Exceptional Management: A Welcoming First Impression
One reviewer who was unable to accommodate their "big giant rig" in the available spots during their visit was still compelled to leave a glowing review specifically highlighting the manager, Hannah. They described her as "the kindest manager you will ever meet," emphasizing her positive demeanor ("serves with a smile") and her willingness to go "above and beyond" to meet their needs, even when it didn't result in an immediate stay. This level of dedication and service suggests that Hannah is deeply committed to creating a positive experience for all who interact with the park, whether they are prospective visitors or current residents. The reviewer also noted that the residents of the park "sure seem blessed to have her," implying a broader positive impact of Hannah's management on the community as a whole.
This review underscores the importance of park management in shaping the overall atmosphere and experience of an RV park. A kind and helpful manager can make a significant difference in how visitors and residents feel welcomed and supported, potentially fostering a more positive and cohesive community.
A Warm Welcome for New Residents
Another recent review from someone who "just moved in a couple days ago" further reinforces the exceptional qualities of the manager, Hannah. This new resident states that "Hannah has been great" and that she "made my roommate and I feel welcome and has gone out of her way to make sure we're happy." The reviewer was so impressed that they would have rated the park "10 stars if I could!!" This enthusiastic feedback from a new resident speaks volumes about Hannah's effectiveness in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for those choosing to make Roseburg Mobile Home & RV Park their new home.
The fact that Hannah is proactive in ensuring the happiness and comfort of new residents suggests a management style that prioritizes the well-being of the community members. This can be particularly important for those transitioning to a new living situation, as a welcoming and supportive manager can ease the process and foster a sense of belonging.
Limited Details on Environment, Services, and Features
While the reviews strongly emphasize the positive impact of the manager, Hannah, they provide limited specific details about the physical environment of Roseburg Mobile Home & RV Park, the services offered, or the features available to guests and residents. The first reviewer's mention of being unable to fit a "big giant rig" into the available spots at the time of their visit suggests that there may be size limitations for some RVs, or that availability for larger rigs might vary. This highlights the importance of inquiring about site sizes and availability when contacting the park.
The reviews do not mention amenities such as restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, Wi-Fi, pet areas, recreational facilities, or the types of hookups available at the RV sites (e.g., electricity amperage, water, sewer). Similarly, there is no information provided about the overall layout of the park, the spacing between sites, the presence of trees or shade, or any specific features that might enhance the RV living experience.
Given that the name includes "Mobile Home & RV Park," it is likely that the facility caters to both mobile homes and recreational vehicles. This dual focus might influence the layout and the types of services offered. For example, there might be designated areas for mobile homes and separate areas or sites for RVs. The services and amenities could be geared towards both short-term RV travelers and long-term mobile home residents.
Promotional Information and Encouragement to Contact
The provided reviews do not contain any specific promotional offers or information about special rates. However, the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding the manager, Hannah, serves as a strong implicit recommendation for Roseburg Mobile Home & RV Park. The first reviewer explicitly advises, "Don't hesitate to give her a call, you'll be glad you did!!" This suggests that the personal interaction with Hannah is a key aspect of the positive experience at this park.

We were unable to fit our big giant rig into the spots available at the time we visited, but let me tell you, Hannah is the kindest manager you will ever meet. She serves with a smile, went above and beyond to meet us when it worked for us, and the residents of this park sure seem blessed to have her. Don't hesitate to give her a call, you'll be glad you did!!
May 07, 2025 · Stevie NoyesI just moved in a couple days ago. Hannah has been great. She's made my roommate and I feel welcome and has gone out of her way to make sure we're happy. Id rate 10 stars if I could!!
Mar 12, 2025 · Cory EvertI've been here almost two years now and this is my first time having a home in a mobile home park. I really adore our office manager Tia and she's always so helpful if there's a concern. She's always professional and looks for ways to help residents. It would be really cool to add some community events, I'd totally help out with it too!
Dec 18, 2024 · Hannah CaseHannah is great! Met with her to purchase a home and she was so kind to me and my boys who were with me. The park is quiet and clean and seems like a great place to live.
Jan 22, 2025 · Erika Stanley1/5 is actually a generous review, and I'll explain why.I lived here for 6 years, through the transfer of ownership to monte christo communities, which is supposed to be a professional property management company. The previous owners/managers were crazy, however they were predictable. As long as you didn't make noise or start fights and paid your bills, they left you alone. But they put no effort into improving the park or better getting their tenants. The new managers/owners, monte christo communities, are both crazy and unpredictable. They seem to know how to be technical enough to know renters laws enough to JUST barely remain legal in their processes, but are incompetent when it comes to communication and documentation surrounding agreements and circumstances with their tenants. You'd think they would be competent enough to issue a deposit when you leave or keep notes in your file about the numerous complaints you've had to submit due to the drug related activity and domestic violence, but alas that is too difficult for them. This place penalizes good tenants and rewards the bad tenants. Drug addicts, drunks and domestic violence continue to rule the community while good, paying, quiet, respectable tenants have to sit around and deal with it, all for their complaints and feedback to fall on def ears. The turnover rate for their community managers is astonishing, likely because these hires try to do right by their tenants, only to be met with a brick wall that is upper management. Upper management that I'd had to deal with that is mentally unstable, immature, and quite frankly, sexist towards men. The rent continues to increase despite no improvements being made, and undesirables continuing to move in.If I have one piece of advice, it's don't move here. Yes, the rent and bills are cheap, you can save money, but really it's not worth it. Your mental health will decline substantially due to having to be constantly surrounded by addicts, drunks, mentally unstable folks and violence. Your feedback will go unheard and when you finally do leave, monte christo will do everything in their power to make sure you don't get your deposit. Like take 90+ days to issue it and send it back to themselves instead of using the proper forwarding address you provide. Completely absurd if you ask me. There are better options in Roseburg, don't go here.
