Only care about their payments of rent nothing else and if you ask them to fix anything they won’t fix it and if they do takes them almost a month to do anything about it. This place does not take care of its people at all asked them to fix some things in my house about 7 months ago almost right when I moved in and after arguing with them about prior breaks from previous owners still have not yet been fixed as asked nicely numerous amount of times.
