The reviewer also notes that interest rates on mobile home loans can range from 6.50% to 7% and suggests that buying with cash is preferable. Furthermore, potential buyers "have to get approved by the park management," indicating a screening process to ensure new residents align with the community's standards.
Despite these financial and procedural considerations for purchasing a mobile home, the reviewer acknowledges that the park is "maintain well quiet, pool and banquet room," further reinforcing the positive aspects of the community's upkeep and amenities. The mention of a "banquet room" adds another dimension to the clubhouse facilities, suggesting a space for larger gatherings and community events.

Great 55+ community. Quiet and safe. Great clubhouse, pool, spa, library, game room, laundry room, free table, etc. Awesome tree lined walking paths. My mom has loved living here and she has been spoiled by this park. As we look at Central Valley parks, most don't compare.

Mar 04, 2021 · Sabrina HankinsBEWARECRAZY manager with zero tenant law knowledge who doesn't know the meaning of the word confidential. Literally will cuss you out then CLAIM YOU cursed her! She has been reported to Alameda County Elder Abuse several times that I know of too. beware! even worse owner and even WORSE RENTAL AGREEMENT.PLEASE READ the AGREEMENT.The AGREEMENT is between the City of pleasanton and Park Owner/Landowner Hoon regarding EVERYTHING between Owner Hoon and the owners of the individual mobile homes who rent the land (space) from Owner Hoon. You can get from The City of Pleasanton City Attorney's office or Hacienda park office. In the new agreement FOR THE FIRST TIME, the RENTERS (the mobile home owners), have a CAPITOL IMPROVEMENTS PASS-THRU.I have owned in Hacienda since Sept 2012. The mobile home owners have a tenuous relationship with Hacienda park owner Hoon at best, mostly is adversarial.Services have been reduced or Eliminated entirely every year I have lived here. The swimming pool and spa has been closed by Alameda County Health Dept at least 4 times out of the 7 summers I have been here. Me and my guest received chemical burns, my royal blue swimsuit turned white, after a visit to the spa a couple years ago. Yet Every Year He raises the space rent the maximum allowed by law while reducing services in a SENIOR community that is not ADA compliant.Next door, Vineyard Estates mobile owners have a much more friendly open relationship with their Park Owner. The space rent is also MUCH MUCH less per month. After 8 years of renting here, I could move next door and pay CURRENT rent there that is HUNDREDS less per month than I currently pay. all while enjoying a better relationship with the owner. And NO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PASS THRU!PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK before buying. there's more than just redwood trees, which btw are dead or dying from lack of watering.plus all the tenants are just PLAIN miserable old peep
