serene. Every home comes with a nice shed and some have a garage. They are putting up new homes so fast recently.
Apr 27, 2022 · Amie KrehExcellent community, one in which I've proudly called home for four years. The atmosphere here is remarkably pleasant, with a clean well-kept neighborhood where yards are meticulously maintained. The neighbors are exceptionally nice and friendly, always looking out for one another, creating a strong sense of camaraderie and support. This community is home to a diverse group of hardworking Americans, including nurses, auto manufacturing workers, paint manufacturers, certified nurse assistants, barbers, and retired individuals. The park's office is always available and ready to address any questions or concerns, providing peace of mind. For instance, if you decide to move your home, they provide contacts for movers and some paperwork that you might need. That also gives a peace of mind that any time you want you can move your house.Safety is never a concern here, as the park is well-secured. There are two security cars patrolling the neighborhood during the night, giving a strong sense of security. Additionally, the park is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from the State Ranger station and 4 minutes from the Police Department. My home is also close to the park's office, which is equipped with security cameras. The park has recently upgraded its swimming pool and a large Community Clubhouse. This Clubhouse hosts various entertainment events and serves as a shelter during hazardous weather. The park's location is ideal, being minutes away from the beautiful Richfield County Park, bicycle trails, Holloway Reservoir, Buttercup Beach, and Davison Hog Back hiking trails. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live, offering a blend of community spirit, convenience, and safety.
Nov 27, 2024 · сев соболYOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE! Sun opened our community to section 8 and the police are here everyday as a result. Larges fights break out in the streets and young children cannot play on the playground that we pay for. Management are useless their maintenance seems to like looking at the little kids that live here. Sun Communities is a disgraced and has only disgraced our community
