Valley View Mobile Court Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that online platforms may sometimes include listings for mobile home parks under this category. While RV parks primarily cater to recreational vehicles for temporary stays, mobile home parks offer long-term or permanent housing solutions in manufactured homes. This introduction provides an objective overview of Valley View Mobile Court, located in Hillsboro, Oregon, based on its address and the available customer reviews. It is crucial to note that the primary feedback revolves around a specific infrastructure concern within the park.
Location and Accessibility in Hillsboro, Oregon
Valley View Mobile Court is situated at 34265 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy in Hillsboro, Oregon 97123, USA. Hillsboro is a major city in Washington County, part of the Portland metropolitan area. The Tualatin Valley Highway (also known as Oregon Route 8) is a significant thoroughfare, suggesting that the mobile home park is located on a potentially busy road, offering accessibility to the wider region. Hillsboro provides a range of urban amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and employment opportunities, particularly in the technology sector (often referred to as the "Silicon Forest"). Residents of Valley View Mobile Court would likely have convenient access to these resources due to its location on a major highway.
However, the proximity to a busy highway might also imply potential noise levels that could be a factor for some residents. Local users considering this location should assess their tolerance for traffic noise. Further investigation into the immediate surroundings would be beneficial to understand the specific neighborhood context, including nearby businesses, residential areas, and the overall atmosphere.
Critical Feedback Regarding Speed Bumps
The provided customer reviews overwhelmingly focus on a significant concern regarding the speed bumps within Valley View Mobile Court. This issue appears to be a major point of contention and a potential deterrent for service providers and visitors alike.
One review comes from "At your door RV service," a mobile RV repair service that explicitly states they are refusing to accept new customers within Valley View Mobile Court due to the "abusive" nature of the speed bumps. The reviewer notes that the speed bumps are located every 30 feet, causing their Sprinter van to lose parts off the shelves each time they enter or leave the park. This extreme reaction from a service provider highlights the severity of the issue, suggesting that the speed bumps are not only inconvenient but potentially damaging to vehicles.
Another reviewer echoes this sentiment, describing the speed bumps as "insane." They claim that many are double speed bumps installed diagonally, causing violent rocking of vehicles. The reviewer emphasizes the danger, stating that even slightly exceeding the posted 10 mph speed limit throws everything within the vehicle, labeling this as "way way beyond safety concern" and "abusive." This strong language underscores the negative impact of the speed bumps on the driving experience within the park.
A third, briefer review corroborates these complaints, with someone "just dropping off a friend" commenting that the speed bumps are "really bad." They note that even traveling at just one mile per hour has an effect on their vehicle's suspension, despite it not being an old car. This reinforces the idea that the speed bumps are unusually aggressive and pose a problem for various types of vehicles, even at very low speeds.
Collectively, these reviews paint a concerning picture of the infrastructure within Valley View Mobile Court. The speed bumps are described as excessive, poorly designed (diagonal placement, double bumps), and potentially damaging to vehicles and uncomfortable for occupants. This is a critical factor that local users must consider if they are contemplating residency or even regular visits to the park.
Environment and Community Information
The provided data does not offer any insights into the general environment or the sense of community within Valley View Mobile Court, aside from the significant issue with the speed bumps. Typically, mobile home parks can vary widely in their atmosphere, ranging from quiet and well-maintained to more basic and less community-oriented. Factors such as landscaping, the presence of communal areas (like clubhouses or green spaces), and the overall upkeep of the park contribute to the environment.
Without any positive or neutral feedback regarding the aesthetics or community spirit, it is difficult to provide an objective description. The strong negative focus on the speed bumps overshadows any potential positive aspects that might exist. Local users would need to seek information from other sources or visit the park to assess these crucial elements.
Services and Features Typically Available
The reviews do not mention any specific services or features offered at Valley View Mobile Court. Standard services in mobile home parks usually include utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) for each lot, road maintenance, and waste disposal. Additional amenities can vary but might include on-site management, laundry facilities, recreational areas (like playgrounds or community rooms), and possibly security features.
Given the lack of information in the reviews, local users will need to contact the park management directly at (503) 648-7826 or +1 503-648-7826 to inquire about the specific services and features available to residents. Understanding these aspects is essential for evaluating the overall value and suitability of the mobile home park.
Absence of Promotional Information
There is no promotional information included in the provided data for Valley View Mobile Court. It is common for housing communities to offer incentives to attract new residents, such as discounted rent for an initial period or special move-in offers. However, the lack of such information here, coupled with the significant negative feedback, might suggest that the park is not actively promoting itself or is facing challenges that outweigh the need for promotions.
Local users should not expect any special deals or incentives based on the available information. Any inquiries about potential promotions would need to be directed to the park management.
Key Considerations for Local Users in Hillsboro, Oregon
For local residents in Hillsboro, Oregon, who are searching for "RV parks near me" and encounter Valley View Mobile Court in their results, the overwhelming concern raised in the customer reviews regarding the speed bumps is a critical factor to consider. The location on SW Tualatin Valley Highway offers accessibility to the amenities of Hillsboro and the wider Portland metropolitan area.
However, the consistent and strong negative feedback about the "abusive" and "insane" speed bumps, which are reported to be frequent, poorly designed, and potentially damaging to vehicles, cannot be ignored. This issue appears to significantly impact the experience of service providers, visitors, and likely residents as well. Potential residents should carefully weigh the convenience of the location against the reported discomfort and potential vehicle wear and tear caused by the speed bumps.
Local users are strongly advised to contact the management of Valley View Mobile Court to inquire about the speed bump situation and any plans for addressing these concerns. Visiting the park in person to experience the road conditions firsthand would also be highly recommended before making any decisions about residency. Additionally, seeking out information from other sources, such as online forums or local community groups, might provide further insights into the overall living experience at Valley View Mobile Court beyond the prominent issue of the speed bumps.

Valley View Mobile Court Reviews
At your door RV service is one of the highest reviewed mobile RV repair services serving this RV park and we refuse to accept any more customers In this park because the speed bumps are abusive. They're every 30 ft and my Sprinter van loses parts off the shelves every time I drive in and out of the park. So if you want service from us you're going to have to be at a different park.No Your speed bumps are insane. Most of them are double speed bumps and they're installed at a diagonal that rocks the vehicle back and forth violently. Your posted 10 mph speed limit but if you go more than one mile per hour over these speed bumps it throws everything in the vehicle This is way way beyond safety concern. This is abusive.
Feb 13, 2025 · Tuck PutnamIt is ok. Just dropping off a friend. I'm sure this has come up b4, those speed bumps r really bad. Even going 1 mile an hour it is has on the suspension. I don't have an old car either
Mar 04, 2025 · Marion BishopManagement stalks people. Some people have several vehicles and for 10 bucks management will let them park in front of your place. Speed bumps are huge in some places and abit much on installing them so close by the old management. Blow out your struts at your own risk if you dare to venture. GLHF. The management will follow you and harass you and take pictures of you if your visiting someone. Their all fruitcakes and they talked a mentally ill woman woman out of a beautiful home. Valued at 18K. Took it for 1500. That would be shameful but cut throats don't feel anything like heroin addicts.
Jul 04, 2022 · Brian LatimerLive here. It's got some god qualities, but not many. Management doesn't do anything about noisy neighbors. Can't do much without written permission. Even putting up a pretty made shed. Ridicules rent rates.
May 14, 2021 · Stevon NiceThis "trailer park" is one of the worst ones I've seen. It appears the owner is not putting any money back into the property, yet she continues to raise the rent every year and yet provides nothing more to her tenants. She requires tenants to not have anything laying around their living spaces, yet she allows one tenant (who appears to be a hoarder & her friend) keep trash and junk in her yard in clear view of anyone passing by. This is a horrid place to live and I would NEVER recommend a friend or family member live here.
