The Palms Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" or a welcoming mobile home community in Apache Junction, Arizona, The Palms, located at 1050 E Broadway Ave, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, USA, presents an appealing option. You can contact them at (480) 982-4856 or +1 480-982-4856 for further information.
Based on recent customer reviews, The Palms stands out for its incredibly friendly and welcoming residents. One newcomer to the park of six months enthusiastically described the residents as "very friendly and pleasant and welcoming to the 'new kid'." This strong sense of community and conviviality appears to be a significant draw, potentially enhanced by the park's smaller size. The reviewer noted that the park is physically "well maintained," indicating a commitment to the upkeep of the grounds and overall environment.
The same resident also mentioned that the rent at The Palms is currently "better than a lot of parks," which could be an attractive factor for those seeking affordable living options within the "RV parks near me" category or for long-term mobile home residency. However, they also raised a potential concern regarding the ownership by Treehouse Communities, speculating that if it's a typical investor conglomerate, annual rent increases might be expected, which could impact seniors living on fixed incomes. While the current rent situation is favorable, prospective residents should be mindful of potential future changes.
Another visitor, who was visiting family at The Palms, corroborated the positive aspects of the park. They described it as "very clean and well kept" and noted its quiet atmosphere. A significant added benefit mentioned was the "good views of Superstition Mountains," offering residents a picturesque backdrop and connection to the natural beauty of the area. The location was also highlighted as being conveniently "away from main highway yet convenient to shopping and fun!" This suggests a balance between a peaceful living environment and easy access to essential amenities and recreational activities in Apache Junction.
The visiting family member also enjoyed walking around the park and observed the friendliness of the residents, noting that many were from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Their positive experience even led them to consider living at The Palms if they were retired, further underscoring its appeal as a potentially ideal community for seniors.
While the reviews are overwhelmingly positive regarding the community and the upkeep of the park's physical environment, one area for potential improvement mentioned by a resident is the lighting in the clubhouse. While this doesn't detract from the overall positive experience, it's a specific detail that prospective residents might want to note or inquire about if clubhouse facilities are important to them.
The description of The Palms as a "small park" could indeed contribute to the strong sense of community and the ease of getting to know neighbors. For those seeking a more intimate and connected living environment within the "RV parks near me" options, the size of The Palms could be a significant advantage.
In terms of services and features, the reviews highlight a well-maintained physical environment, a clubhouse (though with a minor lighting concern), and a strong sense of community. The location offers both tranquility away from the main highway and convenience to shopping and entertainment. The presence of a clubhouse suggests potential social activities or communal spaces for residents to enjoy. However, specific amenities such as laundry facilities, pet policies, or organized events are not detailed in the provided reviews, and interested parties should inquire about these directly with the management.
As there is no specific promotional information mentioned in the reviews, it is advisable to contact The Palms directly to inquire about current rates, lot availability, and any special offers that might be available for new residents or RVers. The management will be able to provide the most up-to-date information and answer any specific questions regarding pricing and amenities.
In conclusion, The Palms in Apache Junction, Arizona, appears to be a highly desirable mobile home and RV park, particularly for those seeking a friendly and well-maintained community with scenic views of the Superstition Mountains. Its smaller size seems to foster a strong sense of conviviality among residents, and its location offers a balance of peace and convenience. While potential future rent increases due to corporate ownership are a consideration, the current positive living experience, as attested by residents and visitors, makes The Palms a strong contender for those exploring "RV parks near me" or considering a move to a welcoming senior-friendly community in the Apache Junction area.

The Palms Reviews
The Palms has the most incredible residents! Very friendly and pleasant and welcoming to the "new kid". It's a small park, which may contribute to the conviviality. Physically, the park is well maintained, though the clubhouse could be better lit. The rent is better than a lot of parks; I'm not sure how long that will hold true, but one can hope. The Palms is one of many parks owned by Treehouse Communities; I don't know if they're a typical investor conglomerate. If they are, rent will be raised annually, which can be painful to us seniors living on Social Security. In the end, however, I'm glad I made to move here; it's been a very enjoyable six months!
Mar 17, 2022 · Carolyn TaylorI'm visiting family here. The park is very clean and well kept. Its quiet and has some good views of Superstition Mountains. Nice location away from main highway yet convenient to shopping and fun! I've enjoyed walking around the park. Residents are friendly with most from MN, WI, IA. I attended the weekly coffee and meeting. I'd consider living here if I was retired.
Mar 11, 2020 · Mary SchillingMy friend lives there. Too bad that a lot of the trailers are so close together you can't put more than one vehicle under a carport and some of them the carport they're not wide enough to even park your car so it's stuck on the street and then it makes a lot of weaving in and out of traffic. Lots are extremely small if you have more than a tiny mobile you pay more for the rent or just your space think about it guys do your research a lot of them are sold with everything in them very few live year round. It is quiet and good for seniors lately the new people moving in seem to be younger and younger with lots of toys and a lot more things parked in the road in the road
