Fairview Mobile Home Court Introduce
Located at 1120 W Fairview Dr, Springfield, OR 97477, USA, Fairview Mobile Home Court presents a residential option within the Springfield area. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that mobile home courts typically cater to longer-term residents in manufactured homes rather than short-term RV stays. Therefore, individuals exploring "RV parks near me" with a potential interest in a more permanent living situation might find Fairview Mobile Home Court relevant to consider, albeit with careful consideration of the available feedback.
The customer reviews for Fairview Mobile Home Court offer a somewhat polarized view of the living experience. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, describing it as a "horrible place to live." This individual cites issues with gossiping neighbors who allegedly disrupt peace and mentions a specific neighbor with a rat infestation, describing it as "nasty." This feedback raises serious concerns about the community environment and potential issues related to neighborly relations and property maintenance within the park.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a more positive perspective, stating that it is "very nice there and clean" and "pretty quiet." This suggests that some residents may experience a more pleasant living environment within Fairview Mobile Home Court. However, this reviewer also points out a crucial rule regarding parking, noting that parking on the street inside the park after 11 pm carries a "good chance of getting towed." This strict parking regulation is an important factor for potential residents to be aware of, especially those who may have guests or multiple vehicles.
Furthermore, the second reviewer mentions a change in public transportation access, expressing a wish that the city bus still ran closer to the location as it used to. The nearest bus stop is now reportedly on Centennial, indicating a potential inconvenience for residents who rely on public transportation. This aspect of accessibility could be a significant consideration for individuals without private vehicles or those who prefer to use public transit.
Given these contrasting opinions, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Fairview Mobile Home Court based solely on these two reviews. The stark difference in experiences suggests that the reality of living in the community may vary significantly depending on individual circumstances, location within the park, and interactions with neighbors and management (of which there is no direct feedback provided in these reviews).
For individuals exploring options under the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering a longer-term stay in a mobile home setting, Fairview Mobile Home Court warrants careful investigation. The mention of cleanliness and quiet by one reviewer could be appealing. However, the serious allegations of disruptive neighbors and potential pest issues raised by the other reviewer cannot be ignored and should be explored further.
To gain a more balanced and comprehensive understanding of Fairview Mobile Home Court, prospective residents should consider visiting the location at 1120 W Fairview Dr, Springfield, OR 97477, USA, and attempting to observe the community environment firsthand. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have left online reviews) could provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience. Contacting the management directly (phone number not provided in the available information) is crucial to inquire about community rules, parking regulations, property maintenance expectations, any available amenities, and how they address resident concerns. Information about lot fees, lease terms, and any specific services offered would also be essential for making an informed decision.
In conclusion, Fairview Mobile Home Court in Springfield, Oregon, presents a mixed picture based on the limited available customer feedback. While one reviewer describes it as nice, clean, and relatively quiet, the other raises significant concerns about neighborly issues and potential pest problems. Additionally, strict parking rules and a less convenient public transportation access point are factors to consider. For those in the "RV parks near me" category who are open to long-term mobile home living, Fairview Mobile Home Court requires thorough due diligence, including a visit to the property and direct communication with management and potentially current residents, to ascertain whether it would be a suitable living environment.

Jan 20, 2022 · XOXOIt's very nice there and clean also pretty 🤐 quiet. Just be sure not to be parked on the street inside of the park after 11pm or u stand a good chance of getting towed. One thing is that I wish the city bus still ran a bit closer like it used to now the closest stop is on centennial.
Oct 23, 2022 · Brittney MatzenSome of the properties are nicely kept, but just as many are trashy and broken down. The apartment manager is jaded and difficult to work with, and a herd of cats roams unchecked, peeing all over anything and everything.
Sep 09, 2019 · Joel AshtonVery well kept park. Very nice manager. Some older and some newer homes, but overall a really nice community feel to it.
Mar 16, 2020 · Jason CThe manager here is absolutely disgusting and does NOTHING but act like a KAREN at all times all times of day and night she drives around looking at peoples yards and most recently IN THEIR windows to look for “violations” she even went as far as telling a family that OWNS there trailer that they aren’t allowed to have they’re children outside playin the property AT ALL including in their own driveway
