From the perspective of an RV traveler, Eugene Mobile Village presents itself as a potentially excellent choice based on recent feedback. This dedication to high standards suggests that RV guests can also expect a well-kept and pleasant environment during their stay.

This sense of security can be a significant factor for RV travelers seeking peace of mind during their travels. Knowing that the community prioritizes safety adds to the overall appeal of staying here.
The friendly nature of the neighbors is also noteworthy. A welcoming community can greatly enhance the RV park experience, fostering a sense of belonging and making stays more enjoyable, whether they are short-term or extended.

For those interested in exploring the local area, Eugene Mobile Village boasts a prime location near the University of Oregon (UofO). This proximity makes it an ideal base for visiting the university, attending events, or exploring the campus and surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, the park's location offers easy access to the extensive network of bike trails that Eugene is renowned for. This is a significant advantage for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the city and its scenic surroundings on two wheels.
However, it is important to provide a balanced perspective based on all available feedback. A more critical review from a recent RV guest initially pointed out a significant concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers, describing them as "filthy" and a potential "health risk." This guest reported dissatisfaction with the initial response from the maintenance staff when the issue was raised.
Fortunately, this negative experience appears to have been effectively addressed. The same reviewer later provided an update, commending the "office lady" for taking swift action and ensuring that the restrooms and showers were brought to an "awesome" standard. This positive resolution highlights the responsiveness of the management, particularly the office staff, in addressing and rectifying concerns to improve the guest experience.
This situation underscores the importance of considering both positive and negative feedback when evaluating an RV park. While there was a reported issue with cleanliness in the past, the fact that it was acknowledged and resolved by the management is a positive indicator of their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Considering the overall feedback, Eugene Mobile Village presents a compelling option for RV travelers seeking a clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located park in Eugene. The positive experiences related to cleanliness, safety, friendly neighbors, and professional management are significant advantages. The proximity to the University of Oregon and the city's bike trails further enhances its appeal for those looking to explore the local area.
While the past issue with bathroom cleanliness is worth noting, the prompt and effective action taken by the office staff to resolve it suggests a management team that is responsive to guest concerns and dedicated to maintaining high standards. This resolution should provide reassurance to prospective RV guests regarding the current state of the facilities.

Eugene Mobile Village Reviews
I live here in my tiny house. Eugene Mobile Village is extremely clean and well-maintained. I feel safe here. The neighbors are all very friendly and the owners and staff are professional and conscientious about maintaining the facility to the highest standards. The park is close to the UofO and the many bike trails in the area. I highly recommend this as a must if you want to stay in Eugene!
Feb 20, 2025 · Judy DurkinThis rv park could be a great experience ,manager seems accommodating, but the maintenance needs a big change because the bathrooms and showers are unacceptable, they ate filthy and health risk to anyone using them, maintenance guy got upset when asked to please clean them and now walks past with a major attitude because he had to do his job and it was a minimal cleaning and hasn't came back to finish cleaning them, in weeks, guess we're gonna have to clean them ourselves if we want a simple clean bathroom and shower....update....the office lady took matters into her hands and now the restrooms and showers are awesome 👌...hats off to her for doing what needed to be done👌
Jul 27, 2024 · Darren JacksRude management. The female manager was extremely disrespectful to its residents and guests. She gave many false allegations and was extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend to live here or even to visit. I was extremely shocked with the poor choice of words I was spoken to with and the amount of disrespect I have witnessed. If i could give management a zero star rating I would.
Mar 20, 2024 · Diego chaconIf you have any respect for your personal belongings do not stay at this location it was the biggest dump I’ve never seen management that was so rude and unhelpful and every way possible. We drove in turned around and left save yourself the hassle pay a little extra and go somewhere elseWe pulled in stayed for about 2 hours then left when they demanded we stay in a spot 10 feet to small for our trailer and park the vehicle around the corner. Plus the spot being so small forced my trailer to hang out into the main road creating a safety issue.
Nov 07, 2023 · Danielle ReneeI have been living here going on 8 years this summer. This is the only home that my two fur babies have ever known. I have seen people write bad reviews about Eugene Mobile Village. but all the reasons why they complain about the place is the reason why I'm still here. Yes they have rules and by enforce them, but that's why I can live on a street that people say is dangerous and have never had to lock my stuff up worry about my belongings getting stolen ever. It's pretty quiet around here and we have our hours from 8 till 10 at night I try to abide by them and I've had the same neighbors long enough that I can always do a sound check. So if you hear a lot of bad stuff about Eugene Village and the management. Know this that's the reason why it's safe and quiet here and as a senior 60 years old this year, I've never felt unsafe living here and that's a big deal at my age. I advise checking it out if it's a safe home you want in a trailer park.
