Quail Run Mobile Estates Introduce
While the platform category is "RV parks near me," the information provided is about Quail Run Mobile Estates, located at 3300 Main St UNIT 15, Forest Grove, OR 97116, USA. They can be contacted at (971) 317-1089 or +1 971-317-1089. It's important to clarify that a mobile home park primarily offers long-term residency for manufactured homes, which differs from the short-term nature of typical RV parks. However, some mobile home communities might accommodate RVs for extended periods, making them a potential option for individuals seeking longer-term stays in Forest Grove who are browsing "RV parks near me."
The available customer reviews for Quail Run Mobile Estates offer a somewhat mixed perspective on the community. One reviewer describes it as a "great place to live!" while noting a specific issue with neighbors potentially encroaching on parking spaces. Another reviewer, a long-term resident of over 11 years, acknowledges it as a "nice place to live" but expresses dissatisfaction with the management's upkeep of the landscaping. These reviews provide insights into both the positive and negative aspects of residing in Quail Run Mobile Estates.
The first review, despite its overall positive sentiment ("great place to live!"), highlights a notable parking issue. The reviewer mentions that neighbors across the road seem to believe they own the parking spaces, even though there are no designated spaces on that side of the road. This has led to the reviewer's car being significantly blocked on two out of three occasions when returning home. While acknowledging the beauty of the place overall, this parking concern could be a significant source of frustration for residents and their guests. It suggests a potential lack of clear parking guidelines or enforcement within the community.
The second review, from a long-term resident, focuses on the decline in the park's landscaping over time. The reviewer recalls that "over 11 years ago the Park was beautiful." However, they note that since then, "a lot of our street trees have been removed but not replaced," which has negatively impacted the overall "atmosphere" of the community. The reviewer believes that for the amount paid in space rent, the landscaping should be better maintained and that old, rotten, or diseased plants should be replaced. Despite this criticism of the management's landscaping efforts, the reviewer still finds it "cheaper to live here than in a regular built house," suggesting that affordability remains a key benefit of Quail Run Mobile Estates.
Considering these reviews, the environment of Quail Run Mobile Estates could be described as generally pleasant and potentially affordable, as highlighted by both reviewers. However, there appear to be issues with parking etiquette among some residents and a perceived decline in the quality of landscaping maintenance over the years. The removal of street trees without replacement seems to have negatively affected the aesthetic appeal for at least one long-term resident. The sense of community is not explicitly detailed, but the neighborly interaction regarding parking suggests some level of resident engagement, albeit sometimes problematic.
Information regarding specific services and features of Quail Run Mobile Estates is limited to the issues raised in the reviews. There is no mention of amenities such as a clubhouse, laundry facilities, recreational areas (like a pool or playground), or pet policies. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the aesthetic environment (landscaping) and a practical concern (parking). The fact that residents pay space rent implies that basic utilities and infrastructure for mobile homes are likely provided, but these are not explicitly detailed. Similarly, there is no information about whether the community accommodates RVs for long-term stays and, if so, what specific amenities or services are available for RV residents.
Unsurprisingly, given the nature of the feedback, there is no promotional information available in these reviews. Details about space rental rates for mobile homes or potential long-term RV spaces, security deposits, lease terms, or any special offers are not mentioned. To obtain this information, interested parties would need to contact Quail Run Mobile Estates directly at (971) 317-1089 or +1 971-317-1089. When inquiring, it would be beneficial to also ask about the community's parking policies and how parking disputes are handled, as well as the management's plans for landscaping maintenance and replacement of removed trees.
For local users in Forest Grove, Oregon, searching for "RV parks near me" for a longer stay or considering mobile home living at Quail Run Mobile Estates, the available feedback presents a nuanced picture. The community is described as a "great" and "nice" place to live overall, with affordability being a potential advantage. However, prospective residents should be aware of potential issues with neighborly parking etiquette and a perceived decline in landscaping quality due to a lack of tree replacement. The management's responsiveness to these concerns is not evident from the reviews. If considering a long-term RV stay, it would be crucial to inquire about the park's policies on RVs, the availability of suitable spaces, and the amenities provided for RV residents. Visiting the community in person could also help potential residents assess the current state of the landscaping and the parking situation.
In conclusion, Quail Run Mobile Estates in Forest Grove, OR, appears to be a generally well-regarded community with the benefit of affordability. However, potential residents should be aware of reported issues concerning neighborly parking behavior and a perceived decline in landscaping maintenance. For local users seeking long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV, direct communication with the park management to address these concerns and gather more information about amenities and policies is recommended.

Quail Run Mobile Estates Reviews
great place to live! neighbors across the way seem to think they own the parking spaces, even though there are none on that side of the road. I've been out 3 time to see my family 2 times my car was pretty much parked on top of no reason for it. Other then that beautiful place to live!
Nov 01, 2018 · Laurie PhelanNice place to live but management leaves something to be desired. For what we pay in our space rent the landscaping in the park should be better cared for and replaced when old/rotten or diseased. When I moved here over 11 years ago the Park was beautiful. Since then a lot of our street trees have been removed but not replaced. That changes the whole atmosphere. But it's still cheaper to live here than in a regular built house.
Nov 15, 2018 · Mary Van VlietI am quite pleased with the neighborhood. I really like the new managers. They have been very helpful in cleaning up the dumpy yards on our street. People got very complacent with the old managers who were very lacks on the rules.
Jun 11, 2022 · Lisa KayThe managers of this Park are okay. They allow pets. Smaller dogs and indoor cats. The space rent is fairly high considering what you are getting but the town of Forest Grove is really nice and the neighbors are pretty good. All in all a good place to live.
