It is important to note that resident reviews highlight areas that potential residents should consider. Parking, particularly for visitors, appears to be a significant concern, with limited designated visitor spots and issues with resident vehicles occupying potential visitor areas. There are mentions of towing for non-resident parking near homes and an overflow lot that is susceptible to flooding. Additionally, some residents have reported difficulties with park office staff and concerns regarding visitor policies, including restrictions on the number of guests and the presence of service animals. There are also comments indicating perceptions of strict enforcement of rules regarding the number of unrelated individuals living in a single home, and instances of notices and eviction threats for perceived breaches of these rules, particularly impacting larger families or those with frequent visitors. These points suggest that prospective residents should thoroughly investigate and understand the park's specific rules and regulations, especially concerning visitor parking, guest policies, and occupancy limits, before committing to a stay at Riverview Terrace Mobile Home Park. Direct communication with park management to clarify any concerns is advisable.

Riverview Terrace Mobile Home Park Reviews
I visit my boyfriend and his roommate here often, and have a parking permit for my vehicle. Recently a bunch of no parking signs were put up, which would be fine if there was any other visitor parking. There are consistently two spots open by the office, and that's it. For the entire park. Otherwise there is an overflow parking lot (only for residents) at the complete other end of the park that floods nearly every year. There is a gravel strip by the street that one would assume would be for visitors, but it is consistently full of resident vehicles. Every. Night. All of this would be fine...if being parked by the person's house you're visiting didn't get you towed. But left every single one of the 10 other "illegally" parked cars in the park alone that actually ARE blocking the flow of traffic. If I didn't know better...I would say that at least 50% of these homes have at least four drivers. Which would point toward at least two "families" living in one home. But a homeowner here can't have more than one unrelated person living with them? That seems awfully skewed in favor of massive "families". Rather than being able to have a perfectly reasonable 3 people living in one house.

Apr 12, 2019 · John BrayI did not live at the mobile home park but one of the other properties. I lived there for 3 years. Terrible. The maintenance people had no idea what they were doing. I'd call for mold issues and they would just spray paint over it and leave, in the winter the insulation was terrible. The floor above me would leak constantly and the maintenance people never fixed it right, the upstairs neighbor actually googled it and bought the parts to fix his sink and my ceiling. (We've both moved out but are still friends) I was 8 months pregnant and had a toddler when my water heater went out and they said they couldn't replace it for a week, I asked what was I supposed to do for showers or baths ? The lady said boil hot water until it can be replaced. I literally had to ask her if she was serious. The dryer in the place never worked in the 3 years I lived there. Always had to go to the laundry mat down the street. Whenever anyone would try to call to ask to get it fixed, nothing. The rent is so cheap in the building because its not taken care of. When I realized I could no longer afford to live there after falling behind on my rent so many times after being in the hospital, putting my 60 day and moved out I was hit with an eviction notice. If I could give this place zero I would.
Jul 25, 2020 · Rachael WiltroutThe worst place to live, the people in the office are so rude like you asking for free rent, and if you have friends to come over they can park no where, this property has a tow truck that tows the cars and you have to pay 300 dls to get your car down trust me this place is the worst place to live. If you don’t believe ask the people who lives there.
