You can contact them at (281) 343-5151 or +1 281-343-5151 for inquiries. The available customer reviews, while limited, offer intriguing glimpses into the park's environment and the experiences of its residents.
One reviewer notes, "Interesting energy here. :) i like looking up at the stars in the nighttime sky." This brief comment suggests a unique and perhaps positive or noteworthy ambiance at Riverbend RV Park. The mention of stargazing indicates a potentially less light-polluted environment, allowing for clear views of the night sky, which can be a significant draw for those who appreciate celestial observation and a connection with nature.
Another review offers a more poetic and metaphorical statement: "With the right kind of eyes, you can almost see the high water mark, where the wave crested, finally broke and rolled back... (paraphrase of a literary work by author and gonzo journalist, the late and great Hunter S Thompson)." While somewhat abstract, this comment might allude to the park's location near a river or an area prone to flooding, perhaps suggesting a history or a dynamic natural environment. It could also simply reflect the reviewer's personal contemplation inspired by the park's atmosphere.
The most detailed review comes from a long-term resident who expresses a strong affinity for Riverbend RV Park. This reviewer states, "I love Riverbend RV Park. Currently a long term resident here. Donna, the Park Manager was the BEST at what she does! She has retired now, but hoping the park will get someone who lives in the park, as Donna did for a manager. Fred is the ONE for that job! He is courteous and knows the park like the back of his hand. If you need anything, contact him. Great place and safe!" This testimonial provides several key insights into the park:
- Positive Long-Term Resident Experience: The reviewer's long-term residency and declaration of love for the park suggest a comfortable and satisfying living environment.
- Highly Regarded Former Management: Donna, the former Park Manager, is described as "the BEST at what she does," indicating effective and appreciated management during her tenure.
- Preference for On-Site Management: The reviewer expresses a hope that the new manager will also live in the park, as Donna did, implying that on-site management contributed positively to the community and responsiveness.
- Recommendation for Current Contact: Fred is highlighted as the go-to person for assistance, described as "courteous" and possessing extensive knowledge of the park. This suggests a helpful and accessible point of contact for residents.
- Sense of Safety: The reviewer explicitly states that Riverbend RV Park is a "great place and safe!" This is a crucial factor for anyone considering long-term or short-term stays in an RV park.
Based on these reviews, we can begin to paint a picture of the environment, services, and features of Riverbend RV Park:
- Potentially Scenic or Natural Environment: The reference to stargazing and the metaphorical comment about water suggest a location that might offer natural beauty or a unique environmental characteristic, possibly proximity to a river (consistent with the name "Riverbend").
- Sense of Community: The long-term resident's positive experience and the emphasis on the manager's role in the community indicate a potentially strong sense of community among residents.
- Responsive and Knowledgeable Staff: The praise for both the former manager and the current contact person, Fred, suggests that the park is managed by individuals who are knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of residents.
- Safety: The explicit mention of the park being "safe" is a significant positive attribute, providing peace of mind for residents and visitors.
The reviews do not provide specific details about the amenities offered at Riverbend RV Park. Typically, RV parks offer a range of services and features to accommodate their guests, which might include:

Jun 21, 2024 · Evelyn DimasIt’s a nice, VERY basic RV park next to a lot of cow pastures in the middle of nowhere. But it’s quiet, not very much happens there at all really, and you have a lot of freedoms here you wouldn’t at any other campground. Ms. Donna is also really awesome and VERY polite, I couldn’t be much happier for what this place is. The WiFi isn’t really something I needed since I have a mobile hotspot device, and you might need a signal booster the farther you are from the office FYI. But, PLEASE fill the potholes.
Jun 20, 2024 · Steve NicholsStay away from this place. My mother passed away in her RV. Management refused to lock her RV up to keep it safe. Said it wasn’t their responsibility unless my mother, who is dead, asked them to. Now her RV, with all of her possessions, has been stolen by another resident of Riverbend. Fort Bend Sheriff’s Dept has been notified, but the management & owner of Riverbend RV Park will not even respond to this…much less offer an apology.
