They will allow service dogs of any size, but I have read another review where they took a ladies money, $200, to check her service dog out, then never responded to her. I thought living there would be very nice, it is a well kept community, but the way I see it, if I am buying the land as well as the home, having my 5lb baby living there really should not be an issue. Pets are healthy for us as we age. Anyway, if you own a dog, do not bother giving them money to do their check, you may lose it with no reason or responce - Angel James
