Saginaw Trailer Court Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term RV or mobile home living in the Saginaw, Oregon area, Saginaw Trailer Court, located at 80116 OR-99, Saginaw, OR 97424, USA, presents a residential option with recent indications of positive change. It is important to consider the contrasting customer reviews when evaluating this community.
The environment surrounding Saginaw Trailer Court in Saginaw, Oregon, is located along Highway 99. One review describes this section of the highway as "absolutely a nightmare and extremely dangerous," which could be a significant factor for those concerned about traffic and safety in the immediate vicinity of the park. Saginaw is a small community in the southern Willamette Valley, and while the review doesn't elaborate on the natural surroundings, the region is known for its agricultural landscapes and proximity to the Willamette River. The park's location along a major highway suggests potential accessibility to nearby towns and services, but the negative comment about the highway's safety should be noted.
As a "trailer court," Saginaw Trailer Court likely offers spaces for both mobile homes and RVs, potentially fitting into the "RV parks near me" search category for some users seeking longer-term stays. Traditional services in such parks include individual lots with hookups for water, electricity, and sewer. The first review mentions issues with the "water and sewer systems," describing them as being in "serious need of work" and "janky," which raises concerns about the reliability of these essential utilities. Standard amenities in RV parks or trailer courts often include restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, though these are not specifically mentioned in the reviews. The second review, however, highlights positive changes, including the addition of a "community garden and even a lending library for kids and adults," suggesting an effort to enhance the community's amenities and quality of life.
The features of Saginaw Trailer Court present a mixed picture based on the two available reviews. The negative review highlights several significant drawbacks. The lack of privacy, with neighbors being "way too close," and the inability to even walk around the end of the trailer due to space constraints, are major concerns for personal space and potentially fire safety regulations. The reviewer also mentions noise issues, including morning train noise, loud nighttime conversations, and noisy vehicles, including motorcycles, late at night, which would detract from the peace and quiet of the living environment. The only positive aspect mentioned in this review is that it's a "reasonably priced place to live," suggesting affordability might be a factor for some despite the other drawbacks.
In contrast, the second review expresses amazement at the "changes at Saginaw Trailer Park" under a "new Manager." The introduction of a community garden and a lending library are significant positive developments that can enhance community engagement and provide valuable resources for residents. The reviewer notes that the new manager is actively involved in maintaining and improving the park, "out cleaning and planting everyday," indicating a proactive approach to park upkeep and beautification. This positive feedback suggests a significant shift towards improvement in the park's management and overall environment.
Promotional information for Saginaw Trailer Court is not explicitly provided in the given data. The first review mentions reasonable pricing as a potential benefit, which could be considered a form of implicit promotional information for budget-conscious individuals. The second review implicitly promotes the park through its description of positive changes and new amenities under the new management. However, specific details about rental rates, security deposits, or any special offers are not included. Interested individuals should contact the park directly to inquire about current pricing and any promotions that may be available, especially given the recent positive developments.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Saginaw Trailer Court presents a situation with both potential drawbacks and recent improvements. The initial concerns about the highway location, lack of privacy, noise, and issues with water and sewer systems should be carefully considered. However, the positive changes under new management, including the community garden and lending library, along with the manager's active involvement in maintenance, suggest a potential for a more positive living experience moving forward. The mention of reasonable pricing might also be attractive to some RVers seeking a more budget-friendly option for longer stays.
The Saginaw area, while a smaller community, offers access to the natural beauty of the Willamette Valley and is within reasonable driving distance of larger towns like Eugene, providing access to a wider range of services and attractions. The park's location along Highway 99 could offer convenient access to these surrounding areas, despite the safety concerns raised in one review. The ongoing improvements within the trailer court itself, if they continue and address the infrastructure issues mentioned, could further enhance its appeal as a longer-term RV or mobile home living option in the region.
In conclusion, Saginaw Trailer Court in Saginaw, Oregon, presents a community undergoing significant changes under new management. While past residents have reported issues with the highway location, privacy, noise, and infrastructure, recent feedback highlights positive developments such as a community garden, lending library, and an active manager focused on improvements. Prospective residents, whether for RV or mobile home living, should weigh the concerns raised in the earlier review against the more recent positive feedback. It is highly recommended to contact the park management directly to inquire about the current state of the facilities, the ongoing improvements, rental rates, and any specific policies or amenities offered. Visiting the park in person, if possible, could also provide valuable insight into the current living environment and the progress of the changes reported.

Saginaw Trailer Court Reviews
About the only good thing I can say about the place so far is it's a reasonably priced place to live. I honestly hate dealing with St Vincent de Paul. This section of Highway 99 is absolutely a nightmare and extremely dangerous. And people are all up in your business. You have no privacy and my neighbor is way too close for my liking. I can't even walk around the end of my trailer. And I'm sure that goes against the fire codes like it does in other places. It's noisy here with the train in the mornings, people outside talking loudly at night and loud vehicles including motorcycles coming and going well after midnight. The water and sewer systems are in serious need of work as well. Calling it janky is a compliment.
Mar 03, 2025 · G RockI am amazed at the changes at Saginaw Trailer Park. They have a new Manager, a community garden and even a lending library for kids and adults. The Manager is out cleaning and planting everyday. It's changing so much.
May 21, 2024 · ruth brushIt's nice out here but you can't drink the water. And some of the people that live here don't know how to stay out of other people's business there is a lot of drama around here
Dec 20, 2023 · Rebecca HawleySt vinnys says its low income but then will only give new trailers to new occupants and then kick out old tenants. We were supposed to get a new trailer like two years ago and now we're being kicked out because our trailer is condemned. Theres no on site manager, no on site maintenance. They forced us to live in a broken down trailer infested with black mold, a broken water line thats leaking into our floor and holes everywhere. This is ridiculous, dont move here.
