Roadrunner Mobile Park

3.0
Park management and daughters condone violence here. Resident walking his dog was jumped by 2 men told I am going to shoot you and then discharged a gun that grazed him.Neither the snowbird or permanent RV camper were evicted or told there conduct is unexceptable!!!Stay here at your own risk.So far several campers have moved out and won't be back. Rules are never followed not even by nanagement and it is noisy with side by sides and constant barking dogs and never any peace and quiet.Washing machines are always broke, no bathroom or clubhouse to use for residents only family members. Rent is now 525.00 with no amenities, 10.00 each for trash and water use and she wants separate checks for each. There are nicer parks in A.J. with structure, amenities, and civilized adults who can walk without fear of being killed.BEWARE!!!! - Tracy Thomasson

Roadrunner Mobile Park Introduce

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Apache Junction, Arizona area, Roadrunner Mobile Park, located at 1617 S Cortez Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA, is one option that may appear. However, it is crucial for prospective residents and RVers to be aware of significant concerns raised in recent customer reviews before considering a stay at this park.

Multiple reviews paint a concerning picture of the environment and management at Roadrunner Mobile Park. One particularly alarming account details a violent incident where a resident walking their dog was reportedly assaulted and had a gun discharged near them. The reviewer further alleges that the park management and their daughters condoned this violence by not evicting or reprimanding the individuals involved. This raises serious questions about the safety and security within the park and the management's handling of such critical situations. The reviewer strongly advises potential visitors to "Stay here at your own risk," a stark warning that should not be taken lightly.

Adding to these safety concerns, the same reviewer notes a lack of enforcement of park rules, even by the management themselves. This reportedly contributes to a noisy environment, with "side by sides and constant barking dogs" disrupting the peace and quiet that many RVers seek. This suggests a potentially chaotic atmosphere where residents may not experience a sense of tranquility or respect for community standards.

Beyond safety and noise issues, the reviews also highlight a significant lack of amenities and concerns about increasing costs. One reviewer points out that the "washing machines are always broke," indicating a potential inconvenience for those needing laundry facilities. Furthermore, this review states that there are "no bathroom or clubhouse to use for residents only family members," which is highly unusual for an RV park and severely limits the basic conveniences typically expected. The reviewer also mentions a rent increase to $525.00 with no added amenities, along with an additional $10.00 charge each for trash and water use, with a demand for separate checks for each. This pricing structure, especially in light of the reported lack of amenities, is described as the owner thinking the park "should get resort prices" despite being a "run down dirty park without any amenities."

Another reviewer corroborates the issue of unexpected rent increases, stating, "Beware!!! The owner of this park will not give written notice of rent increase. Then will come tell you there was an increase & demand you pay immediately." This lack of transparency and sudden demand for payment can create significant financial stress and uncertainty for residents. The reviewer echoes the sentiment about the park's condition, advising others to "Find some other place to stay."

The collective feedback from these reviews strongly suggests that Roadrunner Mobile Park may not offer a safe, peaceful, or well-managed environment for RVers or long-term residents. The serious allegation of condoned violence, coupled with the reported lack of rule enforcement and the noisy atmosphere, paints a concerning picture of the park's environment. The absence of basic amenities like public restrooms and a clubhouse, along with the unexpected and potentially unfair rent increases and additional fees, further detracts from its appeal.

Given these significant negative reviews, prospective visitors should exercise extreme caution when considering Roadrunner Mobile Park. The warnings from former or current residents about safety risks, management issues, and the overall living conditions should be carefully evaluated. It is highly recommended to seek alternative "RV parks near me" in the Apache Junction area that have a more positive reputation for safety, management, amenities, and transparent billing practices.
