Plymouth Country View Estates Introduce
Plymouth Country View Estates, located at 728 WI-57, Plymouth, WI 53073, USA, functions primarily as a mobile home park, offering a long-term residential solution rather than a transient RV campground. However, for those searching "RV Parks Near Me" with an interest in more permanent or extended stays, or perhaps considering a manufactured home as an alternative to continuous RV travel, understanding the nature of such communities is highly relevant. This park is known for its quiet and peaceful environment, providing a stable living situation for its residents.
The environment of Plymouth Country View Estates is characterized by its tranquil atmosphere. Resident feedback highlights it as a "very nice and quiet place," offering a "peaceful environment." While specific details about the park's landscaping, amenities like green spaces, or common areas are not extensively detailed in available information, the emphasis on peace and quiet suggests a well-maintained community conducive to comfortable living. The location on WI-57 provides convenient access to local amenities in Plymouth, Wisconsin, a charming town nestled in the gently rolling hills of Kettle Moraine. This central location offers proximity to shopping, employment opportunities, and medical facilities, blending rural charm with modern convenience.
As a mobile home park, Plymouth Country View Estates provides home sites for manufactured homes, which can be purchased or rented. Information indicates that properties are available for sale and for rent, with varying sizes and features, such as 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units or 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom homes. The primary service offered is the provision of residential lots for manufactured homes, supported by community management. Utility services are typically arranged by residents, though the park would manage the infrastructure for these connections. For any inquiries, the park can be reached at (920) 893-8051 or +1 920-893-8051.
A key feature of Plymouth Country View Estates, and a point of note for prospective residents, is its application and pet policy. While it is generally a pet-friendly community, there are specific procedures and fees associated with bringing pets. One detailed review highlights a non-refundable application fee (e.g., $25) followed by additional fees for each animal (e.g., $30 per pet for registration). This indicates a structured approach to pet ownership within the community, designed to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. Prospective residents with pets should be prepared for these additional costs and requirements and thoroughly inquire about the current pet policy before applying. Despite this, the community is considered pet-friendly, as mentioned by other mobile home parks in the vicinity being pet-friendly, indicating a common practice in the region.
Promotional information for Plymouth Country View Estates emphasizes its appeal as a long-term residential community. It is described as a "pleasant and friendly park with many families and retired people," suggesting a diverse and welcoming demographic. The convenient location and the peaceful environment are key selling points for individuals and families looking for stable, affordable housing solutions in the Plymouth area. While not a traditional "RV Park" for short-term stays, its relevance to the "RV Parks Near Me" category lies in offering a more permanent base for those who might otherwise live in RVs and are seeking a community setting. The park is an "all ages" community, meaning it does not have age restrictions, making it accessible to a wide range of residents.
It is important for interested parties to conduct thorough due diligence, including directly contacting the park management at the provided phone numbers to confirm current availability of homes or lots, rental or purchase terms, and to understand all application requirements and fees, especially regarding pet policies. The reviews, while mixed in their sentiment regarding the application process, consistently underscore the peaceful living environment, making it a potentially desirable option for those seeking a quiet home in Plymouth, WI.

Plymouth Country View Estates Reviews
This management company treats it like you're trying to move into Mar-a-Lago. Owned my own business, live in Alaska and tried to buy a trailer outright. My references are impeccable, my credit score is over 700. As soon as they took the money for the application fee, $25, not bad, but then for each animal they wanted me to pay $30 a piece to register them. I'll give you $6000 cash for your trailer but I'm not paying for each pet. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. My one dog cost as much as the trailer. Do not waste your money. You won't even get a call back. 👎👎
Mar 23, 2025 · Shirley PomaMy daughter lives here and it is a very nice and quiet place. It's just the peaceful environment I need. 😇
Feb 25, 2025 · Ruben E Gadea PachecoWent there to pick up a Facebook Marketplace purchase. This mobile park seemed to have many very old mobile homes. The place we stopped at was a double wide and was maintained well
Aug 15, 2024 · Diane MeyerInsides are kept really nice. It's actually a very quiet place. Always peaceful at night if you go out. The manager Robert tries to get on any issues as soon as he can
Jul 17, 2018 · Lori HardenburghNever a manager on site. Can't ever reach the owners. It's worse than living in an HOA community. "Rules violations" for the dumbest things. Things that have been that way for years.
