This testimonial speaks to the peaceful living environment that River's Edge Mobile & RV offers, reinforcing its appeal for those seeking a tranquil long-term stay or a serene stopover while exploring 'RV parks near me'.
The review also mentions a recent change in ownership and a subsequent 10% increase in rent space. While the resident acknowledges that the rent is still affordable at the time of the review, they express concern about potential future annual rent increases of the same percentage. This observation highlights a potential consideration for prospective long-term residents regarding the affordability and stability of living costs at River's Edge Mobile & RV.
Despite the rent increase, the long-term resident initially rated their experience at 5 stars, indicating a high level of satisfaction with the park's environment and community. However, they explicitly stated that continued annual rent increases of 10% would lead to a reevaluation and likely a lower rating. This provides an objective perspective on the park's current strengths and a potential future concern regarding affordability.
The resident's intention to stay at River's Edge Mobile & RV until it becomes unaffordable further underscores the positive aspects of the park that have led to their long-term residency. The quiet atmosphere, the sense of personal space ("everyone keeps to themselves"), and the overall positive living experience seem to outweigh the concern about increasing rent, at least in the short term.

River's Edge Mobile & RV Reviews
Very well maintained park. Quiet and friendly. Close to fishing and good restaurants.
Mar 12, 2025 · Tamara MiarsLived here for almost 2 years. It's quiet...everyone keeps to themselves. The park has recently changed ownership and ofcourse rent space went up 10% but still affordable. I'm sure the rent will continue to go up 10% every year and if so my rating of 5 stars will be reevaluated to a lesser score. Until them, I really like it here and plan on staying until I can't afford to.
May 20, 2024 · Ronald FurlowWhere do I start? I live and do a little work here, and I continue to do so because this park is absolutely beautiful and is properly managed to keep it in a neat and tidy order. In River's Edge, won't see cars on blocks or grass that's 10ft tall. You won't see porches with stuff piled up, or animals running loose. What you will see is a clean, orderly RV park with green grass, beautiful landscaping, large shade trees, sitting literally on the river's edge, and people who take pride in their homes and watch out for their neighbors.I recommend this park and I promise you won't find one that is more loved by its tenants than River's Edge.Management/Owner are hands-on and are on top of running a great place.Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and two thumbs up 👍👍. An all-around awesome place to live.
Dec 12, 2022 · N.J.Nice place, friendly staff....too bad the neighbors played loud music all night. Staff lives next to these loud people (2 lots over) and never said a word to them after 10:00 p.m. lots of things to do there, beautiful park next to the river.
Aug 31, 2021 · Kenpo KidThis is a great spot to put into the river to float. Simple, easy and safe to put in...a little bit of a hike down bybthe water. Make surebto go grab your parking pass and pay immediately because the lady in charge of keeping tabs in that park is DEFINITELY doing her job.
