Rented off Both Renny and his dad. Very honest caring family. They go the extra mile checking and caring for thier tenants. You honestly can not find a better landlord. For the most part all the residents are just as caring. Its like living in a family community. I would recommend any good, honest person to live there. Its also kid and pet friendly.
