- RV Accommodation and Availability: Does Rolling Hills Village currently have any designated lots or spaces that are suitable and available for accommodating recreational vehicles? If so, what are the size restrictions or limitations on the types of RVs they can accommodate (e.g., length, height, class)?
- Utility Hookups for RVs: What types of utility hookups are provided at the lots that can accommodate RVs? This is a crucial aspect and should include inquiries about electrical connections (specify the amperage), water hookups, and sewer connections. Ensure that the park can meet the utility needs of your specific RV.
- Waste Disposal Facilities for RVs: What are the procedures for waste disposal for RV residents? Is there a designated dump station on-site for the proper disposal of sewage from RV holding tanks? Also, inquire about the arrangements for regular trash collection and recycling services throughout the park.

What is the approximate size of these lots, and is there adequate space to comfortably park an RV and potentially an additional vehicle? - Access to Park Amenities: As Rolling Hills Village offers a 24/7 fitness area and a swimming pool, inquire whether these amenities are also available for use by RV residents. Additionally, ask about any other communal facilities that might be of interest, such as laundry rooms, restrooms, shower facilities, or recreational areas.
- Rules and Regulations for RV Residents: What are the specific rules and regulations that RV residents must adhere to within Rolling Hills Village? This includes policies regarding pets, noise levels, parking of vehicles, maintenance of your lot, and any guest policies. Understanding these rules is important for a harmonious living experience.
- Lease Terms and Associated Costs for RV Lots: What are the typical lease terms for renting an RV lot at Rolling Hills Village? What is the monthly rental fee, and are there any additional charges for utilities (such as electricity, water, or sewer usage), maintenance, or access to amenities? Be sure to also inquire about any security deposits or application fees.
- Environment and Location Details: While the address is provided, it would be beneficial to gather more information about the immediate environment of the park. Is it a quiet setting? What is its proximity to local services, shopping, and attractions in Battle Creek? Understanding the surrounding area can influence your overall satisfaction.
- Safety and Security Measures: What measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of residents and their property within Rolling Hills Village? Are there any security patrols, surveillance systems, or specific community guidelines related to safety?
Given the positive initial impressions from the online reviews regarding cleanliness, amenities, and friendliness, Rolling Hills Village appears to be a potentially attractive option for those searching for "RV parks near me" in Battle Creek, Michigan. Jan 25, 2025 · DBlandscaping Nolongerin serviceLooks very nice and l love the idea of a 24/7 fitness area and love the swimming pool. People are always friendly when driving thru the park. I'm considering making the move to Rolling Hills so hope it's all that and more!!
Mar 26, 2023 · Lisa CrimWe was there for my grandson graduation party, & it was really nice, the hall my daughter reserved there was a great spot for his party , the place has a full kitchen, bath rooms, a lot of settings, plus a pool, so if you want to rent this out for a reunion or a class to gather or just a family party.. check it out
Jun 25, 2023 · Thom HudIt is a clean and quiet community. The grounds are well maintained and you can tell that there is a sense of community pride here. Don't let the "mobile home community" deter you, the homes here are basically normal houses... most of them even have attached garages. The vibe here is definitely peaceful. Mainly retirees and young families.I also like how easy it is to get to downtown from here and how close we are to Leila arboretum so i can walk my dog more often than when i lived in an apartment complex.Lot rent varies, but i find paying lot rent to be worth it because its basically like paying property taxes, except with lot rent you actually get amenities like a pool and community center. I'd recommend this place for someone who wants to experience what i like to call, "Home ownership Lite"
Mar 20, 2019 · Layne RoseLooks like a nice quiet little community, a little packed in for my liking but that's most mobile home communities. Has a pool for there residents that's cool, sister in law lives here so I drop the kid off from time to time and always looks nice when I drive through. Went here for trick or treating and was a very friendly neighborhood packed with kids in costumes
