Camelot Villa Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" or a mobile home community in Macomb, Michigan? Consider Camelot Villa, located at 17111 Hall Rd, Macomb, MI 48044, USA. This community primarily functions as a mobile home park and may also offer spaces or accommodations relevant to those searching for RV parks. You can contact them at (586) 286-0618 or +1 586-286-0618 for more information.
Camelot Villa aims to provide a residential environment for mobile homeowners, and potentially, some facilities for recreational vehicles. Based on the available customer reviews, the experiences of residents appear to vary significantly. One positive review notes, "Great park with friendly people. Nice new homes. The staff are friendly and the maintenance team get things done when maintenance requests are put in." This suggests that some residents appreciate the community atmosphere, the quality of homes, and the responsiveness of the maintenance staff.
However, several other reviews present a less favorable perspective. One resident states that "Management is unresponsive to residents’ concerns." This review specifically mentions a lack of snow removal on sidewalks used by children walking to school, particularly near common areas like the soccer field, fitness center, and playground, as well as impassable sidewalks due to snow piled near mailboxes. This raises concerns about the management's attention to safety and community upkeep.
Another concerning review describes the park as "dirty, with garbage everywhere." This suggests potential issues with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the community grounds. Furthermore, multiple reviews highlight difficulties in communication with the office staff, noting that "The office staff rarely answers the phone or returns calls," and that it's hard to get through even when asked to call. One reviewer went as far as to say, "This is the absolutely most poorly managed property I’ve ever had to deal with," citing a lack of documentation by management leading to unresolved and ignored problems.
For individuals specifically looking for "RV parks near me," it's important to determine if Camelot Villa offers services and amenities suitable for RVs. While the primary focus appears to be mobile home living, some mobile home parks do allocate spaces for RVs, especially for longer-term stays. If you are an RV traveler or someone looking for a longer-term RV site in the Macomb area, you would need to contact Camelot Villa directly to inquire about the availability of RV spots, the types of hookups offered (e.g., water, electricity, sewer), and any specific RV-related amenities they might have. This could include details about site sizes, parking, and any community features accessible to RV guests.
Considering the information available, Camelot Villa offers new homes within the community, and at least one resident has found the staff and maintenance to be friendly and responsive. This positive aspect should be weighed against the criticisms regarding management responsiveness, cleanliness, and communication.
If you are considering Camelot Villa, whether for mobile home living or potential RV stays, it would be beneficial to inquire about the following:
- The availability and features of any RV sites, including hookups and amenities.
- The process for purchasing or renting a mobile home.
- The community's policies on maintenance and upkeep, particularly regarding common areas and sidewalks.
- The management's communication practices and how they address resident concerns.
- Any community amenities available to residents, such as recreational facilities or common spaces.
Given the mixed feedback, especially the serious concerns raised about management and cleanliness, prospective residents or RVers should conduct thorough due diligence. This might include visiting the property to assess its condition firsthand and attempting to speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living experience at Camelot Villa.
Macomb, Michigan, offers various local amenities and attractions. If Camelot Villa suits your housing or RV needs, you would have access to the resources of the surrounding area. However, the internal environment and management of the park, as indicated by some reviews, should be carefully considered.
In conclusion, Camelot Villa in Macomb, MI, is a mobile home park that may also cater to those seeking "RV parks near me." While some residents have reported positive experiences with friendly people, new homes, and maintenance, significant concerns have been raised regarding management responsiveness, cleanliness, and communication. Potential residents or RV visitors should contact Camelot Villa directly at (586) 286-0618 or +1 586-286-0618 to obtain detailed information and to conduct their own assessment of the community.

Apr 03, 2025 · AMGClassManagement is unresponsive to residents’ concerns. The children in our neighborhood walk to school yet the management here does not concern itself with cleaning their sidewalks of snow, particularly in the area of the soccer field, fitness center and playground - all property owned and managed by Camelot Villa. There are no homesites in these areas for which to blame residents. These areas are regularly travelled by children walking to school or to the school bus stop (for middle and high school students). Worse yet, the snow from near the mailboxes is piled on the sidewalk, making it impassable. The park is dirty, with garbage everywhere. The office staff rarely answers the phone or returns calls. Even when you’re asked to call them you can’t get through. This is the absolutely most poorly managed property I’ve ever had to deal with. Management documents NOTHING so ongoing problems can be ignored and they cannot be held responsible.
Apr 28, 2025 · Donna PollackTo be perfectly honest, I don't even know where to start. But let me say this, DO NOT move here!!!! No one takes accountability for anything. They're Keep raising the rent every year. Basic community services are NOT being done. Streetlights have been out over 7 months, no one cares. For some reason, they do not plow the street's or sidewalks. The children have to walk in the street. You have to walk your dog in the street to even try to let it use the restroom. This place is not manage properly. For some reason, they have been through 4 different managers in the last 2 years. Obviously, no one knows what to do over here. I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS. FOR THIS COMMUNITY. They are not lying. I would like for the corporate office to contact me.I've been calling them for over a year and no one has responded to me!!!!!!! I wonder why because they know what's really going on over here..... Let me edit this review and say. I've been staying in this community for over 20 years, and for the last 5 years, it has been trash. I don't care what you say.You do not clean the walkway near the park, nor near the mailboxes. The children have to walk in the street as well as people walking their dogs
Mar 06, 2025 · Dee DeeI've been here for a yr and a half. My bathroom wall has been peeling for a while now (months) . I called Saturday (1/4/25) for someone to repaint it. Kay takes my information. She calls me today (1/7/25) 38 minutes before the appt to tell me that maintenance says that this is normal wear and tear and there is nothing they can do. Are you serious? I'm no professional or anything but I I wouldn't say that after only 1 yr and 1/2 that the damage on my wall is normal I would definitely have asked how long has the wall been this way and apologized for the poor crappy job we did to move in the next tenant asap.I am disappointed in this place and highly upset. We pay over 1000 dollars a month for a trailer and no one cares not even to fix a poor paint job.Everyone here is lazy, unprofessional and full of excuses! I can't wait to move!
Jan 07, 2025 · Jazz G.I came to bed sit family and go live in park and the roads and streets where never plowed even after 2 days the next afternoon. My new vehicle was sliding all over the place when I came in th day of the storm. Need to put salt on roads when you know storm is coming.
