Located at 4660 Franklin Blvd #17, Eugene, OR 97403, USA, Twin Totem offers a community-oriented environment with features that appeal to a wide range of visitors, including families.
While primarily a mobile home park, the positive attributes highlighted by residents suggest a welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained environment that could also be attractive to RV travelers looking for a place to stay in Eugene. The consistent mention of a "nice community" and "friendly residents" indicates a social and welcoming atmosphere, which can greatly enhance the experience of those visiting in their RVs.
One of the appealing aspects of Twin Totem, particularly for families traveling with children, is that it is described as a "family park." This suggests that the environment is geared towards accommodating families, potentially with amenities or a general atmosphere that is kid-friendly. The mention of a "little grass area for kids to play" is a significant feature for families, providing a dedicated space for children to enjoy outdoor activities within the safety of the park.
The cleanliness of Twin Totem is another frequently noted positive aspect. Described as having a "cleaner setting," this is a crucial factor for any traveler, especially those in RVs who appreciate a tidy and well-maintained environment. A clean park contributes to a more pleasant and comfortable stay.
The presence of "nice shade" is also a valuable feature, particularly during the warmer months in Oregon. Shade can make a significant difference in the comfort of your RV site, providing relief from the sun and creating a more enjoyable outdoor living space. This suggests that the layout of Twin Totem includes mature trees or other shade structures.
Location is often a key consideration when choosing an RV park, and Twin Totem is described as having a "good location." While the specific proximity to attractions or amenities is not detailed, "good location" generally implies convenient access to essential services, local points of interest, or major transportation routes within Eugene. For RV travelers looking to explore Eugene and its surroundings, a well-located park is a significant advantage.
The management of Twin Totem receives high praise in the available reviews. Described as "a breeze to work with," the management team is seen as professional and nice, particularly the office staff. One reviewer specifically mentions Lizeth as being "great to work with." Positive interactions with park management can significantly impact the overall experience, making check-in, addressing concerns, and general communication smooth and pleasant.
The fact that a resident is "happy to call it home" speaks volumes about the positive living environment within Twin Totem. While this review is from a mobile home resident, it reflects an overall sense of satisfaction and community that could extend to RV guests as well, suggesting a well-managed and pleasant place to be.
One reviewer mentioned "average monthly space rent," which is more pertinent to long-term residents. However, it could indirectly suggest that the pricing for RV stays might also be competitive for the area. To get specific rates for RV sites, it is advisable to contact Twin Totem directly.

Jun 03, 2023 · Danny “Daniel” KilmerFamily park with a cleaner setting. Nice shade, little grass area for kids to play. Good location and management is a breeze to work with! Professional and nice office staff. Lizeth has been great to work with! Happy to call it home.
Aug 15, 2022 · Elizabeth ClarkeManager is extremely entitled.....the maintenance is horrible.... the twin totem sign has had a light out for over 15 years and is extremely dirty which makes the park look rundown. Would not recommend living at this park unless you have no where else to go
Dec 16, 2019 · Hondoyta AvaZI've been here for five years now and it's been a good experience. Minus a star because the potholes become lakes and the laundry facility is often out of order.
Jul 20, 2024 · Annika Phoenix (Nyx)Roads are a little bumpy through the park and neighbors don't realize their volume sometimes but not to bad overall. But 500 a month rent water and electric isn't to bad
