Harrison Court Inc Introduce
Located at 43301 Summit St in Harrison Township, Michigan, Harrison Court Inc is primarily a mobile home park with a long-standing presence in the community. For local users searching within the "rv parks near me" category, Harrison Court Inc might present a potential option, particularly for those seeking longer-term stays in a community setting that may also accommodate recreational vehicles. However, the available customer reviews offer a somewhat complex and concerning picture of the park's environment and management, which requires careful consideration.
One reviewer, who has a long history with the park dating back to childhood, describes it as a "very small Park mostly senior citizens and older model style trailers." They note that the park is generally kept "clean and quiet and low crime for the most part." This suggests a potentially peaceful environment that could appeal to certain RVers looking for a more settled and less transient atmosphere within the "rv parks near me" category. However, this positive aspect is tempered by the reviewer's observation of "lots of disagreements and opinions about the people in the office and different charges they require etc," ultimately rating the park as just "okay." This indicates potential issues with the administrative or management aspects of the community.
A more extensive and recent review paints a much more troubling picture of Harrison Court Inc. This former resident details significant unrest within the park, allegedly caused by a small group of individuals centered around one person. The reviewer describes accusations of theft, secret board meetings, and the removal of board members. These internal conflicts and accusations suggest a potentially unstable and contentious community environment, which could be a major concern for anyone considering moving into the park, including RV owners.
Furthermore, this reviewer raises serious allegations regarding the conduct of the new board, claiming they "do not seem to know what they are doing or what is aloud to be said to others." Specific examples include inquiries about the credit report of individuals purchasing a mobile home within the park, which the reviewer believes to be illegal disclosure of private information. The reviewer also mentions unfulfilled promises regarding road repairs, despite paint markings indicating planned work, and a perceived lack of adherence to community rules by board members themselves (specifically regarding dog walking in prohibited areas).
The detailed account of internal strife and alleged mismanagement within Harrison Court Inc presents a significant red flag for potential residents. For local users searching for "rv parks near me," a stable and well-managed community is often a priority. The issues described in the second review suggest that Harrison Court Inc may not currently offer such an environment.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in the more critical review, it is imperative for anyone considering Harrison Court Inc as a potential RV location to conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the park management at (586) 463-1651 or +1 586-463-1651 is essential to inquire about the availability of RV spaces, the types of hookups offered (water, electricity, sewer), the length of stay permitted for RVs, the associated costs, and any amenities specifically for RV residents. It would also be prudent to inquire about the current management and any ongoing issues within the community.
Harrison Township, where Harrison Court Inc is located, is situated in Macomb County, Michigan, and offers a suburban environment with proximity to Lake St. Clair. The area provides access to various amenities and recreational opportunities, which could be attractive to RV owners. However, the internal environment and management of the park itself, as indicated by the reviews, should be the primary consideration.
It is important to note that the information available is limited to these two reviews, which offer contrasting perspectives, although the more recent and detailed review raises significant concerns. Without further information or more balanced feedback, it is difficult to form a fully objective assessment. However, the issues highlighted in the second review regarding park management, internal conflicts, and alleged improper conduct cannot be ignored by potential residents.
In conclusion, Harrison Court Inc in Harrison Township, MI, is described as a small, mostly senior citizen mobile home park that is generally clean and quiet. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the park's management, internal conflicts, and alleged improper conduct by board members. For local users searching for "rv parks near me," Harrison Court Inc warrants extreme caution. Direct and thorough communication with the management is absolutely necessary to ascertain whether RVs are accommodated, what services are available, and to gain a clear understanding of the current community environment and management practices. The serious allegations in one of the reviews suggest that prospective residents should proceed with significant caution and seek further information before making any decisions.

Harrison Court Inc Reviews
Been coming to this park since I was a baby!, I had lots of relatives that have lived here! now my mother lives here.... Very small Park mostly senior citizens and older model style trailers. they keep it clean and quiet and low crime for the most part... however there are lots of disagreements and opinions about the people in the office and different charges they require etc but all in all "okay" in my book!
Oct 13, 2023 · Angela JonesInteresting how Bernie's wife is now on the board. This park was nice when we moved in. Yes they had there problems but they seemed to have been caused by a small few following one person. We just left the park cause those small few caused a huge unrest in the park. For the three years I lived there one person was constantly accused different people of taking the same money from the office. When accountants and the bank showed nothing missing he would the blame someone else for the same time frame. Even the office manager who left abruptly was accused of stealing money. Although now she is back in the office working. She is a nice lady and I feel bad that she is getting in the middle of this. Now they have a new board all orchestrated by this one guy. He caused unrest by trying to get the board disbanded so his people can get on. It only worked for three people. Two were already leaving the board. Before we left they were taking things out of the office and then saying things were missing. There were even pictures other people took of this happening. Board officers and this guy at the office at all hours doing who knows what. They had secret meetings to be able to kick 3 other members off. They kept saying the roads would get fixed even put down paint, that was back in August. The board put out minutes after a board meeting saying you can not walk dogs in the playground area or you will be fined. I guess it does not apply to board members. Three officers of the board are constantly walking their dogs around the park. Now I have been working on selling my home many things came to light. The new board does not seem to know what they are doing or what is aloud to be said to others. When I want to pay the lot rent they started asking about the people purchasing my home. They continued talking with my sister and I about their credit report. Now I know They are not aloud to discuss private information with anyone but it seems not to bother them if they are doing thing illegally. The funny thing is no one is above his accusations. Its just a matter of time that he gets tired of tese new people. At that point he will just accuse them of whatever he wants and will try to get them off or accuse them of stealing money as well.I wish I knew who I could report this to, but I guess a review will have to do.
