This is for everybody that's thinking about moving to this trailer park my best advice to you is look somewhere else because this trailer park is ran down it looks like a trash can you have to deal with listening to people screaming and yelling and punching their walls at all hours of the morning noon and night and you still got to pay for rent even though the lease isn't being held up to code so my best advice to you and anybody else that's looking at living out here run because this is not the place to live you'll be paying almost $500 a month just for a lot rent and water they should lower the rent too $350 - Love420
