SpringLane Mobile Village Introduce
Located in Springfield, Oregon, SpringLane Mobile Village, situated at 157 N 12th St, Springfield, OR 97477, USA, presents itself as a residential option for those seeking a mobile home community. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to note that mobile home parks typically offer longer-term residency compared to traditional RV parks catering to temporary stays. Therefore, individuals exploring "RV parks near me" for extended living arrangements may find SpringLane Mobile Village a relevant option to consider.
Based on available customer reviews, the experience of living at SpringLane Mobile Village appears to be somewhat varied. One resident, who has lived in the park for over three years, offers a positive perspective, particularly highlighting the new management team, Jean and Jay. This reviewer describes them as "absolutely wonderful people" and a "great addition to the park." According to this feedback, the managers are proactive in maintaining the cleanliness of the park and are exceptionally helpful to the residents. This positive testimonial also emphasizes a strong sense of community, where people genuinely care about each other, contributing to a quiet and safe environment.
In contrast, another review presents a more critical viewpoint regarding the park's management and treatment of elderly residents. This reviewer expresses concern about staff allegedly finding reasons to "pick on their elderly tenets" and being rude. A specific grievance mentioned is a friend, described as disabled with walking difficulties, receiving letters for exterior property maintenance tasks such as cutting grass or pulling weeds. The reviewer finds it contradictory for a park marketed towards a 55+ demographic to expect residents to perform such maintenance or not hire external help for them, labeling this behavior as "bullying." This perspective raises questions about the support and accommodations provided to elderly and potentially disabled residents within the community.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it is essential for prospective residents to weigh these factors carefully. The positive feedback regarding the new management suggests a potential improvement in the overall community environment and responsiveness to resident needs. The emphasis on cleanliness and a caring community atmosphere could be significant advantages for those seeking a comfortable and supportive living situation.
On the other hand, the negative review highlights potential concerns related to the treatment of elderly residents and the expectations regarding property maintenance. For individuals who are part of the 55+ demographic or have mobility challenges, these issues could be particularly relevant. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the park's policies and services related to property upkeep for residents who may have difficulty performing such tasks themselves.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of SpringLane Mobile Village, interested parties should consider visiting the location at 157 N 12th St, Springfield, OR 97477, USA, and potentially speaking with current residents (if feasible) to gather a broader range of perspectives. Direct communication with the management at (541) 747-3557 or +1 541-747-3557 is crucial to obtain detailed information about lot fees, community rules, amenities (which are not specified in the provided reviews), and any specific services offered to residents, particularly regarding property maintenance and support for elderly or disabled individuals.
Given that the provided information lacks details about specific amenities, such as recreational facilities, laundry services, pet policies, or community events, it is imperative to ask about these aspects when contacting the park. Understanding the full range of services and features available will help potential residents make an informed decision about whether SpringLane Mobile Village aligns with their needs and preferences for long-term living. Similarly, inquiring about any promotional offers or incentives for new residents could also be beneficial.
In conclusion, SpringLane Mobile Village in Springfield, Oregon, appears to be a community with evolving dynamics, as indicated by the differing customer reviews. The positive feedback regarding the new management and the sense of community is encouraging. However, the concerns raised about the treatment of elderly residents and property maintenance expectations warrant careful consideration and further investigation by prospective residents. For those exploring "RV parks near me" with an eye towards a more permanent mobile home living situation in Springfield, SpringLane Mobile Village presents a location to research further, keeping in mind the importance of obtaining a comprehensive understanding of its current environment, policies, and services.

SpringLane Mobile Village Reviews
I have lived at Springlane over 3 years now. The new managers Jean and Jay are absolutely wonderful people and such a great addition to the park. They go above and beyond to make the park clean and they are extremely helpful to all of the residents. This park is definitely a community of people that care about each other. The park is quiet and I feel completely safe here.
Oct 22, 2021 · Ivy LizsowStaff here look for resons to pick on their elderly tenets and are rude it's annoying seeing my friend always getting letters on her door for things I think the staff should be doing like cutting grass or pulling weeds on the outside of property. My friend is disabled and has a hard time walking. It's so annoying u make your park 55+ and make them work or hire instead of doing that work for them? Bullies.
Nov 08, 2022 · Jessica SavageDeplorable place. Residents are great for the most part, except for a handful of bad apples. Ownership is out of touch, reluctant to spend any money for upkeep, and goes through management continually like a hot knife through butter.
