Seyenna Vistas Introduce
Seyenna Vistas, situated at 625 W McKellips Rd in Mesa, Arizona, is a gated mobile home park that may also accommodate RVs for longer-term stays, thus being relevant to individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category. Located on West McKellips Road, it boasts a convenient location with proximity to various amenities. However, customer reviews present a mixed picture, highlighting both positive aspects such as location and lot sizes, as well as significant concerns regarding management, security, and community rules.
For those exploring "RV parks near me" in the Mesa area, Seyenna Vistas offers a potentially convenient location near the highway, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The spaciousness of the RV lots, as noted by a reviewer, could be a significant advantage for those with larger rigs or those seeking more outdoor living space. However, potential RV residents should inquire specifically about the availability of RV hookups (electrical, water, sewer), the layout of the sites, and any amenities tailored for RV travelers. The reported issues with gate security and nighttime noise might also be important factors for RVers seeking a secure and peaceful environment.
The environment of Seyenna Vistas is described as being in a desirable location, close to various conveniences and attractions. This accessibility can be a major draw for those who value ease of access to urban amenities. However, the effectiveness of the gated nature of the community is questioned by a reviewer, who notes that unauthorized individuals can easily follow residents through the gates. This significantly diminishes the perceived benefit of a gated community in terms of security. Additionally, nighttime noise from a nearby back road, including car donuts, firecrackers, and gunshots, is reported as a recurring issue, potentially impacting the peacefulness of the environment for some residents.
Customer reviews present significant concerns regarding the management of Seyenna Vistas. One reviewer describes the new manager and another staff member, Cindy, as "the worst," citing rudeness, lying, and a lack of communication regarding maintenance requests. This reviewer resorted to email communication to have a written record of interactions due to alleged inconsistencies in verbal communication. The lack of communication regarding repairs, resulting in unannounced visits by maintenance personnel, is also a significant concern for resident privacy and convenience. This overwhelmingly negative feedback about the management is a critical point for potential residents to consider.
In contrast, another reviewer mentions liking the "friendly office staff," who seem to be trying their best. However, this positive sentiment is counteracted by a dislike for their communication and follow-through, citing the need for repeated calls to get updates on requested services. This suggests a potential disconnect between the intentions of some staff members and the overall effectiveness of the management's communication and service delivery.
Several features of Seyenna Vistas receive mixed reviews. The fact that it is a gated community is initially seen as a positive, but its effectiveness is undermined by the ease with which non-residents can enter. The gates are also reported to malfunction randomly and often, which could be an inconvenience for residents. While there is nighttime security, its effectiveness is questioned due to the ongoing noise issues from the adjacent back road, suggesting a lack of visible patrolling or enforcement in that area.
The garbage situation is explicitly disliked by a reviewer, who notes that the communal bins often become full quickly after pickup days, indicating a potential issue with the frequency or capacity of waste management services relative to the number of residents. Another significant concern is the lack of enforcement on the number of people per unit, with one instance cited of a three-bedroom mobile home housing around ten people and a large number of cars. This overcrowding is suggested as a potential contributing factor to the garbage issue and parking congestion within the community.
The size of the RV and mobile home lots is noted as a positive aspect, offering ample space for residents and their vehicles. This could be particularly appealing for those with larger RVs or those desiring more space around their mobile homes.
Currently, no promotional information is available for Seyenna Vistas based on the provided data. Details regarding lot rental rates for mobile homes or RV spaces, security deposits, lease terms, or any special offers for new residents or long-term guests are not mentioned. Individuals interested in the financial aspects of living or staying at Seyenna Vistas would need to contact the management directly to obtain this information. The mixed reviews regarding management might make it particularly important to get all financial and service agreements in writing.
In conclusion, Seyenna Vistas in Mesa, Arizona, offers a convenient location and spacious lots, which may appeal to those seeking "RV parks near me" or mobile home living in the area. However, significant concerns are raised in customer reviews regarding the rudeness and lack of communication from some management staff, the ineffectiveness of the gated security, issues with nighttime noise, problems with garbage disposal, and potential overcrowding due to a lack of enforcement on occupancy limits. While some office staff are seen as friendly, their communication and follow-through are also criticized.
Prospective residents or RV guests should carefully weigh the benefits of the location and lot sizes against the reported negative experiences with management, security, and community issues. It is strongly recommended to contact the management directly to address the concerns raised in the reviews and to inquire about their policies and procedures for handling these issues. Visiting the property in person at different times of day and night might also provide a better sense of the environment and the validity of the concerns raised. Due to the serious nature of some of the negative feedback, thorough due diligence is essential before making any decisions about residing at Seyenna Vistas.

Seyenna Vistas Reviews
New manager is the worst. She is rude doesn’t even begin to describe her. Then there is Cindy. Horrible attitude. Always rude for no reason. She had always been rude but now with an equally rude manager to have her back she is off the rails. Got to the point where I only communicated with them via email so everything could be in writing. They lie when they tell you one thing then later on it’s something else. When you need something fixed they never communicate regardless how much you ask so random men show up at your door at random times. I’m so glad I never have to step foot in this place again or speak to those awful women ever again.
Dec 11, 2024 · Ashley DiazI have a like-dislike vibe when it comes to this place...I like the location. It's close to the highway, shopping, restaurants, and lots of fun things to do.I like the size of the RV and mobile home lots.I like that this is a gated community; however, it kind of doesn't matter because people will just sit there at the gate and wait until someone with a badge or code opens the gate and they follow in behind that person. There's no security at the gates to prevent unauthorized people from coming in. So the fact that it is gated is null and void, and not of benefit to anyone. Another downer about the gates is that they tend to not work randomly and often. Now, there is security there at night, but I have no clue what or where they are patrolling. There is a back road that I am close to, and every night it gets used by clowns to do donuts in their cars, and even bigger clowns letting off fire crackers and gunshots, that can easily be heard, but I've never seen security there to put a stop to it.I hate the garbage situation. Let's say pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays... by Wednesday and Saturday, the garbage bin is mostly full.I hate that there is no enforcement limit to the number of people per unit. There is a 3-bdrm mobile park home near me that probably has 10 people living there, and maybe 1-2 of them are young children, and just as many cars. The enormous number of people allowed is probably a reason why there is so much garbage and way too many cars.I like the friendly office staff, they really do seem like they are trying their best to make it a great community, but I dislike their communication and follow through. For example, I can ask about something needing to be done, and I usually have to call back to get a status update, which then triggers that they were supposed timprovements.I could go on, but I think I've said too much already. Not a bad place to stay, but definitely room for improvements.
Aug 09, 2024 · Big Man Tiny KingdomIt would be nice if pool area actually looked like in the picture. Not sure even after the resurfacing of the pool that is in progress will even come close to pic. . Anxious to see outcome. Hopeful..
Nov 08, 2024 · Nancy PiperThe maintenance man regularly waits as I’m using the restroom or showers and then watches and follows me out. When I’ve brought up feeling harassed by him the women running the front office told me that I should just go in the afternoon when he’s not there. While I love my neighbors and the community, it feels like the front office and their staff is only concerned about what’s convenient for them ~ not what’s convenient or safe for the residents.
May 22, 2024 · K BWe lived here 3 years in a RV and overall had a good experience. There is a great clubhouse if you are in an RV with an exercise room, showers, pool table, food prep area, swimming pool and hot tub. For most holidays, they host a party for all residents to attend. It was great to come together as a community. We felt generally safe there. And we had the best neighbors! They also try to keep it looking nice by cleaning up trash, keeping the grass green and trimmed, etc. There are some complaints I have, like the occasional water shut offs to fix the pipes or the recycling bins available are too few for the park. But I think it is good for families and a great deal as you get a lot of value for a lower price. I recommend giving it a try.
